Small coffee shop on site open most of the day with a little bit of air con inside and fans outside. Rooms were cleaned and sorted every day and the premises was always clean. Security is very strict which is a good thing
The food was average at best, the main buffet restaurant didn’t have any air conditioning so was always uncomfortable to eat. I booked the a la carte Italian and Mexican and both had very little selection and was like the food was of a buffet standard. I can’t fault the staff at all as they were always helpful, polite and always on hand

The activities and night time shows
The unfriendly staff, the unhelpful staff, the decaying property, the dirty sheets, the theft

Nice resort. Very tropical and lush setting. Resort was nicely maintained.
Rooms could offer more luxury and more comfortable beds. I would like to have had room service options especially coffee delivery to the room. Very hard to book specialty dining so I would have liked more dining options other than the buffet.

Their service people r the best except the receptionist people
They over charge on our reservation because they said there was not ages of our children in the reservation made which the reservation was properly made

Location, facilities, staff...it's a nice place to get relaxed and enjoy the beautiful Caribbean sea
2.5 / 5.0
Beach location, friendliness of staff
Old infrastructure, small and dark rooms, no refreshments or drinks provided in the room fridge, only one swimming pool, the food was lousy.
2.0 / 5.0
The Beach was great.
The Location was great.
Gym is decent.
Singing entertainment brought in one night was talented.
They need a consultant... with minimal work & cost they could be at least a 3.5 star instead of a lazy 2.5 star.
Food: 2/5, mostly bland except for the salsas, little concept of flavour profiles, and minimal concept of layout to pair...
i.e. Apparently pancake syrup belongs next to the fruit salad, not the 'pancakes'.
i.e. You are supposed to eat all desserts with a spoon.
i.e. No cream cheese or lox next to bagels.
5/9 mornings no bacon (out of, despite being there 1st thing), no steak at all, apparently no charbroiler, the same 1 type of fried fish... 95% the same thing every day, restaurants 4 max per 9 night trip that served the same things as the buffet including beverages.
Drinks 3/5, bordering on weak, generic selection, beer is not Dos Equis (as some have claimed, but was drinkable), couldn't upgrade to small selection of slightly better brands. No Baileys!
Room 2/5: old, small, 146cm 'queen', blocked ocean view, no mini bar, no fitted sheets.
WiFi sketchy at best & on the same channel as the neighboring hotels & services... lazy.
DIY Crafts... overpriced (with an attendant who likes to pull a change scam... 'come back the next day for your change', then magically forgets who you are the next day).
Entertainment... shows were cheezy.
Kids club... dumpy and geared for very little kids <6
Rooftop Tennis Court needs a net to keep balls from flying off the roof to the neighboring resorts.
No nightclub, just a club night dj for a bit weekends.
Unnecessary blaring PA down by the pool in the morning.
Offered drugs by the peon of the jet ski worker (probably crap or a trip to jail scam, not my thing & wasn't about to find out)...
Tour services are advertised in USD & also beach peddled, are deposits in cash & at the service provider card machines are Pesos with outlandish conversion rates.... Lesson: always have USD.

The pool and the beach side are beautiful. Also the coffee bar and the snacks on different places on the resort are a plus.
That we only booked three night to start with. We went somewhere else and will not come back here.
We experienced some things that made our stay not pleasant. First it's the dinner booking in the restaurants, (not necessary for buffet), those you need to book through an app which is no problem if it works. But it didn't. They guaranty only that you can eat one time in the 3 days in the restaurants, the rest you have to eat buffet, wich is not that good and cozy. Two of four got sick from it the first evening. If the app don't work you can go to a counter where they can help you book you in but those ladies are not nice and give you the feeling that you are bothering them.
Then everyone must be quite between 0:00 8.00 am, which is perfect, but that don't count for the staff you can clearly hear doing the dishes and screening to eachother and whistle while doing there job. We woke upp 3.40 from it and had to call the reception to make it stop. But next day same thing again so it's for them normal to do I think. So no sleep for us.
Further the bars are understaffed so a lot of times you stand in a queue, sometime 15 Peron's in front of you.

beach area was exceptional Food options were of good varieties and fresh
our mattress had mold spots. We were not able to make reservations for Portofinos or Miremar restaurants due to no availability.

Nothing, Overall, I was extremely disappointed by my stay at this hotel. Despite friendly staff and a convenient location, the hotel fell far short of the 4-star rating it advertised. In my opinion, it would be more accurately described as a 2-star property. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and I would not want to return in the future.
Upon arrival, I was greeted by a lackluster lobby and a chaotic check-in process. The staff were friendly, but the front desk seemed understaffed and disorganized. The room itself was small and outdated, with worn carpets and old furnishings. The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool and the bathroom was in dire need of a renovation. The shower had spots full of rust and green with dirt and fungus that caused a very bad feeling when one entered to bathe. Additionally, the room was not very clean, with dust and cobwebs visible in the corners.
The hotel's amenities were also severely lacking. The pool was uninviting and in need of maintenance. Although the hotel advertised having 5 restaurants, in practice we were only able to use one because the other 4 were never available for any day due to the precariousness of the facilities, including liquor which were in the worst category. The window door to access the beach was in very poor condition, the internal door that connected to the other room was rusty and dirty.

What i really appreciate is just the treat of Noe from the buffet who was really really nice and helpful , always.
1/ it supposed to be kids friendly, however we arrived with our daughter, they (reception)saw us with a push-chair, and the room assigned to us was 3rd floor by stairs and in front of the scenario where all the shows happen. No sense or really lack of professionalism.
2/ we had to wait 2 nights to change the room.
3/ toilet paper the worse quality ever, bring yours
4/ the staff of the kids club they didn’t even say hi, no smile, unbelievable to take care of kids
5/ no brands for alcohol cocktails
6/ food of the buffet repetitive
7/no written you can book restaurants according to the number of stays
8/apart of Noe from the buffet who is really really nice the rest of the staff looks they have a bad day every day 😅
9/room super olds , humidity smell ,
10/ no kettle in the room, i know it is an all inclusive but nowadays a any hostel offers that
11/ no usb charge in room
12/ bad wifi

Good food selections. Very responsive staff. Great beach area. Fun activities like archery and dance lessons Great location for X parks
Very dangerous flooring everywhere. Very slick when wet. Fell 4 times. First room had broken shower door flooded the whole room and it was like an ice rink. Changed rooms. Second room had a dirty hat and a leftover sandwich in the fridge. Beds and pillows Very hard. Pool closed early evening. Spa in pool area wasn't heated and also closed very early.

I liked that the property was beachfront.
There is SO much not to like about this place. I have stayed in several all-inclusive and this was the first time I was ever disappointed. The staff was rude to non-helpful. They didn't have a variety of food options and all the restaurants needed reservations and were booked up! Not a lot of activities either. READ the other reviews and skip this one!

The food buffet and restaurants quality was really poor.

I liked that all the restaurants were relatively close to where we were. the wait staff at all the restaurants were the best
the very first thing after you check in is they try to get you to come to a “free breakfast” Which is to convince you to signup for their membership. they are very relentless about it.
They don’t tell you to book your 3 restaurant reservations immediately- you can only 3 out of the 4.
if you book excursions - they don’t tell you that the only way to cancel and get a refund is with a doctors note.
no coffee makers in the room.
the mini fridge - is very small. more like a drink fridge
the shower stunk like sewer gas coming from the drain.
bathroom had poor ventilation
poor shower pressure
the entire suite floor was tile - no area rugs nothing.
the beds are on wheels - so they move at the slightest touch.
the air filter in the room was so dirty and we got sick as a result
our ocean view room - you could not see the ocean very well lol

The activities and dance that kept me engaged and hardly have any reason to leave the property
staffs do not speak English and even if they do, they are very rude.
There was a fight at the pool my second stay there and they were scared to get involved. They watch this guy beat up this girl like it was normal and the crazy part of it is, they were not customers. They walked in from beach.
They make your drink all nasty and when you ask them, they say “your not a member and do not have a black band”.
This guy asked me twice if I wanted some weed, he had no band on and when I reported it to the resort and pointed him out, they smiled and told me to ignore him.
It’s a lot that went wrong. I will stop here

The staff was great! From the house keeping to the concierge everyone was friendly and very attentive to our needs. Specifically, Raul and Joel from the concierge staff! They treated us like royalty during our honeymoon stay!
I can’t pick anything I didn’t like, if I did I would say the food selection during the buffet. Add more traditional Mexican foods as we traveled to Mexico to try out the food and we got American foods most of the stay. Again, this is very minor detail that if not changed won’t ruin the stay.

Overall the experience is nice. We were lucky we got one of the best room with the ocean view (and literally, the ocean in front of the balcony.) Also noticed our room was one of the fews that were remodeled. The staff deserves all of the ratings. Customer experience is the best. Servers: Antonio, Isaac, Darinel, and all the servers from the restaurants! The entertainers and dancers are MARAVILLOSO! Shouout to the Venezuelan dancer, he is the best Dancer and Zumba Instructor.
The food is not the best. Be aware, it’s all you can eat but ONLY the buffet they serve everyday. Not the best food, but okay for the money you’re spending. You only get 3 reservations from the fine-dining restaurants and you have to book them, reserve, whenever THEY have availability. They don’t open everyday. But it makes sense. You can see they’re understaff on the service staff.

The room did not really have that many cabinets to put your stuff, also for the restaurants you would have to make reseRVATIONS AND THEY WERE BOOK ALREADY. I stayed for 3 night and could't even book one. This soppose to be all inclusive. But all I got inclusive was the buffet and the snack bar. There were not even beer in the mini fridge, So much for the all inclusive.

Accessibility for disabled , me, was very good except the fact that there is no large handicap toilet...you always have to go to your room...
Too bad there is no tableservice for drinks when you sit on a terras
...every time you have to wait in line at the bar.

The beach was beautiful
The saff was rude, the food was horrible in the international dinning room. You could not get a reservation at any of the other restaurant . My stay was 6 days and I got 1 night reservation a restaurant. It wasmy birthday and I had to pay 600 for dinner downtown.
