Relaxing property, perfect for friends or family to enjoy each others company.

Great location within easy walk to harbourside and restaurants. Ample off street parking, Directions to property accurate. Well equipped kitchen. Property clean and tidy, beautifully tiled bathrooms. Central location, wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others.

Could have done with a broom to sweep the floor. Nothing else comes to mind.

really well laid out, well thought out as far as amenities go and needs

would have been nice to have some hot chocolate sachets supplied. having a dryer was great except it took 4 hours to dry a load of clothes. I think it would be best to get a new dryer

Good, functional small unit -okay for short stay.

It had character, stylish, and good shower and bathroom. Reasonably quiet and not too far from town.

The outlook onto a carpark, small with bed up against the wall, and very basic food amenities- 2 teabags some salt and pepper and oil nothing else, and no outside area to sit.

The studio was clean. Close to city centre...

When we booked through booking.com we were shown photos of the house and when we arrived we were put in the forge. It's very small. You can hear people in the property through adjoining rock wall. Front door is facing the Carpark. Cars come in very early and it's noisy.. Laundry is outside, so you get wet if it is raining..

enjoyed the facilities but the comfort factor was poor

the location was great & the amenities were 1 st class

I had to sit in the kitchen on a hard dining chair , no comfortable seats to relax in , also my partner was forced to climb into bed every night either over me or at the end of the bed or abseil down the rocks too small for a 7 night stay to be comfortable

A very well thought out apartment, where every little detail was taken into account; a truely self contained apartment!

This property has been thoughtfully restored to a bygone era. We staged in the Forge. it is just a beautiful little cottage.

This cute & cosy little boutique was outstanding. Everything you could want, equipped with well stocked kitchen, cosy heater & amazing shower. All on one level so no elevators or stairs. Included communal washing machine & dryer with washing powder. My only quirk was a bit out of main hub, but only a $6-10 uber ride. Would definitely recommend

Beautifully renovated Edwardian home in the center of Hobart

I loved everything about the property. It was a short walk to Salamanca Markets, shops and restaurants and renovated beautifully. pop Claire the owner was so accommodating letting us in to the property early as we arrived in to Hobart early.

I couldn’t pick a fault at all.

Thoughly enjoyed out stay felt very relaxed and comfortable

It was beautifully decorated and the most modern of appliances particularly loved the bath

The only thing if I have to say anything was the steep stairs to upstairs bedroom but I realise not much can be done about that

A lovely heritage house, we would prefer a quieter location

Beautiful Georgian house. Big rooms with high ceilings. Very clean.

It is situated on a busy road. The glass is sound insulated but when you open the windows, the sound is intrusive.

Best boutique apartment experience

Sussex House at Sanctum Boutique Apartments is full of historical charm. It is close to shops and eateries and the rooms are comfortable, well appointed and very clean. Clare is a fantastic host, always helpful and warm.

Very good

We stayed in the forge. It was a lovely and cosy room in a great location. Comfy bed and nice shower. Great parking too.

Would recommend bringing an eye mask for sleeping as there are skylights making it super bright, very early.
