Las instalaciones son una pasada. Es un sitio para desconectar totalmente y estar tranquilo. Aunque como recomendación, podrían hacer una piscina con la cantidad de terreno que tienen. Tienen traslado a Arzua gratuito.
Podrían renovar un poco las sabanas.

El pazo en si. Maravilloso!!!
Quizás renovaría alguno de los salones.

Beautiful setting with nice views Rooms are comfortable and restaurant is charming. The staff is very helpful and tends to your needs.
The noise from guests in the other rooms was loud.
We asked to be changed to another room and the hotel accommodated our request.

The building is beautiful! The grounds are lovely. The swans are a very nice touch! It was like staying in a castle. The lunch and dinner and breakfast were all in a beautiful and tranquil setting. So very civilized and calm. Our waiter was helpful and the woman who runs the place was happy and helpful. The bedroom was comfortable and elegant yet simple and showcased the beautiful stone and woodwork of the building. There is a book in the lobby that shows the restoration of the place and it is amazing to see what the place used to look like.
The one tiny little issue was with the lights, they are motion sensitive, which is fine, saves energy. But when you are trying to sit and play a game of chess, it is a little funny to have to keep waving your arms every minute to bring the lights back. Super tiny issue. Not even an issue. More funny than an issue.

Entire staff but particularly Miguel went WAY OVER AND ABOVE to make sure we had everything we needed to be successful on the Camino!
absolutely nothing

Breakfast and supper was great albeit on the expensive side. The hosts were brilliant and upgraded us to a superior double room without any extra charge. The property is spacious with lovely gardens. We liked that it was on the outer edge of town and much quieter than hotels in the city.
We arrived at 1pm and there was no one available until 2pm, so it was time wasted. The bathroom in our room was a bit dated.

Staff members are very nice.
Poor restaurant service. 45 minutes before even talking our order for dinner. Both nights.

This is a 5 star Casa!!! Outstanding service, the most comfortable sheets and bed, excellent meals... I cannot say enough. It is a perfect stay away from the hustle and bustle of all the pilgrims who join in Sarria.
Nothing at all - outstanding.

Lovely location, in the country but walking distance of the small town. All the resident animals and pets well looked after, as were the human guests! Grounds were well kept.
Nothing.

The location of this hotel is great to get to the airport. The picnic breakfast was great. The bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom were a good size. The gardens and surrounds were great and there is a large secure carpark.
Alejandro the waiter in the restaurant.
The first thing we were asked as we checked in, was if we were at the right hotel. This was very off putting, especially as they hadn't even checked to see whether we were on their computer.
The room smelt very musty and so did the bedding. It was a strong smell.
There is no aircon and no fan and the room was hot, but they said to open a window. Maybe the room needs a dehumidifier.
It was very noisy at night and the rooms are not soundproof as we could hear people talking until about 1.30 am and someone's phone uploading and downloading messages. We also had a woman banging on our window and door at midnight!
The restaurant is nicely decorated and the food well presented. Alejandro was a wonderful waiter and very enthusiastic and made the evening special. The food looked really good, but was lacking in flavor. The prices were reasonable, but we had had some amazing food in the previous week as we travelled through Galicia.

The hotel is very beautiful with a vintage air. The room is nice and delicate, the staff are very friendly, plus there’s a very cute white cat :) Recommended.

Superb evening meal .
Historic housing completes this fantastic stay .
The fact we had to leave here after just 1 day to continue on the Camino .

This hotel was as expected. It was a high end hotel with all the right facilities. The grounds, with geese and peacocks, were perfect and we enjoyed all the spots to relax. The staff was very helpful anticipating our requests and quickly meeting our needs. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Dinner, not included, was very good. Since we left early they did pack us a bag breakfast (picnic).
It was expensive. It was not directly on the Camino de Santiago adding a few more kilometers to our travel. The milk for the coffee in the morning had curdled overnight.
