Ruhig und hübsch

Gutes Preis- Leistung Verhältnis. Ruhige Lage , aber trotzdem gut zu erreichen. Große Zimmer . Sehr nettes Personal. Sauberkeit ohne Tadel.

Hätten uns die Möglichkeit gewünscht , am Abend noch ein Getränk zu erwerben. Zum Beispiel an einem Automaten.

Visita a Magdeburgo

Camera ampia e silenziosa; bagno ampio e funzionale. Pulizia curata in tutt ala struttura. I gestori sono molto cortesi e molto gentili. La colazione e' a buffet ed e' buona. L'hotel e' in un quartiere silenzioso e tranquillo.

Calm place to stay for visiting Magdeburg

Very calm place and neighbourhood, very kind staff, light coloured furniture, cleanliness

The lift was out of order (our room was on the 2nd floor)

A perfect stay in a beautiful villa hotel.

Residenz Joop is located in a beautiful villa area, at walking distance from the center of Magdeburg. We were travelling with our dog and made a pre-arrangement with the hotel to take our four-legged friend with us, which was absolutely no problem. Public parking in the streets near the hotel was generally not a problem (however, don´t forget the mandatory green badge for the applicable low emission zone). We would highly recommend Residenz Joop for a stay in Magdeburg.

I will never book this hotel again.

The location is nice, and thats all

I didnt liked the receptionist which was shouting at me that she have to leave at 8 oclock, When I arrived there where none in a hotel, they decided to give me a number which is on the lower ground which is frustrating for the money they charged. No fridge jn the number, no even a kettle to boil some water for tea, no soap in the bath. I booked it because of the reviews from the guests , it was an mistake… Breakfest boiled egs some hamm and some chees, very very poor. I strongly dissrecomend this place

I had a really lovely stay here, and I'll definitely be back. - Incredibly friendly staff! Extremely helpful, personable, and easy to chat with. - Spacious, bright room, perfect for a solo traveller. - Potentially the comfiest bed I have ever slept in. - Lovely and quiet. - The shower was mega powerful. - Room was absolutely immaculate.

Two very tiny niggles, which are just me being fussy. - Needs more plug sockets in the room, especially one near the bed if it's possible. - A full length mirror would have been fabulous.

Be aware that you need to climb some stairs to get to reception

Relaxing stay & clean room.

We love the environment. Quiet. Clean. Friendly staff. Good location. Close to the centre.We booked for one night but we end up staying there for two nights.

We love everything except we cannot find a kettle in the room. However, it's not that much problem.

Really well run, high class interior

Really well run property, beautiful interior in a high class traditional style. It seems that the management selects staff really carefully as everyone I interacted with was exceptionally friendly and concerned about me but in a very personal way. I really liked the fruit salad for breakfast - the pineapple grape kiwi salad was all fresh and a very welcome change from the usual hotel breakfast fare! I also found the absence of keys (all doors operate with PINs) very convenient.

Two minor points: internet in my room was so weak that my mobile couldn't find the network, and by the time I had breakfast the choices were a bit limited (there were several empty baskets/plates). I am all for limiting waste but maybe the hotel then could provide a menu so that guests could request particular items that they still would like to have - or maybe even submit an "order form" the night before (as it is done by Swiss Air in business class on long-haul flights).

Very good breakfast. All the food were fresh. Good location in a very calm quarter.

We missed several services/items obligatory for 4 stars hotels.

Everything very pleasant, especially the very thorough, cheerful receptionist. In 19th century residential area with beautiful houses, nice and quiet and walking distance to the old center
