Ideal in Antibes!

Well equipped little house. Ideal for 2 to 4 people. Helpful landlady. Perfect location in old town..

Front door was quite fiddly to unlock/lock. Care needed on stairs but we were warned.

There us too much stuff just hanging around collecting dust.

The location was the highlight of this property

The kitchen needs a good clean out. The front door needs a lock that works and a lock that can be closed from the inside without having to deadlock. Very unsafe when only one key is given and one person leaves the house the other person is locked in!

very petite place close to the sea

great location, a few steps from the sea. kitchen is tiny but well equipped for short stays. the living room at the first floor is lovely.

the place is really very “petite” indeed. for two adults and two kids, it feels already rather claustrophobic. shower is really narrow - too narrow if you happen to be overweight (we are not). the welcoming experience was not the best: as much as the lady tried to be helpful and nice, she was giving endless amount of information at very fast pace - impossible to retain most of them. unfortunately, we were blamed in a rather mean way to leave the place dirty, despite our effort to collect the garbage and make the beds. is forgetting to leave 15 EUR for a cot seemed to be the end of the world.

Central and really cute

The location is perfect and it has loads of character perfect for walking to everything host was a great communicator and we really enjoyed our stay

Set on two levels it is very compact which is ok given the great location but may not suite everyone the stairs are narrow and quite steep, kitchen is functional but compact and the lounge would benefit from another casual chair. Really struggled with the front door lock.

A well-equipped charming house in the old town, good location, quiet, peaceful surroundings. The hosts were very hospitable, Marina gave us all information about the house and parking possibilities. Maybe not very spacious but well-furnished and beautiful inside, a perfect lodgement for our family of 5 persons.

Great location but noisy.

Location very convenient ...close to sea, centre..everything needed within walking distance. Very clean,Internet good. Loads of hot water and good shower. Washing machine and dishwasher efficient and useful. Warm Nice to have a small area to sit outside.

Extremely noisy, major road works currently in immediate vicinity. Traffic particularly accelerating motorbikes both at a lower level and also up on the sea wall and major construction noise and dust made it difficult to enjoy the flat during the day. Didn't expect traffic to be a problem because most of the old town is pedestrian only....unfortunately not the case in this location. Bed not particularly comfortable due to plastic undersheet making it clammy to sleep in. Kitchen has little or no preparation space and oven unusable as up on a high shelf and out safe reach. So not very practical for self catering A clothes drying rack would be useful.

It was a beautiful house on a perfect location. in the old city, really a residential area what we loved. The house was clean and comfortable with two separate rooms.

Treasure in Antibes

Very good location !!! Two beautiful beaches are in walking distance. Many restaurants, boutiques and market are around the corner. Property has old charm combined with modern comfort.

Comfortable accommodation

The location of the house is very good. Very close to the Marche Provencal, restaurants and city center but on the quiet small street. It has two separate bedrooms making it very comfortable for a family with max 2 kids. The host is very nice and responsive giving us hints about the city. The house has nice facilities and it’s clean.

Being located in the old part of the city, the place is very small and with the windows facing other very closed buildings so you need to keep them close and covered which make the space a bit darker.

Nice, tiny house, good for 2+2 guests

Very tiny maison, but equipped with everything, just at the entrance of Antibes' Vieille Ville. We loved the location and the fact that it is a renovated old house. Excellent wi-fi, Netflix for the kids ;-) At walking distance from the main city beaches.

Excellent location in old town - a few minutes walk from the market and next to the sea wall. Fully equipped kitchen. Good WiFi. Helpful owner.

AC in bedroom sometimes makes noise - hard to sleep with it on.

Excellent base for a short break in Antibes.

Marina was a very welcoming host. She met us at the property to hand over the keys and explained how everything worked. The house is well situated in an older part of the town, not far from the local market. It is well equipped and is a good base for exploring Antibes.
