I recently had the opportunity of staying at this hotel, that offered a good overall experience. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The staff members were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests.
The hotel's warm ambiance, comfortable rooms, and convenient location make it a compelling choice for those seeking a family-friendly environment.
However, it is worth noting some noise concerns due to the hotel's label as a "family hotel." While my stay was overall enjoyable, I feel it's important to provide a gentle warning to future guests so they can be adequately prepared for potential noise disruptions - in the restaurant and in the rooms.
As a family hotel," the property tends to attract families with children, which can lead to increased noise levels at times. While the hotel made efforts to maintain a peaceful atmosphere, the inherent nature of a family-oriented establishment meant that occasional disturbances were inevitable. The soundproofing of the rooms might not have been as effective as desired, making it important to consider this factor when booking. Families traveling with children will find it particularly appealing, as it offers a range of amenities and activities suitable for young guests

Breakfast was really good and lots of options to choose from. Staff was friendly. And they offered a lot for kids: one outdoor playground and 2 indoor playareas - one right inside the restaurant. And also a show for the kids. They cleaned the room every day we’ve been there and gave us new towels as well. Wi-Fi connection was good.
Unfortunately our room was facing right at the little amusement park that they have next door and it got super noisy at night even though we kept the windows& curtains closed. Also there were 2 power outages throughout our stay.

A very sweet hotel, tastefully decorated in a true Italian style. Friendly staff, beautiful room and a wonderful breakfast!

The hotel was nice and check-in was easy. They had a room ready so I was able to get access sooner than anticipated. The room was clean and no frills. The bed looked flat and uninviting but can honestly say it was very comfortable with a nice firm mattress. There is a wall a/c unit that was effective in keeping the room cool and comfortable. There were shutters on both windows that I never figured out how they operated, so the room had no direct daylight, which actually I loved but may not be to everyones requirements. The included breakfast was very sufficient with breads, pastries, cereals, salami and cheese. The attached restaurant was very nice and decently priced. I found the quality of food to be very good.
The staff were helpful and friendly, especially Benedetto at the front desk🥰
The cost of a taxi from the cruise terminal was a very unexpected high cost. The distance is only 3km but the standard charge is €35, after over two hours waiting, the driver agreed to charge me €20. Which
for the 5 min ride was still excessive in my experience. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel that had limited service on Sundays but worked for my return to the port the next day..cost €1.30 but was a good 10 min walk from the stop to the terminal with luggage.

close to port; family friendly
very spartan; no frills

it is only one and a half miles away from the cruise port which made it very convenient. We loved the price! the lower price point made a lot of little things overlookable. we had stayed in Venice the night before, so only paying $50 for a hotel that included breakfast made it all worthwhile.
The property does need to be updated, but the price is reflected in that.

On the 3rd floor with a balcony facing pine trees - nice. Outside the elevator on the 3rd floor was a cozy sitting area - really nice! The room was updated with lots of space to store your stuff. The breakfast is typical Italian. Handy that there is a bar/restaurant next door.

Nice ambiance in the lobby, with much care on details, lovely people at the reception, beautiful nature around the hotel, excellent breakfast.
Room a bit small and, restaurant a bit expensive compared to its offers.

Too noisy due to thin walls.

It is right in front of the beach where one can rent a bike and go visit the natural reserve, or go sailing, or windsurfing. There are also, boat trips and family entertainment nearby. The room was comfortable and very clean. The bathroom, also. Breakfast is nice with a fair variety. There is a bus that comes right in front of the Hotel that goes to Ravenna, where you can visit antique monuments.
It was the end of the season, so the pool was close, but the Sauna , too. They could have left the sauna open for the guests.
