Tolles Hotel - aber hier und da kleine Mängel

Top-Lage, sehr freundliches Personal.

Die Badausstattung war nicht ok. Der WC-Sitz passte nicht auf das Becken. Es sah aus, als hätte jemand mal schnell irgendeinen aus dem Baumarkt geholt. Der Duschkopf war nicht festzustellen. Das Wasser strahlte also gegen die Wand. Um zu duschen, musste man ihn in die Hand nehmen. Leider ist er mir am Ende dann doch auf den Fuß gefallen beim Verlassen der Dusche. Frühstück war ok. Aber nichts Besonderes (Anrichtung des Essens - da ist noch viel Luft nach oben - gerade in einem Hotel dieser Kategorie). Aber man konnte aus der Karte auch etwas anderes bestellen - im Preis inkludiert.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit super schönen Zimmern. Sauberkeit war gut bis sehr gut. Ausstattung auf den Zimmer perfekt und Mini-Bar + Kaffeemaschine und auch Getränke wirklich Atemberaubende Auswahl. Klimaanlage vorhanden und auch die Betten waren sehr bequem, Badewanne und Dusche gab es in ein super schönen Bad.

Best possible location in the old city of Leipzig. Big and very comfortable room. Very clean. Really excellent.

Ideally situated, extremely comfortable, exceptional bathroom, everything one would expect in an hotel in this price range. The staff in the bar were outstandingly attentive without being obsequious.

Breakfast was disappointing given how outstanding every else was.

All round a quality hotel with excellent facilities & friendly staff. It's expensive, but you get what you pay for. I will plan to go back in the future.

Awesome choice

Hotel room is super clean, very modern, both shower and bathtub was in our room. Breakfast is very good, you have option of both ordering food from the menu and choosing yourself in a form of continental breakfast. There is no other hotel who treated our pet better. There was a huge pillow, bowls, treats, even pillow calming spray.

It is not a minus but would have been great to have swimming pool of any size in spa area.

Great location, good spacious room with a great bath. Reception staff helpful and friendly.

The breakfast was to say the least disappointing. We ended up not getting what was ordered, the buffet was half empty and only when asking were we told that we should request stuff separately. The staff in the breakfast seemed disengaged. When addressing this at check-out we were refunding 50% of the breakfast cost to our satisfaction. No spa treatments besides massage over the weekend.

Best hotel in Leipzig, hands down

Absolutely fantastic stay. My favorite choice when staying in Leipzig. Love the bed and the bedding! The floor heating in the bathroom is a great idea. The breakfast was great too, make sure to check their made-to-order menu as well. Great eggs Benedict.

Superb

The staff at the hotel were fantastic. They strike a perfect balance between being very professional and very friendly. In particular the bar staff were superb. This is our second visit and we would definitely come back again,

Really good hotel but just three things that would make it extra special. On arrival in our junior suite we had some chocolate, popcorn and fruit provided on a tray. it would have been very nice if these were replenished each day. Secondly it would have been good if there had have been a turn down service each evening and a quick refresh of the room which we have grown used to in 5* Hotels. Lastly the heating system in the rooms is via fans which are very noisy. We had to turn these off each night due to the noise which then made the room cold in the morning. I have given a 9 overall but if these small things were addressed it would be a 10.

A wonderful hotel in the heart of the city.

Very well furnished room, with a lovely bathroom and very comfortable bed. The breakfast room had a very nice atmosphere and the quality of the food was good. The bar area is very nice (although a little cold as the cold air from the main entrance was blowing through every time the doors opened). The staff were very polite, friendly and professional.

The brasserie was closed, as was the gym. It was a shame that not all of the facilities were available, and I feel there should have been a reduction in the price to reflect that not all facilities were available.
