Tutto perfetto!

Hotel con una bella vista sul Nilo, il tramonto è perfetto si gode di una vista bellissima! Una piscina molto grande per rinfrescarsi dopo le giornate a visitare i templi di luxor, lo staff mette a disposizione i teli da mettere sulle sdraio in piscina. Camere spaziose con aria condizionata che si può regolare direttamente dalla camera Pulizia ottima, il buffet a colazione a parer mio si potrebbe migliorare con più varietà. Le camere si potrebbero rinnovare partendo anche dalla parte elettrica. La caratteristica di questo hotel è il personale tutti gentili e pronti ad aiutarti se hai bisogno Abdul ci ha aiutati con il nostro tour a Luxor in meno di 1 ora di preavviso aveva organizzato tutto per andare a vedere il tempio di Hatshepsut, il tempio di luxor, il complesso templare di karnak, la valle dei re con visita alle tombe e i colossi di memnone. Autista e guida personale tutto il giorno, ci siamo sentiti al sicuro, per ogni problema! Abdul pronto ad aiutarci subito se ne avessimo bisogno e anche nei giorni successivi se non riusciste a trovare taxi chiedete ad Abdul vi aiuterà lui senza problemi! Poi un ringraziamento speciale va ad Ali moussa, ragazzo in reception.Abbiamo avuto dei problemi con la nostra valigia nell’aeroporto del Cairo ci ha aiutato perché noi l’arabo non lo sappiamo ha parlato al telefono con le persone e ha risolto una situazione molto scomoda. Senza di lui non so se avremmo avuto la nostra valigia.Grazie davvero! Grazie anche a Martina per averci accolto e aiutati quando ne abbiamo avuto bisogno! Il valore aggiunto di questo hotel é il personale tutti fanstastici! Grazie per aver reso memorabile il soggiorno a Luxor!

Amazing!

The pyramisa hotel in Luxor is definitely my idea of what an hotel should be. We founded there all the main services we might need as room service, swimming pool, wifi connection and massages service. The hotel is very clean, cozy and it has huge open spaces. One deserved underline also for the always available and reliable staff: Ali Moussa in his appreciable and kind service in the reception (he provided us an upgrade for the room!), Amr in the swimming pool, Martina for the customer care, the bar crew and all the other we met whose names I can't remember. Thanks Pyramisa hotel and see you soon!

It was in comfortable experience

The room service workers were great and helpful The room clean but not comfortable

Comfortable well priced relaxing stay with amazing views of the Nile and Luxor hot air balloons.

Terrific view of the Nile River. Italian and Asian restaurant and cafe on the premise. Pool area offers snacks from restaurants. Breakfast buffet has a fair amount of options. Location is walkable to the market about 25mins. Laundry and grocery stores are close by also. There is a jewelry shop in the lobby and a small catch all shop toward the pool area. WiFi was horrible. The only place to get reception was the 6-8 chairs in the center of the lobby. This property has many weddings each day 2-3 so there are a lot of people using the WiFi any given day. Your better option is to visit one of the coffee shops in the area.

“The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable Ali moussa and aya and Mr sameh was so amazing andhelpful.The rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable and the amenities were great. The location was perfect - close to the city centre and attractions. The hotel had great facilities and was very convenient.The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and attentive.” + in the Italian restaurant I met heba and abdel alrazik and hassan they was so kind and the food was so perfect 🥰 💞 👌

Privacy, beauty, calm, simplicity and positive energy

I liked everything, starting with the service and cleanliness. The delicious and varied food, the wonderful treatment and meeting any requests, the tranquility and beauty of the place, the simplicity of the decorations, the splendor of the swimming pool and the entire hotel system reflect a privacy that allows the resident to enjoy the atmosphere. Thank you to the hotel staff and I will repeat the experience again.

Overall a good stay and worth the money

The hotel location was good. All the staff, from the front desk to the night shift bar area and rest of them were incredibly politel and very helpful. The rooms were very spacious and had comfortable beds. I had the Nile River view and it was incredible.

The breakfast was very bad. The selection was poor. The food was stale and cold. Even the juice selection was poor. I would say the worst buffet breakfast I had before. Another dissapointment is that we booked a taxi from hotel to airport for 5 people via front desk of hotel. They sent a 4 seater instead of a big mini van. The taxi driver tried to overcharge even thou this was a recommendation via the hotel.

Beautiful and restful place along the Nile.

Beautiful spot along the Nile. They upgraded us to a nicer room since our room was not quite ready (even though we were early) for no extra charge. Breakfast buffet was very good. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was nice and grounds were well kept.

Only provided two bottles of drinking water per day. Not enough in the hot climate. Wifi was only in the lobby. One of the restaurants was closed but the main one and an Italian one were operating and were good.

Exceptional

The hotel has a very large pool and lots of facilities (bars, restaurants, shops, cafés). The view of the Nile and surrounding countryside on the West Bank is stunning at sunset. There's also very nice gardens. It's in a good location (5 minute drive from Luxor Train Station) the room had access to a large shared balcony and also had a nice bathtub and shower.

The room could have benefited from more accessible electrical outlets.

Wonderful staff! Front desk were always available and helpful. Pool staff went out of there way tobe accommodating..Said and room cleaning staff were fantastic . Great breakfast too..Abrahim was always getting us coffee and juice.

My room was upgraded to the Nile view and it was spectacular,Thanks to Hagar for that ,she made sure I was comfortable. All the receptionists were polite and ready to help .. the porters too . Clean and big bathrooms even at the lobby area. The pools are giving 🥰.I only did breakfast once cos of all my activities. The location is great too. I got so much value than what I paid for .Thank you to the entire team of Pyramisa Isis Hotel Luxor, definitely coming back !

cafe next to Nile river (inside hotel property) has two menus for Egyptian (normal price) and for foreigner which is doubled prices. Hope don’t scam on people who come and stay at the hotel in future.

Huge variety and delicious breakfast, excellent location and comfy beds.

Plenty of options for the buffet breakfast, excellent location with scenery views at the Nile river and comfy beds. The room service goes above and beyond to make guests happy. My family and myself enjoyed our stay in Pyramisa hotel Luxor.

The only restaurant lady server during breakfast who was supposed to remove dishes and/ or doing general cleaning at the restaurant.

With a bit of renovation, this could be an excellent hotel

Location was good, the pool was deep and clean

Hotel was tired, breakfast, not so great options as most were pretty tasteless, bathroom was dated and crusty bits could be seen.

Good

The location and view from the window were magnificent and well worth it. The staff were friendly and helpful to the extreme. The rooms were clean, the beds were excellent, and the facilities were in good condition.

There weren't many food options, however, and the ones that were there weren't great, just good enough to keep going. We also had a bit of trouble with staff being a bit too insistent at times, and the music from the bar kept us up at night a couple of times.
