Very well thought out accommodation, comfortable beds, very helpful staff, nice little outdoor area, very clean, friendly atmosphere. Sensitively planned to fit in to the environment.
We didn’t use the pool but wouldn’t have fancied being one of the sixty allowed at a time! We were only two so we’re very comfortable but it would have been cramped for 5.

The view was great. The place was quite.
Very small bedroom compared with the rest of the apartment.

There is everything you need, little kitchenette, fridge, kettle, important for a family - separate toilet and bathroom, huge balcony. The Residence is located perfectly, a few minutes walk from the village centre, and is very quiet. Big car park is just in front of it. Was very clean. Location is absolutely beautiful and great start for cyclists to do the famous climbs.
We would like to thank the staff for all the kind help they gave us with our extra enquiries )))
The breakfast could be better organized. There was no sponges, washing up liquids, bin bags, shower gel, no tea or coffee, nothing for the first night/morning. The bedrooms are tiny.

The top feature is the really wonderful location - so much to see and do in this area. A brilliant place to visit. Accomodation peaceful and quiet, slightly outside the centre but just a few minutes walk to lots of shops and restaurants. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and Wifi worked well. Nice balcony with fabulous view and pleasing lack of biting insects! Small pool for guests to use and nice to be able to order croissants for the morning at reception. Money off local acitivities - including most enjoyable rafting.
The apartment was much smaller than we'd realised it would be and had no air conditioning, so some days it was unpleasantly hot inside. The wifi was capped to 4 devices. The pool was smallish for the size of the complex with a booking system to book for a 1 hour slot to use it each day. There was no oven and only a very small freexer compartment in the fridge. There was no shower gel, handsoap, washing up liquid, washing sponge etc for self catering - a small cleaning pack could be purchased for 3 Euros, but surely this could have been provide free.

Hidden fees of 50 euros for cleaning. No hand soap or shampoo. Very small rooms.

Nice location, nice staff
A bit run down. The fact you need to clean the apartment in depth or purchase a leaning forfait

The location is great for walking in the Pyrenees - lovely pool to use afterwards. Great having fresh bakery products delivered for breakfast. Very friendly staff. View from the balcony superb. Our second visit - had been updated since our last visit

Great location and lovely apartment. Really friendly and helpful staff.
Disappointing that after booking I was notified that the spa and pool facilities were closed for refurbishment. Did receive a voucher for the luz spa but one of us still had to pay.

The location of Val de Roland is perfect. This was our first trip out to the Pyrenees, and we couldn't have picked a better spot to start exploring. Since we traveled over a holiday weekend off-season, many businesses were closed i.e. restaurants, shops, and activities. We were just there to explore and hike. The rooms are small apartments, great if you stay for two days to one week or longer. There is a small kitchen, bathroom and we had three beds (2 adults, 2 kids). The balcony in our unit looked out directly to the mountains, it was exactly what we were looking for getting out of the city for a few days. We only saw one woman working the front desk and she was great, despite being on her own she had everything under control and was incredibly nice. We'll definitely return to this location! Val de Roland is within one hour of the Cirque de Gavarnie and another ski town called Cauterets, which is on the way to Pont d'Espagne.
The only disappointment was that the pool and sauna were being serviced during our short stay, but that just got us out to do more activities instead of hanging around in the pool. The staff informed us that the heated pool/sauna would not be available prior to our arrival.

The apartment was cozy and nice..also you reach the town center in 5 minutes by walk. We have all we need there
You pay the stay but you also have to clean at the end or pay for the cleaning services. I think it's a bit weird, at least in Spain. So maybe it's better to include this fee in the final budget instead claim the customer for clean in his holidays. (I meant, the final clean, of course everybody is responsible of the daily maintenance of the apartment)
The water of the spa was quite chill

Quiet place, the staff was very helpful and servicial.
Kitchen is very limited. No cleaning products available.
We paid a high price plus the tourist tax per night, and you yet have to clean when you leave (or pay another extra 50€).

Very friendly welcoming staff. Nothing was too much trouble.
Very clean. Pool facility was great for a dip after cycling in the mountains. Lovely and quiet, but very close to the centre of Luz Saint Sauveur, so it was a great location for us.
Nothing to complain about, it was really great, and we will definitely stay here again if we are able to revisit again for more cycling.
Keep up the good work! 😊

Location, swimming pool, sauna, furnitures and bedsheets (rare for this type of residency) were all appreciated.
Easiness of the check-in/check-out procedure, within the opening hours (mentioned in advance).
Besside furnitures, bedsheets, toilet paper and towels, the apartment was completely empty (not even cleaning products or soap to wash the dishes) but this is told in advance. A bit disappointing nowadays, but with the covid regulations sometimes.
You have to book your place to the swimming pool/sauna in advance but there is no real control.

Walkable to amenities.
A full spring-clean before departure is quite excessive compared to other residences and charging for the products to use is not usual.

Staff
Too old and small
