Highly recommend

Fabulous villa in Tias. Every amenitie to cater for couple or family. Spotlessly clean , with pool, sunbeds , bbq and outside dining area . Lola the host couldn't have been more accommodating, gave us ideas for things to do and great restaurant advice . Beautiful views to the sea front , two fantastic local tapas restaurants and local large supermarket only a few minutes walk away . Porta carmen €10 taxi ride , but local buses only a couple of euro takes 10 minutes . Would highly recommend.

Très beau séjour dans une très belle villa avec piscine bien située pour visiter l’île.

L’emplacement central pour découvrir l’île. La piscine ( chauffée sur demande ) est idéale à cette période. La gentillesse et la disponibilité de notre hôte Lola. La propreté de la villa. La literie est excellente. Nous avons très bien dormi. Quartier très calme. Pas loin de l’aéroport.

Lovely villa in Tias

This villa is located in a quite neighborhood, for sure the right place to stressed out your body and mind. Nearby you have petrol station, shops and supermarket, reachable by car or taxi. A place to visit and for sure where i would like to spend my holidays again.

SW. POOL ISSUE Unfortunately during our two weeks stay we had a big issue with the swimming pool, honestly not acceptable for a Villa of this level and price. Long story short, we notice that swimming pool pump wasn't working because after 6 days the water became dirty and pool floor / walls green. We immediately advice the owner and the maintenance team in fact came to us same day. They said problem was fixed but after 2 / 3 days of clean water the sw pool again became dirty and green. At the end of our stay we received the apologize of the owner for this issue but anyway we deeply suggest to put focus on the people who are doing this kind of maintenance jobs for the villa (when owner realized 100% the problem we had was too late because our two weeks holidays were almost done). KITCHEN Last but not least, kitchen is not very well equipped talking about dishes etc. etc. we suggest to add something to improve the stay of the guests.

An amazing, relaxing sunny oasis in a quiet and authentic town, well away from the main tourist areas.

Everything! Very quiet, private, spacious and well equipped for short or long stay. Host was very friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to go back!

The beds/chairs in the property weren’t as comfortable as we would have hoped. Pool felt like it needed better filtering/ more cleaning due to constant debris building up but appreciate it is a windy island!

Relax

The Villa was impeccably clean and the outdoor area gets sunshine from dawn until dusk with views over Arrecife and Playa Honda. Its just 10 minutes from the airport - you can hear the occasional plane when overhead but not as they land or take off. Tias is a very small village which includes a supermarket and a handful of bars and restaurants - so recommend a car to explore the island. This villa is ideal for holidaymakers looking for a relaxing break away from the major tourist resorts but with easy access to them.

Beautiful villa

The villa was fab, esp the outside area. The beds were very comfy. Air conditioning was lovely to have. The house was very clean. The area was very peaceful.

Only thing was the pool was a bit cold. I had asked before the holiday about paying the extra to have it heated but was told there would be no need. It would have been more enjoyable if it was warmer.

A great stay at a spacious villa.

Well stocked and comfortable villa with everything you need for a week's stay. Close to a large supermarket, a few nice restaurants and bus route into nearby towns. Amazing views of surrounding areas from balcony too.

Perfect house for a week to visit Lanzarote

The pool, the view, really quiet place and ideal to visit the north and south of the island. 5 min from the airport. We were using the pool morning and evening. It has the sun on all day long. We had all our dinners at home (the supermarket in Tias has fresh meat, fish ...), there is a bakery, a vegetables and fruits shop and few restaurants. In a week, we almost visit all we planned. Perhaps add a chair in the bedrooms ;-)

So good we'll be back later in the year for 2 months!!!

This Villa is just perfect - truly a home from home! It's beautifully furnished and decorated, very comfortable beds, the best showers ever and a wonderful private outdoor area with pool. We stayed for 4 weeks and while we enjoyed many meals locally in Tias and in Puerto del Carmen, we also cooked at home - the kitchen is fully fitted with absolutely everything needed so it was a pleasure to prepare meals with local fresh ingredients . The local supermarket - Hyperdino - is just 10 minutes walk and it's one of the best stocked and priced supermarkets in the area with great meat and fish counters. The Villa is located in a lovely quiet neighborhood, with great views from the terrace of the coastline - Puerto del Carmen is within easy reach and a taxi from the Taxi Rank in the centre (opposite the Hyperdino) cost about 7 euro.

Honestly I can't think of anything I didn't like!
