+ The location is nice, not far from the town (5 min by car). There is an indoor and outdoor pool, as well one pool for babies, which was very convenient. The room is clean. The breakfast is good, but not much of warm food available expect for sausages and eggs. There are also some shows and some activities during the day. The territory of the hotel is big, with a little farm for kids.
- The domain and rooms are rather old. The wifi signal is very bad.

The breakfast had a nice buffet and the location was great, very near to many things like the L’Occitane factory and the lavender fields.
The pool was great, always clean and the right temperature, the outside was great for cooling down and the inside good for a swim in the evening.
There were many bugs in and around the chalet.
Everything from crickets to spiders to wasps to ants. The lack of air conditioning made it very difficult to spend much time in the chalet and made it a struggle to sleep and get ready to sleep without lights on to keep bugs out as the windows had to be open.

Clean accommodation with comfortable beds. Slightly small room, but with a terrace. Large swimming pool and many opportunities for recreation.
Slightly outdated interior design and the same selection of main dishes (meat or fish) every night.

We got a nice sized modern room and our kids enjoyed the pool facilities a lot. We also liked the accessibility to the lavender fields and nearby towns from the location by car.
The rooms would be better with airconditioning. We knew it's a party/ vacation village and where happy the noisy entertainment program stopped sharply at 11pm so we could sleep.

Quiet.
Cleaning service was terrible, the first morning they came but the beds were not done properly. The second morning they didn’t even come but our towels were dirty so we had to reuse them. The third morning, they came but they forgot to leave toilet paper so we had to use paper towels. The poolside infested with wasps and we got stinged!!! They don’t tell you but you need to reserve a table at the restaurant more than 24h prior. The wifi is terrible, you cannot even read your email

So relaxing, many activities to do and talking a walk in the big and beautiful garden.
The dinner at the restaurant was not very good, but not bad neither.

The outdoor space is wonderful! There is a tiny farm for the kids, a small playground and the views are great!
There were small details that could have made our stay much less stressful.
1) the check in is from 5pm, so, we arrived at 6:30pm with too kids exhausted and we were hoping to have dinner in the restaurant and go straight to bed. They informed us that we needed to have a reservation to eat there and when we asked where we could order a pizza they told us to go to the city. The internet was awful (the 3G in the phone was not working! Orange and Monaco telecom were dead). The wifi was not working... there was no one there to advise or help us (2 adults that don’t speak french and don’t know the region very well). We went to look for a pizza place or somewhere to have food and didn’t find anything open and the curfew just about to start. It was a really stressful situation.
2)my husband needed to send a report on Monday by 9am and the internet didn’t work, he took more than an hour to do it. If he couldn’t do it, we would have to go to an Ibis to do it.
3) one of the rooms was infested with ants. Believe me, I know its a camping but, we slept with ants all over our bodies.... and it rained during the night, so I believe it got even worse.
4) the restaurant is not prepared to receive small babies! The high chair there is really dangerous! My LO (9months) got her feet stuck in the woods bar of it and almost felt twice.
Again, it was in the small details that they lost us.

Very nice and friendly staff (even tough does not speak English very well - they all still tried and we understood each other well enough). Nice rooms and great pool+poolhouse.
