Schönes Zimmer mit großer Terrasse, phantastisches Frühstück mit traumhaften Blick. Wunderbar abgelegen und ruhig. Genau das Richtige um sich ein paar Tage zu erholen.

Im Restaurant hätte noch etwas mehr Liebe zum Detail gut getan. Unsere Cocktails waren leider nichts. Die Qualität des Essens war aber ansonsten sehr gut.

Ce n’est plus un mas , les chambres ont un vis à vis direct ce sont plus des bungalows que des chambres le restaurant est trop petit au vu du nombre de chambre .

I would definitely stay there again but do my own research on the location of lavender fields first.

The view was amazing. Our room was comfortable and we enjoyed our patio area. Nice, warm pool and long length pool towels.

The staff, while very attentive and kind were not very knowledgeable about the area. For example, where to see lavender fields or answer a question about the rock hillside with holes in it that is adjacent to the property, their lunch recommendation in Gordes was poor, basically an average pizza/Italian restaurant. We opted for charcuterie, and decided that we would have an early dinner instead.

Disappointing stay.

This wasn’t the quality of a relais and chateau. The main staff behind the desk, aside from one knowledgeable one who was rarely there during our 3 day stay had nothing to offer in terms of recommendations or knowledge of the area.they couldn’t even find a map to provide us. The Bistro is closed and the restaurant service was awful. We have stayed at four hotels on this vacation and this one was by far the worst. We would not recommend it.

Superb

The atmosphere was lovely. Lovely views. Very helpful staff. Pool great. Nice touches were the complimentary mini bar and the weather report each evening for the next day.

The house keeping for the room was a bit hit and miss. Eg, bath mats/ robes removed, not replaced without asking. But other than that everything was really good.

Superb

The view, breakfast, serenity as well as the very friendly staff. Having a Tesla charger was also a big help.

There was a conference going on with many people smoking on the grounds during breaks. The lights at dinner could have been dimmer. We ate a high end "romantic" dinner in a very bright room with little ambiance. The outdoor porch for breakfast was breathtaking.

Fantastic view and location in the middle of Provence. Very helpful staff, gave local recommendations. Great opportunity to charge our electric car at night.

Dinner a bit pricey at the hotel, hotel room could have been a bit bigger and had a reclining ceiling.

A great country retreat

Very hard to give an accurate rating for this property as it was raining and so foggy we could barely see anything! Room was so nice however and breakfast delicious. Staff very friendly and welcoming too.

Dinner was very overpriced and very average. Hotel also seemed quite run down - when we were checking in the roof was leaking in 2 places and there were towels on the floor!

The suite was very beautiful, the view from the terrasse wondrful. Breakfast was various and delightful.

The service at the restaurant wasn't good at all for the price we had to pay. The cleanliness of the rooms was not what I expected for a five star hotel.

A relaxing stay

Super luxurious stay for a special celebration. The staff were friendly, attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Stunning setting with amazing views from our terrace and from the restaurant. The food was exceptional.

There was very little choice on the menu if you didn’t eat meat or fish, but I’m sure they would do something special if asked. More could have been done at the breakfast buffet to enforce Covid hygiene measures. There were not enough hand gels available and too much sharing of serving tongs between dishes. Also because of the layout people had to pass close to each other which made social distancing impossible.

Exquisite property with different stylish buildings surrounded by well kept gardens. Magnificent view. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Our suite was really beautiful with nice terrace. Superb breakfast. Fast chargers for electric cars.

The lighting in restaurant and bar could be seriously improved, not cosy at all...
