Pleasant

The lamp near to the bed did not work, there are no curtains and we were not told we had to check in in an other hotel that we already had passed when we arrived. We had to wait one hour and three quarters before food was served.

We didnt get the room we were promised (double bed) and didnt even get an apology!!!

Nice stay but insufficient services and information

Good location for cycling

We were not aware that you need to go to another place 1km further to have the key and have breakfast. It was a nice walk though

Annex to Auberge with cosy former watermill and its nice restaurant.

We liked the cosy former watermill and its nice restaurant. This annex to the hotel is situated ±1 km from the Auberge.

Poor value for money. never again

IKEA basic bed comfortable Room 308: bright, large and clean

Key for checking and checkout at 1km at Domaine du moulin d’Asselborn, with steep 10% slope. Breakfast and dinner also available at 1km. Not easy for hikers and bikers. The entrance of Auberge du relais postal is messy: two full smelly garbage bags, the bar is broken, a tumble dryer and a washing machine are standing in the middle of the entrance. There is also a kind of museum in the entrance with a horse drawn carriage. No wifi code. No kettle & tea.

Good if travelling with car, not optimal for hiker or cyclist

The breakfast was very good with a good selection. But as the key available at the Domaine du Moulin d'Asselborn which is 1 km and 75 m difference in altitude away. Not optimal arriving with a bicycle or without car.

very confusing hotel logistics.

The room was clean and in nice place for traveling with bicycle.

The hotel is completely confusing because the check-in is in another hotel that is down in the valley, the room is up on the hill and the breakfast is again down in the valley. The road between the hotels is really steep (10%) and really hard for cyclists to go back to the top side hotel. And the whole 1st floor of the top hotel was smelling like cigaretes. Disappointed, but maybe it's different if you live down in the valley.

Superb

The room was cute, comfortable, spacious, quiet and clean. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very kind and attentive. The surroundings are beautiful.

The internet was slow, the wifi was misconfigured and had very low signal. Booking.com doesn't make it very easy to find the check-in details. Important to know that in order to enter the hotel you have to pick up the keys at another location which is 1 km away. Not the staff's fault though.

Very poor

Scenery was really beautiful. Rooms were very nice with plenty of space. Breakfast was great and had everything you could want.

Wasn't clear where to check it, we had to check in at another hotel.
