Lovely people working at the hotel, breakfast very good.

The bathroom was a big disappointment, old fashion (different from the pictures on Booking.com) and with a degree where my husband 2x almost fell.

A hotel with many extras (costs)

Location was good and easy to reach from the main road. Cameras on the car park was good. Dealing with a female member of staff who was professional.

extras for breakfast extras for parking extras for pets the guy who i dealt with didn't call me back as promised and told his female Colleague he had checked the room for a lost item and he obviously didn't. asked for recorded/tracked delivery of an important item I left in the room and paid 15 euros for it. it was sent unrecorded/untracked.

Great location to explore Valkenburg.

The location of this hotel is super! You can walk everywhere in the city of Valkenburg. Breakfast staff were very friendly! Check-in and out was very fast.

Parking costs 12,50 per night, I don’t understand why parking costs money at a hotel. The room does not really look like the pictures, it is a little bit smaller en very hot in the rooms but there is airco and you can open the windows. Breakfast was okay, but there was a lot of meat/pork. There is not a coffee maker in the room. Our room was not cleaned on day 2 and the rooms are not soundproof, you can hear everything. I think that you pay more for the location of this hotel, otherwise I think it’s quite expensive for what you get.

Very enjoyable and Thermae 2000 is only 1km away.

great location, only a couple of minutes walk away from all the shops, bars and restaurants.

I was surprised that you have to pay €12.90 per night for using their car park. Also, it was a pity that my room (standard double) didn’t have a mini fridge. But the staff were very helpful and put my bottles of bubbles in the fridge behind the bar..than you.

The hotel design is beautifull, once you come in you see beautiful lobby, but it gives you immediatelly the relaxing feeling . The stuff is extramly nice .The room was perfect and clean. The most value for mone is the breakfast, is fresh, a lot of choice and looks beautiful. We give it a 10 !

cozy hotel which wasn’t too busy. The Jacuzzi in the room was amazing and the bed was super comfortable

we were on the bottom floor with window towards the parking lot which mean that technically people could look into our room. hence, we always had the curtains closed.

We would stay here again, no problems.

Clean room, friendly staff and a good breakfast. The hotel was a great central location and good to have secure private parking for our motorbikes.

Great place to stay, will definitely return!

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff! The room was very clean and the facilities in the room were great. Breakfast was fantastic, a really great variety of food and drinks. Location, 5 mins walk from town centre but in a very quiet location, minimal traffic. Private parking for a very decent price for the duration of our stay.

Location is amazing, breakfast has lots of options

We had booked the apartment for a night and upon arrival found out it had been double booked and was already in use by someone else. The only room they had available still was a basic room. Huge disappointment! They gave us free parking, breakfast as well as a bottle of champagne to apologize. They felt very bad, these things can happen I guess but still a huge disappointment and not nice way to start our weekend

Thank you for a wonderful, restful stay.

Hotel is well located and is the one of the few with air conditioning which, on the hot days of our visit, was an absolute necessity. The Bar is love,y, the staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great - a wide selection available for you to choose from on the buffet.

Everything was as we would want it. We were welcomed and made fro feel that all questions and requests were welcome.

Memorable!!

The beds were by far the most comfy beds I slept on in a hotel. The room had AC so that was amazing since a lot of places don’t in Europe. The location was amazing, right in the heart of Valkenburg. They even let us keep our car there after we checked out so we could explore the city more!

Amazing value

This being the usual "one night business trip stay", I would not really care that much about the superb quality of the hotel, however Hotel Scheepers really surprised me a lot ! For very competitive price they offer one of the best service around the area. Room was very nice and very clean. All of the equipment was rather new. Staff was super friendly and very helpful. I have also used the available parking at the hotel which is just in the backyard with closed gate for the night. Breakfast was basic, however for this size of hotel very, very good. Overall this would be 10/10 experience, only if the bed in my room was not permanently moving with super soft mattress. Definitely can recommend this hotel and will return back when travelling around Kerkrade and Heerlen.

Great and enjoyable stay!

- Location: close to centre - Good breakfast - Good room, windows can open to let fresh air in; fridge - Safe in the room - Airconditioning / heating system - Private Parking around the back - WiFi

- There was an open shower, so the rest of the bathroom would get wet whilst showering. - Watercooker was a bit dodgy and would shutdown whilst boiling. After several attempts it would continue. - There was a diagonal wooden beam in the room that you carefully had to walk around.
