Piccolo e grazioso, nel cuore di Cagliari

Grazioso appartamento nel cuore della città ma lontano dal caos. Ottima sistemazione per girare a piedi il centro. Comodo parcheggio (anche gratuito) nelle vicinanze. Siamo stati ben accolti da Andrea, che è stato molto gentile e disponibile nel darci qualche utile informazione su luoghi di interesse/ristoranti/spiagge ecc.

Basterebbero pochissime attenzioni in più per rendere il soggiorno meritevole di un 10+. Ad esempio, in bagno c’è solo ed esclusivamente un “appendino” per un unico asciugamano (considerato, peraltro, che l’appartamento è per due persone, almeno due ganci dovrebbero essere presenti). In generale, comunque, mancano punti di appoggio nel bagno. E poi, non c’è uno stendino/un filo per asciugare i vestiti.

Wonderful place to explore Cagliari down town with all his little streets, restaurants and churches

It’s a apartment in the middle of the city with all his small streets. Wonderful Restaurants with an awesome view are only 50 meters away. The apartment is well renovated with a modern and boutique style. We liked it very much. The very small balcony allows you to stay outside and have a look into the small street. (And the neighbor’s windows. :-) ) The hosts were very kind and helpful. They drove with us to find a parking spot which is a hassle.

We were comfortable

I like the fact that you can cook something to eat, and it was not difficult to find things around the property. I really also appreciate the staff Salvo, he was kind, generous and helpful to us.

I didn’t like the kind of the set of bed in the room. Also the shower is too small and tight.

Really enjoyed our stay and will stay again

Location was excellent. It was very comfortable and the host Andrea was incredibly helpful.

A couple of little things such as tea towels to dry the plates and cutlery would be useful and so to would an electric kettle with to boil water.

One of the best .

The location was amazing. A short walk to the city centre and literally around the corner from the best restaurants.The unit itself was spacious and beautifully decorated and equipped.The host Andrea was easy to contact and very helpful in every way even going out of his way to make restaurant reservations for us .

Woud recommend staying here

Superb location, parking not on site but very convenient car park just 2mins walk from property and in our 8 days we always got a space there. very comfy bed, slept really well, very ralxed and despite being in the old town and minutes from some lovely bars and restaurants it was very quiet. Host amazing and very responsive when we asked questions.

Brilliant location and great hosts

Hosts Andrea and Elisabetta were very responsive and attentive via whatsapp already ahead of my travel. They made me feel welcome and safe, which matters a lot to me as a female traveling alone to a new place! The flat was calming and equipped with anything I needed. Bonus to Andrea for going over the map of Sardinia with tips for public transport, beaches and places to eat! They made it so easy to relax and enjoy my stay and I am already planning to come back

Jacuzzi was leaking and the boiler didn't work for long enough to fill the bathtub with hot water. The bins were super unclear and unlabelled

Andrea was very active and helped me with practically everything. how to get to the parking lot, how to pay, he advised where there are shops, where to eat, what to do in Cagliari..., He personally showed me several interesting places. The apartment is located literally strategically, everything worked perfectly.

There are a lot of steps up to the location - great for lovely views of the city but may not suit guests with mobility issues.

unpleasant and tiring, definitely not what you need when you are on holiday!

it was disgustingly dirty (funny thing: the remote control and the keys were very well packed in cling film/plastic bag to show that they were sanitized) All the dishes, pans and cutlery were greasy and dirty. The sponge to wash them was well used and dirty. We had to rewash everything with our hands twice. The jacuzzi (the reason why I booked that room) was filthy: the nozzles were covered in mould, clearly very poorly maintained. we have tried to clean them so we could use the tub, but we were so tired and fed up that we ended up not using the tub at all. I will open a post journey case as I would need a refund for this.
