Juste une nuit.

Logement impeccable dans une résidence propre. Il est bien équipé, la literie est bonne. Le matelas du canapé est confortable. Gel douche, sèche cheveux, nécessaire de nettoyage fournis. Vaisselle suffisante. Système d'entrée par code permettant l'accès à toute heure. Bien placé. Très correct.

Pour le prix, linge de lit et serviettes de toilette non fournis. Alèse de matelas, quelques cheveux dessus. Prévoir boules Quiès, le voisinage au dessus vit au rythme musique des îles jusqu'à 1h30 du matin. 2eme étage sans ascenseur, ne convient pas aux PMR, impossibilité de garer la voiture au pied de la Résidence (places de stationnement à l'entrée nécessitant de traîner les bagages à travers les allées). Il faut etre entré dans la résidence pour disposer du badge donnant accès au stationnement le plus proche -> attention au départ, vous n'avez plus le badge pour ouvrir la barrière.

Un appartement agréable idéalement placé

Appartement très bien situé et équipé. Il est décoré avec goût La literie est confortable. L’hôte a été très disponible en amont du séjour.

La personne qui fait le ménage dans la résidence s’est montrée très désagréable. L’hôte n’a pas accusé réception de notre départ.

Great Place!!!

I had a fabulous 4 night stay. The owner was amazing. The apartment was perfect, it had everything I needed. Location was superb. Bath, balcony and a big kitchen. I highly recommend.

Lovely flat close to Cabourg centre

The appartment was clean and practical and good for a couple of night. The host was lovely and very responsive. The appartment had everything you need and was pleasant to live in.

I could not sleep very well due to the noise from the passing cars. The appartment is situated on the second floor of a residence in a quiet area but the rooms are facing the main road and have no double glazing. When you are not used to hearing traffic, although it wasn't heavy, it can be disturbing. Saying that, my children were not disturbed by it, and slept very well :) We were 3 and had to share a bed with one of my teenager and my other teen had to sleep on the sofa, in the main living/dining room. It was ok for 3 nights but with a longer stay, you may need an extra room.

The essentials are there, quiet, clean, close to town center.

Fridge door opening the wrong way (awkward to get to), 2 plugs loose, no wifi.

Very poor

You should be careful when resting this place. First of all you have to pick up the keys in a travel agency. Second, the place has no WiFi. You can get WiFi for 7€ a day. Third, the bed has a hole and is super uncomfortable. I was not able to sleep and got itches all the time. Fourth, there’s no soap. It looks like the owner is greedy and invest the minimum in the flat to make it run. I don’t recommend this place at all.
