Schön für Familien aber es müssen viele Kleinigkeiten repariert werden

Generell ist es ein schöner Ort für die Familie in einer ruhigen Lage und dennoch nicht weit von Budapest

Zu viele kleine Details, die repariert werden müssen. Es gibt Mitarbeiter, die wirklich viel tun und freundlich sind. Es gibt aber auch Mitarbeiter (gerade die Jungen), die man ständig daran erinnern muss, beim Frühstück etwas aufzufüllen. Außerdem war der Außenpool nicht nutzbar, und uns wurde auch kein Rabatt gewährt, obwohl wir nur deshalb dort gebucht haben. Die Steuerung der Sauna in unserer Hütte war völlig zerstört (das sollte einer Reinigungskraft auffallen und gleich reparieren lassen). Allerdings kam relativ schnell nach unserer Beschwerde ein Techniker und hat sein Bestes gegeben, es zu reparieren. Als unser dreijähriger Sohn einen Krankenwagen brauchte, wollte ich, dass die Rezeption uns einen ruft. Uns wurde aber gesagt, nein, das müssen wir selbst machen. Das Problem ist, dass Ungarn ein Land ist, dessen Sprache sich so sehr von ganz Europa unterscheidet und viele kaum Englisch sprechen. Man kann Straßennamen nicht aussprechen, noch sonst etwas. Wie soll man also jemanden rufen? An der Rezeption hat man zwar dennoch versucht, zu helfen. Aber die 112 hat uns über Stunden durch die Stadt geschickt – an einem Nationalfeiertag. Es war eine Katastrophe. Am Ende kam heraus, dass direkt in der Nähe des Hotels ein riesiges Krankenhaus mit Kinderstation ist. Warum weiß so etwas die Rezeption nicht? Dieses Land ist unfähig einen Krankenwagen zu schicken und die Rezeption sollte gerade wenn viele Familien dort sind selbst wissen wo das nächste Krankenhaus ist und uns dort hin leiten können. Unser Sohn hatte eine Blutvergiftung..... das hat mich schon echt sauer gemacht.

O noapte in tranzit catre Italia .

Locatia este superba , zona linistita , plina de verdeata .Casutele apartament foarte frumoase si dotate cu toate utilitatile necesare . Micul dejun ok , destul de variat , peste asteptarile noastre.

Casutele ar trebui aerisite zilnic , chiar daca nu sunt cazate , la intrare se simte un aer inchis . Am lasat geamurile deschise cateva ore si totul a fost in regula .

Keine Erholung

Die Lage mitten in der Natur, die frische Luft und Wildtiere rundherum waren ein Highlight.

Leider wenig Erholung in der Natur, parallel lief ein Festival - niemand hat darauf hingewiesen... Tagsüber ab 0700 / 0800 Uhr spielen Kinder rund um die Hütte machen Lärm, Klopfen mit Steinen gegen die Wand... Schlaf war ein Ding der Unmöglichkeit. Nach dem Urlaub, war ich erst richtig urlaubsreif.

Micul dejun slăbuț, dar locația este superbă. Multă verdeața ☺️ Este perfect pentru copii,este piscină exterioră si interioară , teren de tenis …Este la 12 km de centrul Budapestei , dar nu este aglomerat drumul .

Micul dejun s-ar putea îmbunătăți, dar raportat la preț este destul de ok.

kids pool outside was closed eventhough it was advertised to be open and our young daughter was not allowed in the indoor pool as she’s less than 3yrs old which was not mentioned in the description anywhere. staff were very rigid and not particularly helpful.

Poor Quality...Standard not Maintained as used to be..!

As always, the location and it's the surrounding areas is excellent and a nearby park is fantastic...!

We've been spending a lot of holidays with family and friends for the past 12 years and sadly the Quality of Petnehazy is really poor and deteriorating...understaffed, houses are not clean as used to be. Cleaners and housekeepers are not given enough cleaning materials..😡. Bathroom curtain had blood staining which means no regular inspection. The only positive thing is a good restaurant and some of staff who we still know..! The current management doesn't manage the place well and the standard is gone down..! This is very SAD...for the first time to have a bad experience after many years of visiting Petnehazy..!

I might come in the future, I like neighbourhood, rural feeling of this place

Location is great, periferial town in Budapest, You feel like in the village, old big park, birds are singing, swiming pools (indoor and outdoor), pretty small houses outside (i though i rented one, but we just got the room inside a hotel - make sure what u book), great wifi, comfy bed, balcony, very clean

Breakfast is not worth to come, really, ruined my good previous impressions of this place, the hotel's room is pricy in my opinion, for that price, cottage house would be fantastic offer

Excelent place for a relaxing getaway for a couple

Breakfast is essential but very tasty (scrambled eggs, sausages, 2,3 types of salami, cheese, coffee, some vegetables, 3,4 types of bread, 2 types of marmelade. The bungalows with the private sauna are great! Clean, comfortable and the entire place is in a beautiful location in the forest! Very calm and nice!

Great location, ok hotel.

Fantastic, quitet and green location, nice free pools, free sauna, big rooms witch kitchenette and bathtub.

Problems with internet connection during the stay, one of the receptionists was quite rude, building quite old. Breakfast could definitely be better.
