Perfect for a romantic break in Ostuni

Well located

They had a huge party upon arrival. They had taken over the parking and terrace. The music was so loud it was impossible to sleep until about 1 am. We wish we would have notified of this to choose a different place. We were looking forward to resting that night.

Traditional comfort in an excellent location

The hotel is a short walk from the historic centre but has car parking available and is easy to access by road. The room we had was compact but comfortable with a good shower.The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has a very traditional feel and while not the most exciting place we have stayed it offered a reliable, very pleasant place to stay.

Elegant hotel, truly a palace. Breakfast could not have been better.

Room had a separate terrace. Hotel is on a quiet street, NO traffic noise. Personnel were helpful in all respects.

Their card reader was not working and I had to pay in Euro. Luckily, exchange rate was fabulous.

Ostuni palace was absolutely beautiful and the staff were excellent. We were a group of 13 on a work trip and they catered to all of our needs. would highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxury hotel stay in central Ostuni

Beautiful place and stay in Ostuni!

Wonderful find on my part! I booked really last minute (maybe the day before) and I was upgraded to one of the "Romantic" rooms! First of all, this is a beautiful hotel. 4 star luxury hotel, classic, old style in design yet modern. Beautiful décor and rooms and a great spa type bathroom. There is a restaurant and bar in the lobby where you can drink and dine on their beautiful terrace. Wonderful ambience, service, food and wine! The hotel also has a spa and spa services, which I unfortunately didn't have time to utilize. The hotel itself is a short walk from the old city center. So great location (especially at that price) But literally across the street from the best vantage point of the city. which I was fortunately able to see from my room. As in, tour groups come to this point to take pictures of Ostuni. Absolutely stunning view of the city. Also worth mentioning was the staff. Extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. Wish I stayed here longer than one night!

Excellent location, walking distance from the old town. Parking available. Nice room with a view on the town) and good, new bathroom with all utilities. Rich breakfast.

Exceptional hotel steeped in historic charm, with an A* dining experience and wonderful staff.

The spa was closed due to covid restrictions. However, the staff upgraded me to a room with a jacuzzi bath as I was disappointed not to be able to use the spa facilities. The staff went above and beyond to help in any way they could. Breakfast was a mix of continental and home made products, very good. The restaurant food and service was exceptional. If you're coming to Puglia, Ostuni must be on your list!
