Amazing location on the hills overlooking Florence. Quiet and secluded, yet only minutes to the centre of Florence.

Lovely clean hotel with a great pool and views. Staff were all really friendly. An amazing place to stay and easy to access Florence by bus
Nothing

The views, the pool, the staff, the atmosphere were all top-notch.

We loved our stay here! It was exactly what we needed. We popped into the main city of florence but really just enjoyed our relaxed mornings with a view and swimming in the pool. It was super clean, the restaurant was also great. Super kid friendly- we have two kids and everyone was super kind.
The rooms were very comfortable and clean.
It is far from the city center but they organised taxis for us when we needed them.
Also the in house laundry service is expensive. We used a local laundromat but getting a taxi back to the hotel was super difficult (so my husband walked 45 minutes uphill back to the hotel).
Otherwise, everything is perfect.

staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! In particular, reception staff
perhaps better breakfast options

From the moment we arrived we were amazed at how friendly the staff was! They gave us a tour and told us the best routes to take, explained amenities etc. Breakfast view was breathtaking and the servers always made us laugh and you could tell they genuinely enjoy their jobs. Can’t wait to come back!
The restaurant manager will try to get you to buy the most expensive bottle of wine, gets kind of pushy like a car salesman.

A great stay. The accommodation was spacious with a great breakfast. Getting into the city was easy with the local bus service located just outside the hotel. The views of the city were spectacular and the staff welcoming and friendly.
Nothing.

Breakfast is great, service excellent. The entire stay was fabulous. We spent the days in town and it was so nice to go 10 minutes up the hill and relax every evening and admire the valley and mountain views as well as the busy city. I wouldn’t change a thing , the service from everyone was amazing.
Nothing but a shuttle once a day would be a good idea .

everything about this property is fabulous. The location is simply stunning, the resort is beautiful, the breakfast was great and the staff outstanding.
No negative comment to make at all.

A top class Hotel, excellent value for money. Spectacular views of Florence, peaceful and tranquil. We were in Standard Junior suite and had small dog with us. Bed and pillows super comfy, kitchenette adequate for making small meals. Car required if purchasing your own food and drinks. Coffee machine in room for tea and coffee. Breakfast and Dinner in restaurant excellent quality. Explore the wine cellar!! The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for you. We stayed for 2 nights but would love to have stayed longer.

nice comfortable clean rooms. amazing view, very close to city
we were charged the parking while we didn’t know about it but also there was no other option to park at this place

Nice place for a family visit Florence or a couple.
Breakfast was mediocre for its cost and the rooms could have better pillows.

As noted, very hard to find but mind blowing once you get there. My suite had the promised views of Florence in spades: a stunning panorama of the ancient city through a cleft in the hills. The restaurant terrace doesn’t have the same view but is delightful nonetheless. Dinner was great especially the linguine with Tuscan sausage in Montalcino wine sauce. Equally excellent wine list, not all prices in the stratosphere. Rooms are comfortable rather than plush but, once again specific to the suite I booked, the balcony was perfect. I very much wish to return for several days rather than just a stopover. Staff have variable English but are all efficient & delightful. Those guests who like either inhabiting swimming pools or simply enjoying the soothing reflections will love this spacious, multi level example. What more can I say? Oh yes, top notch Martinis and a more than adequate breakfast on that magical terrace. The layout will also adapt to having a good dinner, cocktails or breakfast in wetter or chillier weather than the perfect late September heatwave I was lucky enough to experience.
This property is the most devilishly difficult to find that I have ever encountered even by Italian standards. It’s actually just off a narrow twisty main road but the entrance is almost concealed, poorly lit & signposted and the crazy Italian tailgating drivers are on your bumper just as you need to verify the turn. My advice: look for the figure of a Madonna, even then dimly lit in a purplish blue. It’s on the left when coming from Florence or on the right when coming from Bologna. Make a trial pass if necessary and then approach from the direction of Florence; this gives you the excuse to signal left, hold up the traffic behind, and make the sharp elbow turn up the driveway. You will then find the gate of the underground garage. The bell was quickly answered, the gate opened and I was met within a minute or two by the charming receptionist.

Great location just outside the busy city on the hillside to Fiesole. Comfortable, not over the top, private parking garage, Nice pool after hot day, great breakfast to start the next day. Great restaurant’s nearby
Shower was medium, atmosphere in the rooms could benefit from some decoration

I loved the views from the room.
I liked that breakfast was included and had lots of variety.
We loved that you could get lunch and dinner at the hotel since there is nothing else close by.
The lunch meals were reasonably priced as well.
We could buy bus tickets right from the front desk.
We also ordered Taxi pick up through the front desk.
I wish we could have stayed longer.

This was one of those iconic little places to stay where you faced out to Florence and the mountainside making ideal. The kids enjoyed the pool (which was ideal) and the staff were excellent in customer service. We were there in COVID restrictive times so it was a little awkward but the staff made it feel pretty special. The wine was great as was the food. The sitting room was cllasicly Italian (or at least what I think Italian is) and large windows providing a great view.
The only thing I didn't like which is of no fault of the hotel is the mosquitoes (that you cannot hear) but that is Tuscany for you.

The hotel lies on a mountain hillside, which is an awesome location. The pool area has the sun on it for most of the day. There are different terras locations where you can have a drink or something to eat. The rooms are clean, big and nicely modern furnished.
The personnel speak English and are very kindly.
The breakfast is very nice, you can choose between a lot of bread, pastries, drinks and coffee.
Wifi is good.
There is a closed parking garage, but you have to pay extra for it, which is a bit strange because there are no other options to park you car.

The stuff was really nice and helpful!! We felt always very comfortable.
The food in the restaurant is very delicious and was always so good!! We definitely can recommend the dinner.
The one thing we did not like so much was the noise from the street while chilling by the pool. Also there were no parasols.
If you want to cook you have to bring your own stuff including a sharp knife, cutting board, wine glass etc. because the kitchen is not very well equipped...
