Superb

Very clean. Nice service and friendly staff. The breakfast had a good selection and good quality food. The Wifi was good in the morning. Nice bathroom and comfy beds.

The wifi was bad in the evening when all the guests were using it. We we so "unlucky" to arrive when the hotel restaurant was closed for dinner, but that was our fault, not to have done our research.

Very good

We were lucky and had a room with a balcony away from the street, so there was no noise at night. The bed was okay, and we were pleased with the selection during the breakfast buffet. Upon our request, they provided us with gluten-free bread every morning, the taste of which exceeded my expectation. And thumbs up for the thoughtful and superb cleaning service!

We had a really unpleasant experience with one of the older staff members. In general, he did not seem to have any people skills and on the last day, I was told off by him during the breakfast buffet in front of other guests. There was no wrongdoing or mistake on my part, so I hope it was just a misunderstanding and the gentleman was just in a bad mood. However, I did not receive an apology from him.

Wonderful Place, Not Great Beds

This traditional Austrian property was wonderful! Right in the heart of Golling, this was a wonderful stay.

Unfortunately the beds were not comfortable at all. That is honestly the only issue.

Great value an friendly staff.

Central location with a great restaurant. Private parking is available in this beautiful little town. All in town is within walking distance. Close to Salzburg, Hohenwerfen Castle and the falls.

The location and food were great, the place also functions as a restaurant. Easy to access other areas near Salzburg, parking place provided next to a lake. All you can ask for and more!

There was no AC in the room, but since its located at the base of a mountain it didnt cause much bother.

The room was big with a comfy bed. Nice new bathroom. The view from the backyard window was nice, you look up the mountains.

If I ever need a stay anywhere near this location, I would go out of my way to stay here.

We liked the room, the restaurant , the location and the staff. Very accommodating staff. And a very cute village.

Excellent

Breakfast was excellent - something for everybody. Good coffee. The service in the restaurant was very friendly and the waitresses were very observant of new guests to serve.

I was located on the 3rd floor which may be the reason it took a very long time to get warm/hot water. I am conscious of environment - it was a waste of water. Unfortunately I forgot to mention it to the hosts.

Location is very beautiful. Above expectation. People are very kind and relaxed.

The only problem in this hotel was the matras. The bed and blankets where fine and clean. But the matras was thin and hard. So, we did not sleep well. And since this is the main service (sleeping good) , I would suggest to spent money on new decent matrasses and put this news on your website. Than I would definitely come back.

best value for money. exceptionally clean. gorgeous mountain view from the balcony. staff was very helpful and friendly, who gave us tailored to our needs best tips - what to see nearby, where to eat. by the way, the food in the restaurant was also exquisite - you have to try Kaiserschmarrn. :) definitely would come back.
