Fijn, comfortabel hotel

Kamer was groot en comfortabel genoeg, het personeel was uiterst vriendelijk (ook in de bar) en het restaurant serveert lekkere gerechten. Inclusief een goed ontbijt. Goede plek van waaruit je de wijde omgeving kunt verkennen.

Parkeren kon wel bij het hotel maar was niet goedkoop.

Buiten verwachting goed.

Het hotel was zeer modern, tegen alle verwachtingen in. Er hing een gezellige sfeer en het personeel was erg vriendelijk. Het eten was ontzettend goed, Michelin kwaliteit. Tevens een ruime keuze aan cocktails. De kamers waren schoon en het balkon is erg leuk om in de avond gebruik van te maken / borrelen. De badkamer was erg modern en de bedden waren oké. Het hotel is goed centraal gelegen, en er is gelegenheid tot gratis parkeren in de buurt van het hotel. Nog een voordeel is, dat het personeel Nederlands, Duits of Engels spreekt. Zo hoef je je niet druk te maken als je geen Frans kunt spreken/verstaan.

Als ik dan echt iets moet bedenken, er ontbrak een gootsteen dopje in de badkamer.

Je n’y retournerait certainement pas, l’expérience vécue lors du petit déjeuner m’as gâché mon séjour, on ne traite pas

Suite spacieuse et propre, équipements modernes, réceptionniste chaleureuse et très sympathique

Petit déjeuner pauvre et pas de bonne qualité. Serveuse dans la salle du petit déjeuner très désagréable voir impolie, elle as refusé qu’on s’installe dans une table près de la fenêtre pourtant il y’avait plusieurs tables de libres sous prétexte qu’il n’y a pas de set de table (un set en papier et des couverts que j’ai proposé de reprendre d’une table au milieu de la salle et dresser la table moi même, nous étions que deux donc c’est pas comme ci ça allait prendre 10ans de dresser une table si elle voulait) ensuite 5 minutes plus tard elle a installé d’autres personnes qui sont arrivés après nous, elle a continué de dresser au fur et à mesure que les gens arrivaient, nous n’avons pas compris son attitude.. en essayant de comprendre en lui demandant pourquoi on ne pouvait pas s’installer dans ces tables elle nous as répondu avec un air très agressif il y’a des tables au milieu de la salle et ces tables près de la fenêtre sont très demandées… je n’ai pas voulu débattre plus pour ne pas me gâcher ma journée mais une répondue et une attitude comme cela je ne trouve pas d’explication ni de mots… 🙁

No hot breakfast… TV did not work at all … the hotel restaurant pretty expensive … you can’t use swimming pool or a sauna free of charge after 7pm.

Very nice place for a short stay, super comfy bedding, good food.

The room and the bathroom had been completely refurbished recently so it was a good surprise because it was way nicer and modern than on the pictures of the hotel. The beds were super comfy. The staff (mainly the lady at the reception) was very nice, kind and helpful. The restaurant is very good, the breakfast gives a large choice. The hot stone massage I took as extra was very relaxing.

The people going with their noisy children at the swimming pool of the spa. The fact that there is only one sauna for two people included in the price. You have to wait for other people to leave. The hammam is extra and the infrared sauna as well. They should definitely add a jacuzzi. Just one little thing not really bad but worth saying: having two beds instead of a big one isn't very cosy when you want to sleep in your lover's arms.

Breakfast and Customer Service. If you would like to experience typical Luxembourgish customer service then come to this hotel. They offer a breakfast without the choice of eggs! When requested scrambled eggs, I was told yes but left waiting. After enquiring where the eggs were, I was told that the chef said no and the waitress couldn’t remember who asked for them! The breakfast was a disgrace in quality, quantity and range. It was not fit for a small child.

enormous size of family room layout of the room facilities

automatic light in walk in closet (since it was a corridor from bed to bathroom as well), not convenient when going to the toilet at night

The location was great, within walking distance of all the sights. We were only here a night so that was important. The room was lovely and spacious, it had a balcony which got the last of the days sun which was lovely. The wifi worked well and for the duration of our stay. The breakfast was really good, it was a buffet style and had a nice variety.
