Nydeli opphold!

Uteområdet var fantastisk fint. Bassengområdet likeså. Badevannet fremsto som særs friskt. Fikk veldig god service fra første stund. Rommet fremstod helt nydelig! Det var skinnende rent og kult innredet. Sengen var behagelig og det var morgenkåpe og tøfler å benytte. All personal var imøtekommende,smilende og slo gjerne av en prat. Maten på hotellet var i en klasse for seg selv og prisen var lav iforhold til det du fikk. Prøvde meg på ostepasta til lunsj, som de tilbreder i en stor parmaggio. Nydelig og kult servert!

Skulle vært oppgigitt priser på leie av spaanlegg og pris på massasje. Savnet også strykejern på rommet.

Couldn't have hoped for better

Everything about this hotel is pleasing from the first impression when you arrive outside it, to the staff, in particularly each and every member of the staff, they are all so committed to making your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. The spa is also a great place to relax. The location is a bit away from the centre of Durres, but if you are up for a bit of local exploring then make use of the local bus services, 2 euros to Tirana and 40 cents to the centre of Durres!

Eine riesengroße Enttäuschung

Die Kritiken der anderen Gäste bevor wir gekommen sind, obwohl es sehr rätselhaft ist wie die entsprechenden sind

Wir sind 1 Tag früher abgereist und konnten die guten Kritiken garnicht verstehen. Wir haben das Hotel nämlich so vorgefunden. Das Zimmer ,Badezimmer und die Terrasse waren schmutzig voller Haare Flecken und schwarzen Insekten. Das Poolhandtuch war voller Löcher, stark verfranselt einem Lappen ähnlich. Nach den wir diesen Zustand an der Rezeption reklamiert hatten, wurde noch ein mal das Zimmer sauber gemacht. Auf der Terrasse blieb aber eine riesige Wasserpfütze ,wahrscheinlich um zu zeigen das man sauber gemacht hatte. Auch die Auflagen waren nass um zu demonstrieren, das sie gesäubert wurden somit konnte man die auf der Terasse befindlichen Möbel erstmal nicht mehr nutzen.. Das tolle Frühstück erwies sich als durchnittliches Frühstück eines 3 Sterne Hotels, wobei das ist auch gelinde gesagt eine Abstufung dieser Hotels wäre. Das Hotel Villa Pascucci war letzte Etappe unsere Rundreise deswegen konnten wir gut vergleichen. Alles was als Warmspeisen angeboten wurde, war kalt, die Präsentation der Gerichte war mehr als dürftig. Es gab kein Obst. An dem zweiten Tag haben wir das der Rezeption mitgeteilt, es passierte nichts. Nach dem opulenten Frühstück, habe ich die Managerin gebeten zu kommen um ihr unser Missfallen auszudrücken . Als Erklärung habe wir zu hören bekommen , es wird ein Banket vorbereitet wenn wir etwas warmes möchten, können wir das sagen ,es würde für uns vorbereitet. Frage an das Managment: ist das normal das man erst einmal eine Managerin rufen muß um im 5 Sterne Hotel warmes Rührei, Spiegeleier oder ein gekochtes Ei zum Frühstück zu bekommen. An beiden Tagen sah das Frühstücksbuffet so aus, auf das dritte haben wir freiwillig verzichtet obwohl 150 EUR für 1 Übernachtung nicht gerade wenig ist. Sonst hatte ich das Gefühl, das alle Speisen als Decko Mandeln Blätter hätten,egal ob Spiegeleier, Quinta Salat,Rinderfilet oder Fisch .

LA VILLA DEI RE 👑

Di questo Hotel ci è piaciuto veramente TUTTO! Esteticamente è anche meglio delle foto, molto curato e ricco di dettagli, ottima la manutenzione, sembra nuovo! Bella anche la spa, che avevamo inclusa nel soggiorno, il ristorante è la vera ciliegina sulla torta! Servizio, menù e impiattamenti sembrano quelli di un ristorante stellato!!! Le porzioni non sono molto abbondanti, ma nell’insieme sono coerenti con i prezzi. La colazione era davvero buonissima, sia dolce che salata, soddisfava ogni tipo di gusto. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo che nonostante il buffet chiudesse alle 10:30, aspettassero l’uscita dei clienti dalla sala per toglierlo, e tra l’altro ogni pietanza veniva sempre riassortita! Sono accortezze da avere per un buon servizio, ma sicuramente non sono scontate come spesso si pensa! Piscine grandi, belle e pulite. Personale cordiale. Ringraziamo Livana alla reception e Giorgio(se non ricordo male) al ristorante, per la loro professionalità, gentilezza e SERIETÀ, meriterebbero davvero una promozione, perché sono i migliori della struttura! Abbiamo apprezzato anche il servizio navetta che quando disponibile ci ha accompagnato gratuitamente al centro, raggiungibile solo in auto.

Non c’è nulla che non ci sia piaciuto. Tuttavia ci sono dei consigli per migliorare, d’altronde la perfezione non esiste 😄: La pulizia della stanza, seppur valida, dovrebbe essere più accurata. Quando lo abbiamo fatto presente è stato subito risolto e ne siamo davvero felici. Al ristorante della piscina più grande si mangia bene ma il servizio dovrebbe essere molto più attento e veloce, c’era solo un ragazzo che era sempre seduto al telefono!!!! L’ultimo giorno prima di andare via, volevamo fare un massaggio di coppia nel centro benessere, ma la ragazza che era di turno si è rifiutata di massaggiare il mio compagno perché uomo. Rispettiamo la sua scelta, ma pensiamo che in un hotel 5 stelle debba esserci un personale più flessibile in grado di dare un buon servizio. L’idromassaggio della piscina esterna più piccola non funziona, lo abbiamo fatto presente ma è rimasto rotto per tutta la durata del soggiorno, consigliamo di aggiustarlo per i futuri clienti.

really fantastic structure, everything was beautiful from start to finish, friendly and always available staff, nothing short of impeccable hotel with large and above all clean rooms, excellent breakfast and beautiful spa, the masseuse was also very good. The kitchen is also excellent, we had lunch there and the dishes are really elegant and good. I will definitely be back.

Great base for a Balkan Adventure

The pool on the other side of the road the Albanian hits gangster rap music is just unbearable it’s on all day and is far too loud to enjoy that area. Wether during the day by the pool or on an evening. It really ruined that area for us.

Aircondition can not adjust lower than 23 degrees celsius. Also the big pool can be reserved for people OUTSIDE the hotel, so in the weekends it is not room for the hotel guests. The hotel is far away from everything. Terraces is dirty, a lot of birdpoo. Do not think they clean the terraces/balcony. Very high hip hop music from the big pool everyday.

Amazing stay at a genuinely luxurious hotel with fantastic staff and facilities

Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff. Facilities were great - the private spa was especially good. Two pools - one quiet and the other bigger with more of a lively vibe just over the road so it doesn’t disturb the peace of the hotel. Brilliant cocktails and pizza at the poolside. The room was immaculate and wonderfully equipped. A true luxury experience with everything you could ask for.

Perfect for a couple of nights to start an Albanian adventure!

The grandeur of this hotel was impressive and the room was very well laid out with a clever dressing and storage area. Both pools were nice, and it was great to be able to book the spa privately.

Breakfast could be a little improved - there were lots of sweet options but lacking slightly with the savoury options. Nice coffee though!

Superb

Very nice hotel with great service. The most beautiful one in Albania I stayed. We especially liked the big pool area across the street with nice music whole day and delicious dinner. The hotel is very beautiful. Some small double rooms (I booked bigger double room with terrace and small double room) may be with a quirky design. Our bathroom door in the double room with terrace was broken but we could still use it and we did not complain as everything else was fine. Delicious breakfast with huge variety. Second pool in hotel behind fine dining restaurant was very relaxing. The terrace was huge with nice views. This is Albania, so beware that the hotel surrounding is not beautiful. Order taxi, I don’t suggest to walk as the beach area was quite far away.

Best looking hotel in Durrës

really good and helpful staff. the breakfast and dinner here is crazy good, and the dinner prices are cheap! the location in maby not the best, but the hotel has 2 restaurants, a spa, 2 pools and everything else you need. we stayed for 2 days, and we had no reason to go in to the city when everything we needed was at the hotel. this hotel is perfect for a short stay if you just want to relax. but it’s also a good option if you wish to go into the city. the rooms and interior in this hotel is so nice and may be one of the best looking hotels we have visited! and if you love tennis, they have a tennis court ;)
