Fairly nice

It’s friendly nature

1.narrow time limit also too late for checking- unclear from booking conditions Also I hoped to leave my trolley there around 1400 but nobody was there at that time 2. no staff upon arrival (at 1700) Yet -I got instructions by email which were clear &enabled my entrance but this could have failed in case of connection problems

Das Einzelzimmer ist für eine Durchreise ideal.

Familie Bruckner ist unglaublich herzlich. So fühlt sich jeder Willkommen. Sie haben ein offenes Ohr und umsorgen die Gäste mit viel Freude und Wertschätzung. Sie zaubern jeden Morgen ein Frühstück mit viel Liebe und ganz viel Selbstgemachten. Der anziehende Duft von frischem leckerem Brot begrüßte mich auf dem Weg zum Frühstücksraum. Der Balkon bot einen tollen Blick in die Berge. Es war alles sauber. Der Frühstücksraum steht auch als Aufenthaltsraum zur Verfügung. Geschirr kann für die eigene Brotzeit genutzt werden. Getränke stehen außerhalb der Frühstückszeit gegen kleines Entgelt jederzeit zur Verfügung. Ein Wasserkocher kann bei Bedarf erhalten werden. Die Einkaufsstraße vor der Tür stört keinesfalls, ist weder lärmend noch anderweitig beeinträchtigend.

Für mein ganz individuelles Empfinden (!) ist die Zimmeraufteilung (Einzelzimmer) für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht ideal, da wenig Ablageplätze vorhanden sind. Um die Gemütlichkeit zu steigern empfehlen sich zusätzliche Ablagen und eine kleine Nachttischlampe am Bett. Das Badezimmer ist von der Größe vollkommen ok. Das Waschbecken war für mich allerdings viel zu winzig. Der Duschvorhang war ok und sauber, könnte fürs Wohlfühlen gegen eine feste Glaswand getauscht werden.

Tolle, zentrale Unterkunft und perfekt für einen Ski-Trip - wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Die Lage ist fantastisch, total zentral mit Blick auf den Gschwandtkopf. Das Frühstück liebevoll zubereitet mit frisch bereiteten Eierspeisen nach Wahl. Wir fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben und versorgt.

Es war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit!

Super verblijf.

Zeer gastvrije eigenaren. Persoonlijk. Comfortabele kamer en goede voorzieningen. Ontbijt zeer goed verzorgd en kwalitatief uitstekend. Aparte gastenkamer met zelfservice consumpties tegen redelijke prijzen. Rustige omgeving, stil in accomodatie en gunstige ligging.

Mooi pension, gerund door bijzonder aangename en attente uitbaters, mooie rustige kamer, heerlijk ontbijt, schitterende ligging in autovrije hoofdstraat, vlakbij leuke terrasjes en goede restaurantjes en mooie winkels. Het voelt als thuiskomen! Een absolute aanrader!

Lovely stay and great hosts.

I last visited Seefeld a few years ago, this time I decided to go for a bed and breakfast rather than a hotel. My flight was quite delayed from London Gatwick, so arrived later than expected. I was greeted by Anika who was very friendly, she gave me a kettle for the room which was great! I was travelling solo, so booked a single room, it had a lovely balcony, en suite with a shower. I am not a breakfast person, so only had breakfast once, it’s a mixture of breads, homemade I believe, cold meats and cheeses, eggs, I had scrambled and boiled eggs. Also homemade cake! The location is excellent too, a large Spar supermarket a few minutes away, then the main square where the lovely church is, also not far to walk. Both Anika and Johann were very kind and friendly, good hosts. Also, great value for what I paid, also great wi fi in the room and free.

Nothing to be honest, as a person from the UK,more hot food like sausages and maybe a breakfast omelette. But this isn’t a complaint.

Wonderful chalet, very kind owners, amazing location

Everything was perfect. The chalet is a very nice traditional building, with a nice modern touch in the rooms. The owners are very friendly and makes you feel like you are meeting some old friends. The location is also perfect, (near to the pool,the shops,the restaurants/cafes and a super market) but at the same time very quiet since it is in a pedestrian road with no traffic at all. Highly recommended

Very lovely hotel in the center of Seefeld. I stayed in nice room with private bathroom and balcony. The hotel had good WiFI connection. There was easy access to nearby shops, cafffes, bars, and railway station. Owners were very friendly and helpful!

A very enjoyable stay in a homely atmosphere.

Excellent location, less than 10 minutes walk from the station, right on the edge of town, so quiet but 5 minutes walk from a large Eurospar. Virtually opposite the Sauna complex with swimming pools and paths opposite to walk over to the lake. I was there for langlauf and the tracks to the stadium were less than 5 minutes walk and the ski lift was walking distance to the right, on-route to the ski stadium. The property has a ski store with heated shoe / boot rack. Breakfast was good with a variety of cereals, bread, fruit, yoghurt, cheeses, meats, cooked egg, teas and coffees. I have coeliac disease and they catered well for me. The breakfast lounge was open during the day to access tea / coffee, or you could sit outside the building and watch life go by. The room was comfortable, nicely and recently decorated and clean with a nice spacious balcony. The family and staff are very friendly and helpful.

We feel at home, very nice owners, room was spacious with bath and balcony Breakfast was plentyful, for all tastes... Really nice view, so close to the main streets and bahnhof , slopes are very close to the chalet, there is a Spar next the corner Recommended place, xe loved it
