algunos detalles a tener en cuenta

la ubicación en la cuidad

la distribución del baño: el inodoro por un lado y la Bacha para lavarse las manos en otro sector no es cómodo ni higiénico y el aire acondicionado está a la altura del piso y tapado por las cortinas que no le permite enfría bien

Lamentable

Nada realmente, una desilusión

Reservé una habitación superior por 4 noches y en la misma entraba aire frío desde afuera debido a que el artefacto del aire acondicionado (del año 90 aprox) estaba mal sellado: 1era queja: fueron y lo pegaron con cinta papel y un naylon, 2da queja: no me escucharon, 3era queja: hice inspeccionar el reclamo con la gente de mantenimiento en mi presencia y le pusieron cinta ancha, en fin las 4 noches las pasamos con frío. El mismo día el hotel se queda sin agua caliente por una rotura en un tanque por lo que recién el tercer día volvió todo a la normalidad. El desayuno un espanto la calidad y la variedad es de un hotel 2/3 estrellas. Todo esto en 4 días, imaginen que hubiese pasado si mi estadía era mayor, por suerte no vuelvo más a ese hotel. La atención del personal pésima también, incluida una superior del turno mañana. Lo único positivo fue la atención y respuesta del conserje la noche del 8, fue el único con respuestas humanas dentro de toda la estadía. Gracias y espero que mejoren y no se burlen más de la gente

Good but too expensive for the service; would not come back to this hotel

excellent location; the room and bathroom are spacious and very clean; water pressure is excellent; the room is very warm; breakfast is varied and tasty; wi-fi was OK. Staff was very polite.

Very expensive for the service they provide: No in-parking and you have to pay for it (not included in the total price); the mattress and pillows are old and uncomfortable; TV is old and you can only watch certain cable channel’s (no smart TV); the room was very noisy (outside noise); the bedroom lights are automatic and turn on with move-sensors, our’s was broken and lights were on-off the whole night with no possibility to turn them off.

The city life is close, Taxi service is near and you can walk to many resturants

Breakfast was fresh with many pastries and choses to satisfy most people. Cereal, milk, yogurt, toast, eggs, ham and cheeses. Plenty for breakfast and service was great

The only issue I had was the bathrooms shower head was leaking and spray every were. A simple fix.

Great facilities. New and everything works, plus great location.

Parking lot was full and they put me in another one off the property, still nearby and safe, but had to carry baggage on the street by myself.
