Pretty basic, not a very welcoming host. Disappointed as it certainly wasn't 4 star accommodation

It was clean and the beds were quite comfy. It was a convenient location for our purposes. It had free parking.

When we arrived there was a lady outside who had been waiting for over 10 minutes trying to get in. She managed to ring the hotel and get someone to let us in. The booking had breakfast included, but we had to leave 1/2 an hour before the breakfast serving time. When we mentioned this on arrival, we weren't even offered the option of some cereal or toast and coffee. My colleague tried to have a bath before retiring to bed, but the water coming out of the taps was very discoloured, so she had to forego her bath. The soap dispenser over the sink was empty there were no separate soap/shampoo/conditioners on offer. There were only two ordinary teabags in the room and three milk cartons.

Friendly staff Clean hotel Superb Breakfast... plenty to choose from & HOT

Being on top floor. Should have asked for ground floor has partner has mobilty issues Could do with altering Bathroom . Perhaps replacing bath with walk- in shower. The shower took abit of working out how to use.

Amazing location and no problem parking for free.

Could not easily move sliding front door. Very heavy. Gave up trying to get TV to work. Lamp above mirror not working.

Good location, decent stay.

Great location for the Spa. Excellent breakfast with very friendly service. Comfortable room although plumbing needs attention and the TV remote does need some new batteries!

Booked this hotel as it had a car park but it was full so we had to park a couple of streets away.

nice location friendly staff but probably one of the worst rooms we’ve stayed in

we were absolutely frozen had a room outside of the main hotel the radiators didn’t work there was a little electric heater but we ended up sleeping in our coats we had to leave at 7am for work - breakfast wasn’t served until from 8ish which was way too late stayed in better places for less money no clear place to leave keys when checking out early

Hosts were excellent, food was excellent, overall enjoyed Our stay!

Property was clean and well laid out, bedroom is on a small side but comfortable ensuite more than adequate

Last minute booking which possibly meant we got the smallest room, everywhere is clean and well decorated so no complaints

Not worth the money paid.

The beds were comfortable and the room was warm. Nice view of the sea from the window. Good choice of breakfast options.

One of the rooms that was booked had a leaking toilet which is no one’s fault but when we approached the manager he was very rude. He didn’t apologise for the inconvenience as my mother in law was unable to go to the toilet through the night due to it leaking all over the bathroom floor. He was abrupt in saying it was nothing to do with him and was more interested in the video we had of the leak not been posted on line. The location was not where I expected and was quite out of the way from where I thought it was.

Friendly and accommodating staff, very comfy bed

The bed was very comfy and the sea was a stones throw away from the window

Had to change arrangements on arrival because there had a been issues with the cold water - instead of having a single room to myself I had a double room joining onto my parents room, with a shared bathroom. Unfortunately the lack of cold water meant that I couldn’t have a shower without scorching myself on the hot water

Disappointed and believe a discount should of been offered

It was close to the beech

There was no use of hot water as there was problems with the boiler. So after spending the last half hour outside in the rain we came back to get a shower to go out for a meal but was u able to do that so my heavily pregnant girlfriend had to get a sink wash with the kettle and it left us both feeling dirty and clammy. We was disappointed the host didn’t offer us any compensation and believe a discount should of been offered as it definitely was t worth £110 and feel a little mugged off

So glad we only stay for 2 nights

The net curtains in the room were ripped , the room was for 3 adults but there was barely enough room for the two of us . The room had a musty smell and so did the bedding the Velox window in the roof would not close . , there was no communal lounge to sit in and the dining room and the bar were locked so you couldn’t get to the bar for a coffee or a drink , when asked if you would open the bar area so that we could have a drink before going to see a show The proprietor said that he wasn’t around to open the area up .

Very pleasant hotel

There was a really good choice at breakfast…buffet and cooked breakfast. The hotel was on the seafront and s ten minute walk to town. Very good location. Staff were very friendly. Car parking at front of building and on street.

Clean room, good breakfast

4 poster bed. Don’t book this if you want a romantic break 😂. We spent 2 nights trying not to move as the bed rocks like you’re on a ship.
