The views from the hotel are amazing. The room was always very clean and the gardens around the hotel were awesome.
I'm glad was a hot weather because if my holiday was during the winter would be hard to have a shower because the water was always very cold.

The pool area is great - clean & enough sun beds/umbrellas during weekdays so you don’t have to get up early to reserve them. They have a free shuttle bus to Sorrento every day (book a few days in advance). The bar for drinks is open all day until very late and they have a good lunch menu (homemade pizza, salads, sandwiches, fries etc). There is a young man who plays the guitar by the bar in the evenings who is very good. I recommend the pizzeria across the road instead of the evening hotel food, or walk down the steps to the beach front where there are other nice restaurants.
The evening/dinner food had terrible options, and was awful tasting - only 3 options for main meal, we ordered ‘beef meatballs’ which was a bowl of mashed potato with 3 meatballs on top! They have a ‘vegetable buffet’ which was only soggy boiled: cauliflower, carrots, green beans, a mediterranean veg mix and a bowl of lettuce. The road outside of the hotel to walk into the town is busy and unsafe. Weekends are very busy and noisy by the pool as the locals use it too & there are often events held in the hotel and the guests will crowd in the outside bar area. The flowers behind all the sunbeds attract wasps so couldn’t relax sometimes. The bar does not serve any snacks or ice cream during the day. The rooms are very basic and are two singles pushed together that slide apart during the night.

The staff were extraordinarily friendly, which made a great impression on us and made our stay extremely enjoyable. Umberto and Vincenzo were especially hospitable and attentive to ensure our stay was perfect.
The swimming pool and surrounding furnishings were a great highlight. Similarly, the balcony views overlooking the Gulf of Naples and on to Vesuvius were magnificent.
The pizza served in the poolside restaurant at lunch was the best we have had on this trip! 👌
The hotel is convenient to Seiano station which provides easy access to Pompeii, Vesuvius, Herculaneum as well as Sorrento in the other direction.
There are some great restaurant options close by and a fantastic deli/minimarket across the road.
Nothing negative to comment on re our stay at this great hotel!

It has 2 lovely swimming pools where young children can enjoy some splashing while the grown up can enjoy swimming. The location is also great for visiting Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi Coast.
Room is a bit outdated but overall is clean and comfortable. Perhaps the shower door should be upgraded though. There was so much water leaked out the door gap when taking a shower.

The pool area was modern. There were plenty of Sunbeds. The breakfast was nice. The shuttle bus driver was very helpful. A short walk from the train station.
We booked an annex room for 3 people. The room was only big enough for 2 beds, but an extra bed was squeezed in and all furniture pushed to the sides was either unusable or difficult to access. Beds were not comfy, the bedding top sheets were poor quality. They looked like old table cloths. my daughter and I were cold. There was one slat missing from the shutters letting light in and there was lots of noise 24/7 from the main road. No where to hang towels to dry despite there being no balcony. Love Italy, but my stay here made me want to get home to my home comforts. The rooms were more like a very basic 3 star at a push! This hotel is definitely not a 4 star!

Everything was great. We really enjoyed our stay in this nice hotel and felt like home. The location was strategic and we could easily reach all the touristic attractions. The staff were professional, helpful and very friendly. Thank you everyone for your kindness and thanks to Rosy who made sure our room was perfectly clean and in order every day with a nice good morning smile and thanks to Marianna for her kind service during breakfast and for bringing our coffee even before asking for it🙂

nice viewing on the Vesuvius.
when we arrived our booked room was not available. don’t know if it was a trick or not. the first 2 night we spend in an other room, with no vieuw.

The view from our balcony was amazing (we choose the room with sea view) and the place is surrounded by threes. You can see the Vesuvius and the bay of Naples.
The hotel is a bit old we couldn’t charge more than one item at the time because the electricity went off. The older staff members are not very informative and try to get ride of the questions you may have. The hotel is away from everything. You have as small
Town there and there is a train stop like 6-7 minutes away but the sidewalk is so small that you need to be very careful with the cars, busses and vespas that drive on the main road next to you. The hotel provides a free shuttle to some points but it’s not always available.

Clean swimming pool with friendly staff maintaining the facility. Great view of Vesuvius from the balcony. A/C keeping the room cool. Rooms were relatively quiet (except in the mornings with cleaning, which is understandable.)
Breakfast in a buffet style, which opens from 7 to 10 am, but frequently saw a lack of food being replaced at later hours (around 9am).
Because of the remote location, those without cars/scooters will have to rely on public transportation - train at Seiano station or bus with the nearest bus stop just outside the hotel. (We recommend the "Unico Campania" app to Google Maps!)
There was no mini bar in the room, only a small fridge that couldn't maintain the temperature low enough, leaving our water and fruits lukewarm. Guests need to go to the bar to purchase water (500ml for €1). A local shop nearby sells a package of six large water bottles.
There is no/poor Wi-Fi. We fixed the problem on day one and only got a weak signal from the room on our last day (i.e. day 5).

Large and nice pool with a fantastic view
It is incredibly NOISY. Hotel is along main road to Sorrento, the road is full of car/scooters all day and night.
Windows are not filtering any noise. The view is fantastic but we slept badly all the 6 nights we spent here due to the noise.
Additionally breakfast is typical industrial breakfast. Disappointing.

location and the staff was super friendly. buffet was good
air conditioning is hopeless. It was not cooling the room properly at all.

Hotel was nice but feels a bit dated. Got an upgrade from the room we booked which was nice. Staff was helpful for the most part. Breakfast was ok, large selection of items available. Great views from the sea view rooms and a nice garden on the property.
Dated rooms and interior, no seals on anything so the hotel is very noisy, if you have anyone in the rooms around you, you will hear them. Wait staff at breakfast didn't do anything or ask if we needed help or drinks, never received any coffee. Only one person ever working front desk and they are very overworked, could not really pay attention to any person for more than a few seconds. On check out the front desk said the payment i did on Booking was not received so i had to pay there. I said ok and paid again. Afterwards i checked my booking account and credit card and payment had been posted. I went back to get my money back and the same thing was happening to someone else. After raising the issue by both of us they said ok and gave my money back in Cash and did not make the other person pay. Seemed very disorganized.

We really liked the room with sea view, the view was actually one of the best in the area. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had breakfast each morning and the service and food were both excellent .
No complaints at all with the hotel. However the location was different to where we believed it to be. We thought the hotel was nearer to Sorrento. We also thought it was in Vico Equense from the description on Booking.Com. The hotel is actually in Seiano. There is a train station here so we were able to go most places by train.

- An excellent, refreshing 25m pool with a fantastic view
- Tasty breakfast
- Clean facilities
- Helpful staff
- Not recommended for dinner (food is not good value for money).
- Some staff members struggle with speaking English, resulting in attending to Italian guests first.
- A bit noisy at night (hotel is located on main street)

Plendid view from the room on the bay, super friendly staff and nice swimming pools made it a very lovely stay.
Wifi signal was weak in the room.

Since there were very few people staying during Covid, we've got an upgraded superior room instead of economy one (we didn't have to pay additionally). The views from balcony were top class. Also, we were surprised with the pool area, which is spacious, modern and also providing breathtaking views to Napoli surroundings.
The breakfast during Covid were rather poor. But we can't expect full Swedish table when we are the only guests :)

Very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms cleaned daily and all towels renewed. The location is perfect. The swimming pool is great for kids.
We stayed at the end of october and there was no entertainment in the evening like when we went in the summer before and the price was the same. They were packing away a lot of the equipment and did not allow use of the umbrellas around the pool which was peculiar especially as it was quite hot.
