Nul… mauvaise expérience !!!

L’hôtel est dans un état lamentable, très vieux, les lits sont inconfortables les peintures sont écaillés, la salle de douche fait peur (seiche cheveux avec du scotch) , hôtel à éviter même si tout les hôtels aux alentours sont complets !!!! À quand des travaux de rénovation de l’hôtel complets car même l’accueil et dans un état à partir en courant !! Je ne pense pas que se soit un vrai hôtel kyriad !! Bon chance pour la suite… Dommage que j’ai oublié de prendre des photos !! Chambre 118 premier étage !!

Good

Finding a hotel at a cheap price for 1 night in August is not easy. This one gives good value to money seen the prices of the others all around the city center.

The moquette is horrible, please remove it.

The location is very good. You get what you pay for.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They offer a spot in a garage for the vehicle. The hotel‘s location is really close to the wonderful center of Nîmes.

The property is getting old and could need some general maintenance. Our AC didn’t work, which shouldn’t happen, but we got offered a ventilator right away.

Friendly hotel within walking distance to all the sites in Nimes

The hotel offers paid parking, which is a big plus and from there it's a walking distance to the old part of town. Very friendly and helpful staff!

The air conditioning could not cope with the heat. And the beds are not the most comfortable I've ever slept in, but for one night it's alright.

Excellent location, super staff but some areas in need of repair/ redecoration/refurbishment.

Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff, I was impressed. Freshly baked gluten free bread from the boulangerie was supplied just for me. Although breakfast was mostly bought in items there was an excellent choice including fresh fruit, eggs and cold meats and a selection of cheese. The hotel is in a quiet street but less than a five minute walk to the Arenes and old city centre Very clean Garage parking available by reservation was excellent

The hotel is in a very old building and some areas are in need of repair/redecoration. My room had a large bathroom with a large high sided bath. There no grab rails nor anti slip protection in the bath and no shower curtain/screen so taking a shower was not easy. The bathroom also had a very large window on the street side and I was not convinced it gave sufficient privacy

Friendly place in downtown Nimes

Excellent location, walking distance to shopping, monuments, market, train station, bus station... Good breakfast, friendly staff, and excellent value for money. I would come again.

Overall very nice experience, nothing to complain about! When I slept there was no actual problem but the door is not soundproof.

Very good

Located centrally in Nîmes, the room was spacious and clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. The lobby is quite modern, and the 24-hour reception is brilliant.

Very noisy, unfortunately I could hear other guests frequently during my stay. The room (and door especially) wasn't very well noise-protected. Also the bulb in the side lamp was broken and the shower tray holder too.

The location is the only factor keeping this hotel alive- a lot of changes are needed.

The location was great - close to the old town with various supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The available parking is also a plus.

The hotel is nowhere near the advertised number of stars - it’s outdated, the furniture is very worn and has holes from cigarettes. The wifi did not work at all for the entire stay and no method could get it to change. The bathroom was horrible - the water was pouring all over the floor, you couldn’t attach the shower head anywhere as the holder was no longer there, the cabin itself was also horrendously small. For some time the bathroom was full of marijuana and cigarette smoke as guests above were probably smoking in their room. I hate leaving negative feedback but it was one of the worst experiences I had for a long time.

I recommend this hotel when visiting Nimes on business or pleasure.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, good location in center of town and within walking distance of historical sites and restaurants.

Room is very small and basic. Internet tended to shut off periodically requiring multiple logins.

A restful stay for two weary cyclists.

It was simple but everything was excellent: Very friendly welcome from the staff, terrific garage — newly renovated — with a section reserved for bicycles, spartan but very clean rooms.

Nothing. We literally had no complaints.

We were surprised how nice the room was and the big bonus was a large balcony/sun terrace. There is underground parking which was great but it was a little invisible when first arriving and there wasn’t much parking on the street to allow you to pop into the hotel to find out where the garage was. Top tip - it’s just 20/30 metres further on from the hotel (it’s a one-way system) on the same side of the road as the hotel. I think the door opens automatically as you turn in.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff close to the centre of Nimes

Lovely Location and handy to have a car park! was a nice walk into the centre. Great, friendly staff who helped with showing us where to go in Nimes, we had a couple of places recommended to us with regards to food but we ended up at a great Argentinian restaurant called 'Che Boludo' which was in a lovely part of town, lots of restaurants and shops near the hotel to choose from though! would definitely stay here if I was to ever come back!

Room was a little small, along with the bathroom - but was still big enough for what we needed and definitely didn't take anything away from the experience we had here.

My colleagues and I arrived following an unexpected change of itinerary. BRAVO Kyriad & thank you!!

The staff was wonderfully accommodating with an unexpected early arrival and unintended change of breakfast plans. There were excellent recommendations for attractions and restaurants in Nîmes and additional services available.

This will be a short response. The only thing I can think of that could have been improved was the strength of the wifi signal or that the signal was not "secured." Neither of these was a concern or posed a particular inconvenience.
