Würden wiederkommen

Top Lage mit schönem Blick auf den Bodensee. Zusätzliche Anfragen wurden schnell beantwortet und auch umgesetzt. Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber. Das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich! Frühstück war gut, alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Tipp: wenn verfügbar Zimmer 404 buchen, das hat einen tollen Ausblick!

Frühstücksraum und Ausstattung zum Teil etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das fanden wir nicht weiter störend.

Super Hotel in bester Lage

Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Meter von der Promenade und den Bahnhof entfernt. Das Zimmer war sauber und großzügig ausgestattet. Die Betten waren ausgezeichnet. Das Personal am Empfang sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Dem Wunsch nach einem anderen Zimmer wurde sofort entsprochen. Super Service.

Alles Bestens. Nichts zu bemängeln.

Alles in Allem war der Aufenthalt recht angenehm, nicht zuletzt wegen des freundlichen Personals.

Zimmer: Geräumig mit separater Sofaecke + TV. Die Matratzen waren recht fest, wir konnten gut darauf schlafen

Die Heizung im Zimmer wurde nur lauwarm. Nach der zweiten Reklamation wurde uns ein kleiner Konvektor als Ersatz bereitgestellt. Bad: Kleine (enge) Dusche (alter Standard). Waschbecken recht niedrig. Sehr keiner Balkon.

Betten bequem, sauber und geräumig, aber Duschen mit wenig Wasser, WLAN funktioniert kaum.

Das Zimmer war schön groß und vom Bahnhof zu Fuß in 5 Min. zu erreichen. Die Betten bequem. Praktisch auch das angeschlossene Restaurant, allerdings etwas teuer.

Leider sind die Zimmer (wir sind schon das zweite Jahr hier gewesen) sehr sehr warm und man kann die Heizung nicht selbst regulieren. Die Dusche läßt nur wenig Wasser durchfließen, das WLAN ist leider kaum zu gebrauchen. Ansonsten ist das Hotel ok.

Old and very basic, too expensive.

Position, right on the lakeside

Old, poorly furnished (very low cost furniture), not so clean. Definitely too expensive for what they offer. Breakfast was also very basic.

Met my needs for 3 nights for visiting family.

The room was small but functional. The double glazing was excellent at keeping out the sounds of the Seehasenfest, which was noisy all night.

The storage for clothes was too little. The aircon did not seem to work quite well enough for the heatwave conditions. The shower was small but adequate.

Excellent would stay again

Close to the lake. Walking distance to many bars and restaurants . Air con much appreciated as it was very warm weather. Tea and coffee making facilities. Person on Receptionist spoke excellent English, very helpful. Garage parking for motorbikes.

Overall good spot for Zeppelin enthusiasts and If you can’t take a ride you can watch them fly by all day.

Very spacious clean room. Very quiet. The location was good near the train station and the waterfront boardwalk.

We were visiting from Canada and none of the information was in English. Also the staff members did not always seem to understand English well. Not sure how many people visit from English speaking countries, but it would help if their was a bit more fluency. It seemed sometimes like the front desk staff were focusing more on their paperwork than the guests. The restaurant waiter was great. Very attentive and he spoke English well.

We like that the rooms didn’t have carpet in the room.

I was not satisfied with the shower, the bathroom had enough room but the shower was too small. I would have to open the doors, to lather up and then closed the doors to rinse the soap up.

Centrally located hotel with a great restaurant

The hotel is centrally located, only 5 min from the train/bus station and directly on the lake promenade. I had a low season offer, so it was great value for money. The room was big and clean but the air in the room was always a bit stuffy, so I kept the window open all the time. Great and spacious bathroom. There was a fridge, cattle, tea, and coffee in the room. The staff was very friendly and professional. There is an excellent (and expensive) restaurant downstairs and a rich and diverse breakfast (€12) is served there too. Overall, a great experience and value for money in my (low season) case.

Great Hotel but...

Location, staff, cleanliness all top notch. Close to Hbf, room spotless, staff friendly and helpful. Room was very well equipped, en suite shower/bathroom squeezed in, mini-fridge & kettle, plenty of space and room window could be opened as well.

This is not really an I didn't like, more a just bit overwelmed. The breakfast was superb, fresh & tasty & plenty of options but I just felt the room was too much. I know it's a highly rated restaurant the rest of the time but I just felt if I touched something & it broke, I'd have destroyed a piece of history. As I said, it's just the way I felt.

One of the best place to stay in Friedrichshafen with vintage look & feel

The location of this hotel is perfect for people who are going to explore the city on feet or using public transportation. The lake is exactly in front of the hotel which makes it approachable. The railway station is at 5 minutes walk. The hotel has nice vintage look and infrastructure and adds another memory to the the trip.

Can't remember of anything that I will say I didn't like.

Exceptional

The location was a short walk to the downtown area and directly across the street from the lake. The staff were the best part though. Very friendly and accommodating. The drinks at the bar were delicious too.

I can't really say anything negative about this place.
