Gemütlich, unkompliziert

Gute Location, direkt neben dem Garchinger Forschungszentrum. Ein sehr gemütliches Zimmer und unkomplizierter Check-In. Die Küche hat einen Herd, Wasserkocher und Waschbecken woran man sich bedienen kann.

Die Küche war leider nicht bestückt, kein Topf/Pfanne oder Besteck.

Très bon séjour, bon rapport qualité prix pour aller à l’Oktoberfest

Nous avions réservé un appartement junior pour 3 nuits. Il était grand , lumineux et bien insonorisé. L’emplacement est très bien car au terminus de la ligne du métro qui va au centre-ville de Munich en environ 30 mn. J’ai également apprécié le billard . Il y a un petit service de restauration que nous avons utilisé un soir : pizzas surtout.

Gegenüber TUM (Design Ingeneering und IT-Fakultäte), komfortabel und angenehm.

Die Lage war vom höheren Priorität für mich, da das Hotel gegenüber TUM liegt. Das Apartment verfügt über alles, was man während 1-Monatigen Aufenthalt benötigen könnte. Dazu noch eine angenehme Atmosphäre in der Lobby, die nicht ohne entsprechende Leistung des Personals entstehen kann. Billiard-Tisch, Kamin (ob es echt ist?), gemütliche Sitrzbereich - sind Bestandteile der entspannenden Abende zusammen mit Kollegen, Gäste und Freunde. Das Personal war immer gut gelaunt und entgegenkommend.

Frühstuck würde ich nicht in die Liste der Vorteile der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel nennen. Ich habe einmal Mal das Frühstuck ausprobiert, keim ausgekostet und es war ausreichend um eine Alternative auszusuchen.

Very good and quiet!

We didn’t had to go through Munich to go there or to leave for the airport, parking in the pay parking garage is linked with the hotel (park at Gästehaus), U-Bahn is direct in front of the door and in 30min you in the center, breakfast buffet was very good, the rooms are nice and big, Directly in the Garchinger Forschungszentrum.

Garage is a bit expensive with 22€ for a day, No supermarket close (at least 1 stop with U-Bahn away), Sorry nothing else to add!

The beds were not done when We arrived. And They could not Get Anyone to do them. When We asked for refund the following day was the answer no.

New and neat room, rather small and not very value for money

Location is outskirts of Munich, but the line Underground U6 is very close to the hotel. Amenities were quite new.

Room was quite small, no air condition, no fan was provided. Very expensive for the room size and facility provided, perhaps due to a fair. The elevator was tricky to use - you need to swipe your room key/card before pressing the floor button, and it was not stated anywhere.

I was doubly charged for my stay because personel of the hotel didn't informed on time Booking.com that I paid on site. Two week later the money still aren't on my account and hotel don't answer to my mails.

Practical, clean and nice.

Breakfast was ok. The location was perfect for the conference at TUM

Pleasant

The room was nice and clean when I arrived. The staff was helpful when I had to make longer my staying because of cancelled flight.

I didn't like that you didn't get any kitchen stuff, not even a plate, fork, knife or something for free, and I feel it too expensive to rent them for 25€ when I usually stay just 2-3 nights. Furthermore, I stayed 3 nights and there was not a single day when cleaners came to my room. It would be nice if they emptied my bin, change my towels, etc. The last one, I made an agreement with the staff so I can stay in my room for my +1 night, but when I came back from work I couldn't get in my room so I had to take actions again. It was very unpleasent because I was tired and I deliberatly asked the day before and that morning if I could stay in the room to avoid this.

spacious & clean apartment, but distance from central

Love that it’s spacious and clean, has greenery & sunset views. Apartment is also literally right next to the station!

didn’t like that the entrance to building shuts off after 10pm and there’s no staff helping to unlock it (usually done by card but the function was spoilt), check out took very long as well as the staff mending counter was new and we were rushing to catch our bus

Big, spacious rooms

The room was big, spacious and better than it looked in the photos. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean and spacious.

The kitchen could have been much better equipped.

The hotel seems to be pretty new. The room I had is in very good shape. Nice bathroom. I would come back whenever I can.

The breakfast was simple. No bread, but only rolls.

Positive: The rooms are very stylish and roomy. We had a family room - with little kitchen, dishwasher fridge - and it was one of the nicest hotel rooms we had so far.. All in all, still a good choice due to the nice rooms, the good location and the affordable price

Negative: the fridge was not clean and there was nothing in the kitchen for a first quick use - no towel for the dishes, no tab for the dishwasher, no bags for the trash etc. The staff was not really friendly. We did not get a single smile or a 'thank you' or 'please' . Also the breakfast was not very vegan friendly. There was some cereals and oat milk, jam and bread.

The friendly staff!!!!

The staff is so friendly which is unlikely happening in Germany. That is the best part of the hotel! The facility is new and nice!

Wifi did not work well and shower room should have a glass door.... so that the floor does not get wet.

Very nice big room with kitchen

Very nice big room with kitchen. Friendly staff. The place to stay if you don't want to go out for food all the time.

The announcements from the nearby underground station are quite audible at night.
