A estadia, em geral, foi muito boa. Super recomendo. Apenas o Wi-fi ficou a desejar.

Quartos muito limpos. Camas confortáveis. Chuveiro muito bom e localização excelente. Ótimo atendimento também dos funcionários.

Apesar de possuir Wi-fi, quase não chegava sinal no 9º andar. Tive que usar minha internet móvel.

Bien para el precio

La cercanía a todo y desayuno

Nos instalaron en un piso que estaban todas las habitaciones en remodelación, nos despertaron muy temprano los ruidos de los trabajos y de las personas que estaban trabajando, tuvimos que pedir cambio de habitación para descansar

Café da manhã maravilhoso e estrutura muito boa, além do atendimento da recepção ser ótimo. 🙏🏽

Cobram para deixar bagagem. Chegamos cedo e tivemos que pagar uma taxa de 30 reais. Em outros hotéis que fomos, não cobraram taxa.

Mucha falta de mantenimiento en general.

Buena ubicación y buen desayuno.

Mala limpieza. Y le faltaba mucho mantenimiento. Tuvimos que cambiar de habitación y en la nueva que nos dieron no andaba ni la tele, ni la caja fuerte, ni el teléfono y nunca lo solucionaron. Todos los días tuvimos que reclamar algo!

Limpieza mínima , le falta mantenimiento

Las vistas y la piscina si eran igual a la fotos , está a dos minutos de la playa y hay muchos comercios cerca

La limpieza era casi nula , pone limpieza diaria pero solo cambian toallas y hacen la cama , por lo demás no barren ni limpian , sábanas amarillas y manchadas , estuvimos 8 días y la ducha seguía igual de sucia que el primero , muchos cables sueltos por los pasillos y cucarachas en la zona del desayuno, para ser el centro y tener las cosas cerca vale, pero tienen mejores por el mismo precio , lo único bueno era la atención del personal y la cantidad de comida en el bufete del desayuno

Great Hotel at a fantastic location for an affordable rate. Awesome breakfast.

Breakfast, location, cleanliness and staff; these are all top quality!

The baggage storage is only available for a fee. So, if you arrive at the hotel ahead of your check-in time, you either have to wait at the lounge of spend some extra bucks for them to temporarily store your bags before you are allowed to enter your room.

Rio de Janeiro is my new love

I loved the staff everyone very nice and friendly. The room was very nice for a weekend with 4 people, also the breakfast was quite nice.

The sauna and the gym wasn’t what I expected.

Excelente.

Localização excelente. Atendimento bom dos funcionários. Café da manhã estava delicioso. O quarto estava inteiro novo, mobília, piso. Ar condicionado excelente e sem nenhum barulho. O banheiro e chuveiro eram ótimos.

Toda a hospedagem foi excelente. Só discordo da cobrança de taxa para guardar a bagagem na recepção no valor de R$ 30. Já fui em diversos hotéis em diversas regiões e nenhum realiza tal cobrança.

Diferentemente do que foi contratado, nos foi direcionado às quase 11 da noite após longa viagem um QUARTO FORA DO HOTEL, em prédio adjacente - sem direito a negociação ou aviso prévio. O quarto nesse prédio não tinha portaria 24horas, tampouco chave comum na porta o que dá uma nítida sensação de insegurança. O QUARTO SEM CORTINAS EM TODAS AS JANELAS permite se acordar com a luz do dia após uma noite de baixo isolamento acústico e luz vinda dessa mesma janela descoberta. TUFOS DE POEIRA E CABELOS embaixo da cama direcionam questionamentos quanto ao quesito higiene. Eventuais pedidos de informações foram favorecidos pela AUSÊNCIA DE RAMAL TELEFÔNICO no quarto, o que seria super comum. Caminhar com BAGAGEM, carrinho de BEBÊ NO PASSEIO DA RUA e SUBINDO ESCADAS COM PESO até chegar o elevador de uma estadia diferente da contratada ajudou na acolhida inicial. A delicadeza do funcionário em não recolher as malas caidas ao chão junto ao check-out, enquanto minha esposa estava com bebê ao colo, deixando à sorte da gentileza de pedestres também ficou registrado com carinho. Completando a experiência, o ambiente de café da manhã com AS MESAS JUSTAPOSTAS acontece em ambiente de estatísticas não muito favoráveis de covid. De toda forma manifesto tristeza nessa última estadia pois havia ficado nesse mesmo hotel e gostado muito em outra oportunidade. A nota reflete mais a decepção que as facilidades da estrutura principal do hotel. TOMARA QUE OUTROS TENHAM MELHOR SORTE.

Ok pra um pernoite sem frescuras

Localização, tamanho do quarto/banheiro, armário, café da manhã farto.

Atendimento na recepção pouco cordial, o hotel todo é muito velho e precisa de uma renovação (as fotos aqui estão bem melhores do que a realidade), apartamento velho, cama dura, ar condicionado velho, Black out não deu conta e a claridade entra pelas beiradas, nem todas as tomadas funcionavam.

El desayuno completo, el único detalle el café, puede ser mejor, y la ducha exquisita.

La cama, esperaba más comodidad, no estaba en buenas condiciones, y había mucho ruido exterior, nos toco una habitación hacia la calle y no pudimos dormir bien por los ruidos.

Decepcionante em vários aspectos.

Da localização pois o hotel era perto de muitas coisas, como estação de metro, a orla de Copacabana, entre outros. Também gostamos da segurança, o hotel nos fez sentir seguros enquanto estávamos hospedados lá.

1. Demora no atendimento de check in. 2. Ter que preencher um cadastro completo no papel e caneta. 3. Quarto cheirando a água sanitária, impossível de ficar dentro (tivemos que solicitar a troca para outro quarto). 4. Recepção nunca atende o telefone, nem em casos de emergência (sorte que não tivemos nenhuma emergência grave). Tivemos que descer na recepção todas as vezes que precisávamos de algo. 5. Cofre não tranca, instrucões passadas não são possíveis de resolver e não tentaram trocar o cofre ou verificar o funcionamento. Desistimos de usá-lo. 6. No quarto não havia instruções sobre limpeza, horarios do restaurante, números de telefone/ramais. 7. Não tem copo na geladeira (o primeiro quarto tinha 2 de vidro), pedimos na recepção e nos deram de plástico. 8. No forro do box do banheiro pinga água do banheiro do andar superior (goteira). 9. Cartão magnético demora para abrir a porta do quarto. Precisávamos tentar várias vezes. 10. Das 3 janelas do quarto, só uma abre e não permanece aberta de modo seguro. 11. Televisão com péssima imagem, controle remoto caindo as pilhas e ligando sozinha. O nome da televisão para conectar o espelhamento de tela é igual ao dos outros quartos, impossibilitando de saber qual é a certa, tendo que ir na tentativa e erro. 12. Botões do elevador tem que apertar mais forte, ou muitas vezes, para funcionar o botão. Luz não acende e não conseguimos saber se realmente foi apertado (pelo menos no sétimo andar), hora e temperatura indicadas no elevador estão equivocadas. O andar do restaurante, seria a letra R; mas o elevador só tem a letra P. Nesta letra foi “ajustado” a letra erre, criando a perninha final 13. Os dois relógios do saguão de entrada também tem a hora errada, pois estavam desligados e sem pilha. 14. Na limpeza do quarto não foi deixado as toalhas de rosto. Pedimos na recepção, nos informaram que levariam no quarto em 30 min, pois não tinha toalhas na recepção, esperamos mais de 30 minutos e nada.

Uncomfortable stay

The staff was absolutely the opposite of what you expect when you are going on vacations, except for 1 person t that later came to help me. The hotel says there is parking in the hotel (as per publication in booking) but then at the time of arrival the first response I got was that there was no parking. Later after complaining I was told that my car (vw gol) was not going to fit, then the staff starting passing the ball from on to the other, nobody willing to help. Definitively there is lack of customer services training. Also the room was very noise, not letting to sleep well. Basically it took me 90 minutes to leave the car, between 1:30 PM and 3 PM, instead of being in the beach.

The location is perfect . Clean enough and comfy beds

Breakfast restaurant way too small for the hotel . Sometimes no space . The rooms are very noisy at night and you can hear everyone . Also the elevator makes loud noises all night I don’t understand after so many bad reviews about it they don’t fix it . Pool and gym is a joke and tiny .

it is so old and without good maintenance, no restaurant available at night. In the description said that parking was available upon request but they don’t have any parking what difficult the stay and make more expensive if you need to pay the extra parking.

Don't come here with high standards

Breakfast was okay though little selection for vegetarians. Staff at front desk was helpful. Great location.

Card reader at room door does not work. Our cards needed remagnetizing every two days. Elevator beeps all day and night in a high pitched noise. Construction (drilling and hammering) was going on all day on every single day of our trip. We were not notified of this at the time of booking. Rooms could have been cleaner and need remodeling (marks on walls and curtains, grout in bathroom could use a deep clean, pillows need replacing as they were very compact and hard) We checked out early and moved to a different hotel because of these issues and our standards as students are not too high.

Great position very near Copacabana beach, very good buffet breakfast, al the staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly, except one

the buttons on the elevators sometimes they work sometimes they don't, making it difficult to do simple things like going to out room/breakfast area/ reception. The hotel, despite on the booking .com was confirmed that we could pay cash at the arrival, deducted to my credit card the 1st night 2 days before our arrival. Because on the day of our arrival we did not pay the other 3 nights in full, the following day they blocked our magnetic card key, until the outstanding payment was paid. I think it was very mean, because anyway they have my credit card details in case "we run away" as I mentioned to the man at the reception This member of staff in particular, working from the evening, once I paid in full in cash, he did not want to provide for a receipt. I explained I needed an evidence that I handled the remaining amount, but he said I would have the receipt only at check out. I didn't want to create an issue, but only after politely insisting I received the receipt. All the remainig staff at reception, at the breakfast and the cleaners, were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good, the only problem was that the cooked food was not kept hot, so it was only available to eat cold, and that was a pity because breakfast is one of the strenghts of this hotel's facility

Employees do not speak English nor Spanish. The first night gave me a room in a building next to the Hotel with no connection to Reception (there was no telephone) so, if you need something or when go for breakfast you need to walk out in street, go round the corner to reach the hotel There was also lots of noise due to repairs in next room, After my complaint, they moved me to the room at the Hotel itself. But the second day found the room not cleaned when arrived at night. The guy at Reception had no clue nor response to give. Following days explicitly gave instructions to get the room cleaned.... ( isn´t it supposed to be done by default unless passenger hang the "do not disturb" sign?) Only used the hotel for shower and sleep. But there were many inconveniencies for a short stay so I definitely will not go again nor recommend it.
