لا انصح بالإقامة فيه توجد فنادق أخرى افضل بكثير و نفس السعر

البوفيه كان متنوع و مقابل سعر جيد

لا توجد مواقف تابعة للفندق الأثاث قديم و متهالك بعكس الصور الموجودة ف الموقع كانت غرفتنا رقم 2109 سيئة جدا

Value for money

Room was good clean and spacious. There were two queen beds and it was more than enough for a family of 4. The location is in the heart of city which is a big advantage. The staff were good and cordial.

The hotel didn’t have a dedicated parking and we had to park in public parking paying the parking fee. The room entry lock was not working properly and we had to get staff assistance to get into the room. The cleaning staff didn’t clean the room properly and we had to ask them to do things which they should have done as a part of their job. They seemed to be in a hurry.

Location is great, close to everything. Room was ok and clean, but washroom is a bit old.

Wifi is too weak, cannot make a call only messages. Too strong smell of perfume in elevator.

Ease of check in and time of checkin and checkouts Staff behavior was fine Location perfect Maintenance staff active even late hours of night Nice view through windows Good heavy curtains Clean towels and bedsheets

Sofa chair was horribly dirty need to replace No toothpaste tooth brush set provided Air conditioning very poor It was feeling hot even maintenance came quickly but he said room located on top that's why it is hot Water supply was slow in washroom

the location was great!

it was a very old building, the rooms were not clean enough, and the bathroom was old. We had another door in our room which was opening to another room. it was odd to give this room to someone else when literally there is only one door that is keeping you apart.

4/10 experience.

-(2) Queen size bed.

- The property is very old style. The hotel windows are dirty from the outside even, dirty water marks. - Old TV, broken cabinet doors, dirty stained mirror, floor carpet looks un sanitized, the light in the room and washroom is very dim. - There's only 2 power socket (for lamp and television only) No extra socket to plug your charger or devices. You need to remove either the television or lamp to use the power socket. - The telephone and small fridge are NOT WORKING properly. - We waited for almost 2/3 hours for maintenance. - We can hear the noise from other rooms.

The lighting. Hotels should have that yellow sort of lighting. Those golden type lightings instead of white light. Yellow light makes the hotel feel a lot like a hotel. White light is boring. And most importay, there was no outlet near the bed. That was really bad.
