The room was infested with beetles. I awoke to find a beetle squashed on my pillow. The staff at the hotel apologised and were very polite assuring me I would be refunded from head office. Despite having contacted HQ on numerous occasions I have not received any response or refund.

Even though we arrived after the 22.30 deadline the man at the check-in was still there and was very helpful. At breakfast the girl was welcoming and helpful.
This felt like an old Campanile hotel, with rows of shabby pre-fab 1970s bedrooms stacked on top of each other. The room was clean but small and tired, with chipped paintwork everywhere, and one of the bedside lights didn't work. The shower room was adequate but the WC would not flush at all and the button was broken. Breakfast was poor value for money with limited choices. In over 30 years this was probably the worst French chain hotel we have stayed in, even worse than the B&B in Morlaix or the Campanile in Epernay.

Room and suite ok…..
The breakfast.
The fact that the orange & apple juice had no flavour at all
and had obviously been watered down…….
After this happening, it was all a very disappointing experience and lacked atmosphere…
Especially as we had stayed in the other kyriad on our visit to France
On our way to the Lot.to our house.

The person on the desk was welcoming and polite
I was put in Room 6. There is piping on the ceiling in the bathroom which dripped and was very noisy, making regular noises all night. Maybe carrying water to other rooms. The floor was sticky in the bedroom and in parts was actually wet. Altogether it was a very bad experience.

The location was great near the A20 with a shopping centre nearby. The room was comfortable and quite big. There was a bath tub in the bathroom. The blue colours in the room made the room feel very relaxing.
The cleaning had been done fairly quickly. There were spider webs in every corner, and there was a big spider by the window. The manager was very helpful though, and very patient.

Hairline cracks in basin, shower tray drainage very slow. Toilet roll needed hole in centre to fit onto the holder, as it was it lay on the top.

The staff was amazing! For a budget hotel the facilities were great. The breakfast was good.
The rooms were very clean and comfortable beds. It was exactly what we needed for an over night break in our journey.
There was nothing we could fault.

Excellent continental breakfast, plenty of choice. The location was perfect for us, close to the A20 motorway, as we were just there for an overnight stop. There was a restaurant next door with a10% discount if you were staying at the hotel. There were tea and coffee making facilities in our room that we didn't expect. A very nice clean private bathroom with loads of hot water.
Maybe an English channel on the tv, even just the news would have been good.
