El personal amable pero habitaciones muy deterioradas

Lo mejor el acceso a la playa, estaba limpio el personal amable y tenían buena organizaciónBuenas vistas al mar menor

Las habitaciones están bastantes deterioradas,muebles rotos, ventanas estropeadas y puertas con la madera muy muy estropeados, el aire debería de estar muy sucio pq olía mal, el precio con la calidad del hotel no es equivalente ya que necesita urgentemente una reforma.

Buen hotel, pero sus errores hizo nuestro viaje un poco caótico...

El hotel tiene buena animación,y está justo a orillas del mar menor.

Pusimos una reclamación por qué entraban a la habitación cuando no estábamos aun poniendo el cartel de no molestar.

Por el precio que tiene...¡Excelente!

Mucha animación infantil. La ubicación es excelente, conecta al Mar Menor, y a 2 min andando, tienes el Mediterráneo. Las instalaciones correctas y el personal generalmente agradable. El precio excelente en relación con la calidad del servicio. La comida buena, pero en ocasiones poca variedad.

Las habitaciones algo anticuadas(por el precio tampoco se puede pedir mucho). A veces, había poca variedad de comida.

Habitación amplia, luz, cama grande, calidad precio inmejorable, buenas vistas, bien organzado Hotel Para sol y playa, familiar perfecto

Habitacion con extractores de olores de los pisos inferiores casi en las narices, a veces tenía q cerrar la ventana,. Ducha con cortina, se me salía el agua por todos lados. Estaba durmiendo en ropa interior y entró uno de mantenimiento. Se nota un poco antiguo, pero para sol y playa más q suficiente No hay wifi, bueno, si pero no, te conectas gratis, y luego estás 3horas para ver un vídeo de minuto y medio

Hotel ideal para familias y abuelos

Ubicación ideal. Instalaciones estupendas. Buffet bueno incluso incluye agua y vino. La comida nunca falta siempre están pendientes de reponerla.

Los ascensores a ciertas horas están muy requeridos y toca esperar hasta encontrar hueco.

Muy buena zona

Lo que más me gusto es la amplitud de la habitación puesto que íbamos con un bebé, varias maletas, el carro no te sientes agobiado como me ha pasado en otros hoteles

El bufet es muy escaso siempre hay un apartado de ensaladas y luego otro con 5-6 platos diferentes las patatas fritas y la paella nunca faltan

Colas para ascensor, comida de mala calidad y mal hecha( carnes duras, pescado pasado) , habitacion antiquisima( de la serie Cuentame en primera temporada), deterioro de balcones, rejas.., que cobraran por usar hamacas piscina etc etc.... no repetiría.

Sauberkeit. Gutes abwechslungsreiches Essen, Tischwein zu den Mahlzeiten gratis. Sehr geringer Aufpreis zwischen Halb- und VP. Surfschule mit erfahrenen Trainern und bestens ausgestattetem Equipment zu zivilen Preisen. Großer Pool.

Veraltete abgewohnte Zimmereinrichtung mit nur einem Stecker und einem Nachttisch. Unglaubliche Geräuschkulisse in den Speiseräumen und Massenauflauf der im Hotel eincheckenden Ostblock -touristen. Überteuerte Übernachtung im Vgl. zu anderen dort ansässigen 4* Hotels.

Overall, the hotel is nice. Small shortcomings exist everywhere.

1. The food was nice. 2. The view is breathtaking. 3. All facilities are close to each other. 4. Close to shops and restaurants. 5. Big pool and a nice selection of beaches. 6. Great and helpful Reception staff except one person. 7. Kids disco is nice.

1. Absolutely no vegies at the breakfast. 2. Neighbors complained that we made noise, but we were just talking and nothing else. I think that the walls are very thin. 3. Receptionist Antonio can be nicer. Whenever he is asked about something, the answer is "No" unless you ask several times. For example, he gave me 50 cent coins for Billiards which are not accepted, I doubt that he does not know about this. 4. Even though Animation team are working hard, their evening entertainment is a kindergarten level, absolutely amateur. We have been to many other hotels around the world and this is one of the worst animations.

Queues everywhere and not a 4 star hotel

Location is good and cheap parking, €3.5 per day. 2 min walking to the Mediterranean sea and on top of the mar menor

Very old and dated. Massive queues for the elevators. I was in the 5th floor and end up going up by the stairs a few times. Food is terrible. Although we had all inclusive, we end up going out for dinner and lunch 85% of the time as food is terrible, bland, and processed food with not many options... And you even need to pay for any drink. Not to mention queue to go to restaurant and queue to pay for drinks. Swimming pool sun beds you need to pay...

Overall a good stay, nice view of the sea from the room and good food!

Very friendly, welcoming and accommodating Reception staff! The salads on the buffet are nice and fresh and the desserts are delicious!

The hotel is in urgent need of renovation! It has a great potential as it was nearly at 100% occupancy every day but everything is very old; bedroom furniture, curtains , bathroom (especially hair dryer!) all needs a refresh! The pool didn't feel very clean, and we didn't like the fact that the hotel was was full of sometimes 'screaming' children :( this should be mentioned to customers during the booking process to be able to make a wiser choice! Dinner time should also start much earlier from 19:00hrs as not everyone can have dinner so late and it would help ease the long queues! Actual dinner choices were very limited and mainly catered to kids (i.e nuggets, spaghetti, burgers) We expected to see more Spanish dishes such as paellas, meats etc.

A trip to explore the Mar Menor and La Manga.

Balcony and view over Mar Menor was superb. Air conditioning was perfect. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was limited in choice but was adequate and tasty. The overall value for money was excellent.

Can't fault the hotel at all for the price.

It would have been great in summer. I felt like I was in a retirement center as they were only senior visitor and the food was ok but simple. Beautiful area and beach.

Relaxing, friendly, excellent value stay

Amazing quality of buffet for dinner and breakfast. It was an off season deal. Dinner came with a bottle of wine as there was a nice range of food to choose from. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and also very helpful in dealing with a problem we had because we had accidentally booked twice and they could have charged us but did not. I can see us definitely staying there again.

No complaints. Considering what we paid to include both dinner and breakfast, it was amazing value for money.

It was great experience, I'm glad we've found this hotel!

We had amazing time at Cavanna Hotel! Location is perfect, hotel is literally on the beach. The view from 14th floor was breathtaking. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Room was big, nice and clean. There is a gaming room, evening dancing, clean and big enough pool, bar, souvenir shops in the hotel; you can stay entertained not leaving the hotel. Breakfast, lunch and dinner included in the price was such a bargain! Food was delicious! Big variety, we had a chance to try traditional Spanish meals and desserts. Staff doing their best to take care of guests, although it was busy especially during lunch or dinner, it was still clean and food was brought in all the time. Definitely value for money! Will go there again, for sure!

Shampoo and shower gel in bathroom would be helpful.

sorry, first and last visit from us!

absolutely not 4star! the only bar available for a drink was the pool bar with continuous loud music all day. buffet restaurant more like a canteen with some food ok, salads nice and fresh. bread and deserts pretty poor! breakfast ok but hot food same each day day. mostly whole fruit served , not sliced. not enough supervision of restaurant staff who were very slow to clear tables coffee not served in dining room. all drinks poor quality from self serve machines. Previous guests underwear found in drawer. part of bathroom ceiling fell on my head, staff at reception not really concerned.
