Poco aparcamiento y falta de limpieza

La habitación era comoda

La falta de limpieza. Había mucho polvo y tela de araña en una lámpara de las zonas comunes, la falta de aparcamiento, me dijeron que podria aparcar en la zona verde por la noche. La policía me advirtió que era un error

La ubicacion, enseguida llegas al centro

El desayuno, siempre faltaban cosas y el comedor es muy agobiante, es muy pequeño, y el mantel lo podian planchar, da muy mala sensacion

Brilliant from beginning to end

So lucky to have picked this hotel spotlessly clean wonderful staff and a beautiful setting. The bus stop right outside the doors what more could you want.

A cosy hotel in a great location.

The staff was really nice and helpful. The location is perfect, just in the outskirts of the old town facing the beautiful river view. It is more tranquil there than closer to the centre and it is easy to get there by car. However, you need to climb up to the centre but when you get tired, there is a bus stop on the other side of the street where the bus takes you to the centre of the old town for free!

The breakfast was ok but it would have been great to have more healthy and fresh stuff. There were apples/pears available but mostly the buffet offered ham/bread/sweet pastries.

Lovely location, walking distance to all amenities. Spacious room, well decorated, beautiful solid wooden doors and very good bathroom.

It was a pleasure to stay in this hotel.

We made a road trip and it was very easy to find a parking place around the hotel and also a walking distance for the important building to visit in the city. A very good rapport quality versus price.

We were close to a bus station.

Location: we had a view from our room onto the river. Room: fulfilled our needs.

Room: The desk lamp in room had an electrical problem; the light blinked out because of an electrical short circuit. Breakfast: Food options were very limited and basic - there should be yoghurt to go with the granola. Paper table cloth where we were seated - really downgrades your hotel; consider material table cloths for guest tables.

Good price but I would not come again

Private parking and very good price. Clean.

Staff was unfriendly and unattentive. Internet was not so good. Room was rather small and bad noise isolation. Location is on the outer edge of the old city and you need to climb rather steep streets to the main touristic points. The second night in Toledo we stayed at a different accommodation. Same price and much better.

A stunning area, truly beautiful.

Particularly clean hotel located close to the centre of Toledo, it has a certain amount of character and charm. Comfortable beds and a room overlooking the water and hills. Bus stop opposite the property, that’s great.

Toiletries are minimal, provided in particularly small bottles that run out very quickly. Tea-making facilities in the room would be a bonus. Room can be noisy with the windows open. Staff were pleasant enough without being exceptional.

Superb

Great hotel. Neat and impeccably clean. Good sized rooms. Friendly staff. Private parking for 15 euros a night which is essential because street parking was impossible. Not a negative, but it's on the south side of the old quarter and every road back into the centre is up - reasonable walking fitness required to get around from this hotel. Great views over the river valley.

Great location and garage although difficult for a big car was great to have parking under hotel €15 per night..nice continental breakfast €6 per person..no view from our room but from front of hotel .

Happy to stay in this hotel. It was an older style but comfortable place.

The room was fine for 3 adults.Everything was clean. Easy to find. Great to have parking available.

Parking was extremely tight especially the entrance. Location was good but quite a long walk to the main attractions.

Room different as the photos. Smaller size

The room was clean.

I booked a triple room, the description of this room and the photos do not match reality!!☹ It was supposed to be 30m and have 1 big bed and 1 small bed. The room was super small and I basically sleep in the same bed with my parents. There was not space at all between the beds!! They put 3 single beds all together. I chose this hotel instead of other, closer to the center, just because of the size of the room. I felt it is a scam. I talked with the receptionist(who works on the morning) about it and she did not care at all and did not give me any solution or explanation. The least they could do is not to charge me for the tee which was heated in the microwave and costed 1.50€. The breakfast area is also very small and to go to downtown you need to walk up like 15 minutes.
