Amazing views, staff, and experience!!

The view and breakfast are simply unbeatable and the location is amazing, but what made this place stand out the most to me are the amazing staff, Adriana and Aris. I am so grateful to have stayed here and would highly recommend it to anyone else.

I lost count of the number of times I said to my husband “I’m so glad we chose to stay here”. The property is a little oasis off the main strip in Oia, giving you access to everything really easily but also feeling very peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle. Speaking of which, if you’re considering staying in Fira over Oia - don’t! All the cruise ships dock in Fira and it is overrun with day trippers!! The staff at Kima are absolutely amazing. Adriana on the front desk was so helpful during our stay and really went out of her way to make sure we experienced the best restaurants/trips. We didn’t get the name of the gentleman who helped with our bags and brought our breakfast each morning but was also superb. Everyone was so pleasant. Breakfast is served to your room each morning, great selection of food and they are very happy to tailor it to your liking (unless we were just lucky!). There isn’t a main restaurant on site but you’re close enough to abundance of great restaurants, pretty much everything is within a 20 minute walk. Would definitely recommend paying a little extra to stay in the rooms with a hot tub. These rooms are on the second floor (the others are poolside) so you have a semi-private balcony to enjoy. The views are beyond stunning. Overall a truly great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to choose Kima again if we return!

Can’t think of anything. I struggled to work out what other hotels offer that Kima don’t, as there is a noticeable difference in price point.

Amazing view

Amazing view from the room. Property is very well maintained, clean, comfortable. Location was not too far from main street, making walking up and down the stairs practical. Staff was excellent, Ari and Adriana were fantastic, recommended us on best places to eat. Had 3 types of breakfast to choose from, sent to our room every morning. Quality of food was good.

Superb

The room and bathroom was luxurious and comfy. The pool has a view of the caldera and is five steps from the room door. Breakfast was delicious and served outside the room just after sunrise. The staff were friendly and helpful, booking transfers, dinners and carrying our luggage. It was a dream come true stay.

The sunloungers right outside our room were great for us but they were communal so people from other rooms used them, which impacted the feeling of privacy.

Room, service and food were perfect. Balcony and outdoor hot tub were amazing.

Breakfast was set up at the balcony of the room overlooking the vast ocean (for rooms with balcony of course). It was breathtaking to say the least. Breakfast was nice and the outdoor hot tub was absolutely gorgeous.

Deep Peace watching the sea in a spaceful Hot tube with absolute quietness and privacy!

The view, quietness and peace we felt on the balcony deeply moved us. Hot tube was hot all the time, breakfast was very complete with continental, English and Greek style, staff was very kind, Just remarkable!

60 stairs to walk between the main road of Oia and the hotel, which is quite demanding physically. The fixation of the miroir attached in the bathroom was also a little bit broken.

Stunning location and views with attentive staff and beautiful room.

The wonderful and hardworking staff could not do enough to help us. They booked restaurants, sailing trips and recommended activities. They are a real asset to the place. Thank you Adrianne and Aris for all your hard work.

The breakfast on the terrace was stunning although the choice was rather limited.

Great staff Great breakfast Great location Good value Provided us early check-in and late check out free of charge.

Bed was a bit harder than my personal preference. When full there aren't sunbeds for everyone.

there were only 6 chairs beside the swimmingpool, which were very quickly reserved with just towels with no people on it.

The place to be in Oia! With unparalleled views over Caldera, Kima is a boutique property where even the highest expectations are met. Extremely clean and well decorated rooms, relaxed vibe in common areas, great breakfast for a perfect start of the day, everything is at superlative. And that’s mostly due to the amazing team pampering the guests, and doing the extra mile in their constant chase for a perfect service. Most incredible stay

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay to our Santorini trip. Adriana and her team were incredible, everything from the cleanliness, the breakfast, general recommendations and bookings were insane. We will find it hard to find somewhere that will beat Kima Suites. Would highly recommend to all.

A wonderful experience

You could not want for more! I had a wonderful stay at Kima suites. Staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful! The location was right on the Main Street and the property itself was fantastic. I would highly recommend staying here if you are staying in Santorini!
