des vacances en attendant le vol suivant ou la réunion de travail

un hotel pas loin de l'&eroport et pas loin du site des foires avec un air décontracté de vacances autour d'une belle piscine et agréable jardin dans un quartier résidentiel très calme. Bonnes connection en bus avec le centre de Madrid. Il y a un restaurant et aussi une cafetaria typique espagnole ou on peut panger jusque 23 h , très appréciable pour les arrivées tardives.

El personal EXCELENTE, AMABILISIMO , y puede parecer nimio pero en el desayuno la calidad dentro una dieta sin gluten tenía un pan muy bueno y las mejores magdalenas que he probado.

Si bien la tranquilidad es buena, el aislamiento podría mejorar.

Good hotel

Good room and bathroom size, comfortable beds, everyday cleaning, very clean room, nice breakfast area, bidet, they do offer transfer to airport between certain hours. Fresh automat at breakfast, fridge in the room.

Very noisy hotel and guests, the door does not isolate at all as well as the window. Was like sleeping without windows, a lot of noise coming from the street. The hotel is 15min walking from the metro station. The breakfast had a lot of empty plates, they do not refill easily, therefore not so many choices for breakfast for a 4 star. No bathrobe or sleepers offered as well.

En un complejo Residencial muy bonito, en las afueras de Madrid, en 15 minutos estábamos en Chamartin, cerca de donde nos dirigíamos pero con posibilidades de aparcamiento tanto dentro del entorno del hotel como fuera muy cerca, es acogedor y barato, el personal muy amable, no es nada del otro mundo pero muy acorde al precio que tiene.

Siempre que voy a Madrid elijo este hotel, tanto por sus instalaciones como por su ubicación. Alojándome varias veces al año, ya que tanto por ocio como por trabajo viajo a Madrid bastante.

En esta ocasión me alojé de jueves 4 a viernes 5 de abril en la habitación 1114 junto con mi hermano, he de decir que es un desastre y se dejó varias cosas en l habitacion. Después de un rato de ya haber abandonado la habitación nos dimos cuenta de que efectivamente se había olvidado una cazadora y la una bolsa con unos snacks, llamamos al hotel para hacer constancia de ello y nos dijeron que no nos preocupáramos que nos guardaban las cosas y podríamos pasar cuando quisiéramos a por nuestras pertenencias. Nos acercamos el sábado al mediodía, y al acudir a recepción ya nos encontramos el primer error en este caso mínimo, habían apuntado que los objetos perdidos pertenecían a la habitación 1014, vale un error lo tiene cualquiera. Una vez solucionado ese error porfin nos dan la cazadora y como es de entender la bolsa de snacks la tiraron, pero aunque no avisamos por teléfono también se habían quedado en la habitación unos cascos inalámbricos azules energy system por los que también estaba reclamando, para mi sorpresa no había constancia de que hubieran aparecido dichos cascos. Debido a mi molestia, le dije a la chica de recepción que no pensaba abandonar el hotel hasta que aparecieran mis cascos, mirándome a todo esto como si yo me lo estuviera inventando. Después de que la chica de recepción estuviera hablando un rato por teléfono aparece la limpiadora que hizo mi habitación con dichos cascos en la mano. Como es esto posible? Si no monto el numerito en recepción me roban los cascos? O cómo funciona? La verdad que me he ido bastante decepcionada ya que es mi hotel por preferencia cada vez que vengo a Madrid, y después de este suceso me lo pensaré la próxima vez, porque me parece algo bastante grave.

Would stay there again. Only pointing out some areas that could be improved.

Wonderful staff. Explained everything told us where to go etc.

Room was very basic Air-conditioning was hard to control. Had to just turn it off in the middle of the night when I got too hot. Only one hand and one bath towel for each individual. No washcloth. There was construction in the hallway, walls aren't finished. But we got there after working hours, and there was no noise.

Qué las habitaciones están en un edificio apartado de la recepción, aunque dentro del mismo recinto. El personal de recepción son un poco robots, pero educados y profesionales

La ubicación sobretodo y el servicio de transporte gratuito del aeropuerto al hotel

El baño tenía varias deficiencias. Escobilla wc se rompió, el secador de pelo no funcionaba y el teléfono/ ducha no salía apenas agua. Creo que deben de cuidar mucho estos detalles tan importantes para los huéspedes

Buena ubicación, pero con mal descanso

Las habitaciones son externas y el parking es frente a cada habitación. A la noche no pudimos dormir por las voces y el ruido de los autos entrando y saliendo. No pudimos descansar nada. Nuestro vuelo salía a las 8 de la mañana con lo cual a las 5 nos tomamos un taxi. En esas pocas horas que pretendíamos descansar algo, nos fue imposible. A la nochem, cuando regresamos de comer algo en la ciudad, nos dimos cuenta que solo teníamos un juego de toallas. Quisimos solicitar el segundo juego y no nos atendió nadie en por teléfono en recepción.

Quiet and convenient location with good breakfast

- Located in a nice and quiet residential neighborhood and close to the airport. - Not too far from the Canillejas metro station and there are bus stops nearby. - Breakfast above average, especially when it comes to variety. - Pleasant outdoors area around the pool and along the pathway that leads to the rooms. - The room windows can be opened wide (and the weather was nice to do so). - Very polite staff.

- The room could be cleaner and the hotel needs some TLC. - Unfortunately a few unpolite guests chatting loudly in the hallway late at night. - You can listen your neighbors from within your room. - The pool was already closed although the weather was still warm.

Cheap(ish), basic option for a Madrid airport layover

Close to the airport so handy when I had to stay somewhere cheap at the last minute; good value for money (wasn’t the cheapest option via booking.com but looked good for £100 for a night). The pool area is nice, and I suppose if you’d paid for one of the chalet-style rooms you might’ve had a nicer room.

I can’t complain about the view (complete lack of) given what I paid but frustrated at no plug sockets by the desk. If there was one, it was down the side of the table unit, which fitted the room so snugly it couldn’t be moved. One socket between the two beds so as a CPAP user had to charge my laptop in the bathroom. Also, water pressure was insanely powerful - shower felt like a sand-blasting (which can sometimes be good, but nice to have the choice) - and there was an air-con control unit but it didn’t seem to work. Too tired to care. No shop. In a bit of an industrial area but looked like there was a carrefour about 10 mins away

Superb

The location of the Hotel was really good. It was quiet and we had a pool. The staff was super nice and we we're even able to check in at 1 am. They also we're super nice booking a second person for my stay :) the rooms were really spacious.

We didn't have pressure on the water for a short while but they resolved it quickly. It could have been a bit more clean but overall it was really clean :)

They have instructions to call the hotel for airport pick up, they don't answer the phone or they hang up on you saying that they are busy with the check ins. And the staff is super rude about it.

it's a good place If you look for a place to stay near the airport. There is also a free airport shuttle. The hotel is in quiet area. And overall offers a good bargain.

This was a good place to spend my last day in Madrid and get to the airport quickly and easily.

The breakfast had a good variety of food and everything was fresh and tasty. I enjoyed the setting of the hotel around the pool with nice trees and shrubs. It was a nice oasis in a large busy city.

I was able to get a bus and metro into the centre of the city, but it was more complicated to come back. This is not the fault of the hotel, but I should have been more careful to plan an easier route back by metro and bus. Otherwise it was a very good experience to stay there.
