Alles überpwrfekt : Vom Scheitel bis zur Sohle“
Ein Kellner passte leider nicht ins Team. ich nehme an, er wird nicht lange dort beschäftigt sein!

The outside spa area is this hotels jewel in the Crown, with great views of the castle and mountains in the distance. we experienced it on a Sunny Day so were able to lounge in the Sun and pop in and out of jacuzzi and swimming pool. In poor weather this is going to be a very different experience.
The staff are fantastic, but the management are appalling, should you have a problem with your booking or your stay in general, don’t expect to be treated with the customer service a hotel of this standard and cost should be.

Clean. Modern. Great breakfast. Friendly staff that spoke English. Close the the castle.
No complaints.

Very comfortable room, well equipped and good quality fittings, decor etc. The breakfast is exceptionally good, vast array of choice, the quality is very high and you sit in a room with floor to ceiling glass window doors while looking at Neuschwanstein. The pool and hot tub pass the flinch test for warmth, i.e. very pleasant and you can get into the pool discretely (this hotel has given thought to a lot of 'small details'). Plenty of bikes and choice of bikes are available. The location, for us, is perfect. The people? Exceptionally warm, helpful, friendly and come with a free sense of humour too. Impressed? Oh yes.
Er....the only item of absence noted was no tea/coffee facility in the room, but I'm not certain it would be a good idea because of the quality of the tea coffee available elsewhere in the hotel (and on another positive note, the local water is superb and a supply of it is available in your room from a fountain.....so good).

Bedroom and pillow are perfect! Very nice room and a perfect view from the mountain.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was excellent, but we enjoyed the gourmet dinner in the separate restaurant Gams&Gloria the most - that was exceptional.

Stayed here for two nights with my partner and the view was incredible, just as advertised with Neuschwanstein shining in the mountains. Snow on the second day helped add to the magic, too! From the moment we arrived the hotel staff were brilliant, friendly, attentive and engaging. The breakfast was plentiful and suited our needs and we had dinner in the evening in the restaurant which was also delicious. The spa area was very comfortable and had enough space for guests to enjoy it, with nice extra touches like healthy snacks and all sorts of tea available. I would definitely love to stay again. Especially in the summer months.
Would have preferred a double mattress, rather than two singles pushed together but it was not too noticeable. More than one jacuzzi would be great and the outdoor pool could have been warmer. The restaurant was maybe a little too high on the price side. Small things that did not detract from the stay.

the food was amazing and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. the location was also great and centrally located
everything was great but they were doing some renovations and expansions on the property. I’m excited to see how their new additions and new grounds turn out.

Loved this place. Upon our arrival, we were greeted in the lobby and offered a glass of prosecco. This is an upscale hotel that pays attention to the details. The breakfast and dinner were delicious. The spa area, included for hotel guests, was expansive and well equipped. And if this isn't enough, you look out at the castle

Excellent position, very good breakfast and dinner, nice
room.
Welcome drinks promised at check in, but not
offered afterwards.
Lack of amenities in the bathroom (1 shower gel + 1 solid
soap and no shampoo for 2 persons/ 2 nights) - had to
ask at the reception the second day for replenishment.

great place for a relaxed holiday, the facilities are really good and the view from the pool and restaurant areas is amazing
it’s probably too expensive for what it is and also there aren’t many food options within the walking distance from the hotel

The spa facilities and treatments are better than good, they are world class. Every part of the sauna/salt/steam and relaxation areas were beautiful, calm, spotlessly clean and top notch in quality.
Hard to think of anything we didn't like - it was lovely.

It is a really cozy place, with really good spa facilotes.

Booking.com rooms apparently can’t guarantee a ‘castle view room’. Rooms overlooking the parking lot are disappointing. We called to try to secure the room we wanted, but there must have been a miscommunication somewhere because there was no note of the call and we were disappointed with the room we got.

Localisation. Local flavour. Cosy atmosphère.
Lack of A/C in bedrooms.
