I would stay there again & BYO toiletries

Breakfast was perfect. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Location was amazing.

No shampoo, conditioner. There was a shampoo /body wash in the shower which was the same soap in the hand soap dispenser by the sink. The walls were paper thin.

The Area athmoshere and the location!!

The only one thing that i didn’t like its the time is fly and pass very quick when im traveling in Athens ! 😆

Good place for a quick visit.

Breakfast - selection of products enough to diffrent tastes. Nice location in a centre of Kifissia. Helpfull staff. Close to Marousi, where a lot of business and offices are located. Reasonable distance to airport.

it was ok - a bit overpriced. I assume the price is due to location which was the best part.

Good economy solution in a surprisingly nice location with lots of shops restaurants and cinema

The hotel is very nicely located and quiet. Very good beds. Good Bathroom. Breakfast was simple but ok.

The rate was reasonable and I was delighted.

I enjoyed the breakfast. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and warm and the shower was hot. The lady who cleaned my room went the extra mile to put things out neatly for me. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

Nothing the hotel was just right for what I needed.

The location was convenient.

For a 2 star hotel price was high. Rooms were very outdated. Only the lobby is up to date. Could smell smoke from another room early a.m.

I wouldn't think twice about staying again at Hotel des Roses

Breakfast was nicely presented and offered nutritious choices. I would have liked a hot milk facility for the morning coffee. Loved the brown bread for toasting. The marmalade was the best I ever tasted. The service was very friendly.

The hand-hold shower facility doesn't work for me; getting the shower head fixed into the overhead slot took some doing.

Just the place for my week in Kifissia, very central, kindly and efficiently run.

Nice balcony setting for my room and also for breakfast.. I would have liked to have been given a written Menu on my first breakfast....had to ask if such and such was available, item by item and I couldn't bring to mind all the things I wd have enjoyed! I found the whole set up very smart, clean and efficient. Just what I needed.

I would have liked a cake of soap in the bathroom.

Great place to spend an evening before taking the train to the airport to fly home!

The breakfast was a little lackluster but I think that had more to do w/ COVID restrictions than anything. I mean, it tasted fine; but there were fewer options than there might otherwise be. Location was great. Bed was comfortable. Room was a little small. Shower was hideously small, but that seems to be the way in Greece.

Shower curtain could've been long enough to prevent water leaking past the shower perimeter.

Breakfast we had on one day and it was ok. our room was not cleaned for the second night we were there. (i.e. the day between the two nights. we have stayed here before and were more impressed on our earlier visits.

two day stay for business

Small comfortable hotel in the Kifissia area. Lots of shops and restaurants within 50m of the hotel and within walking distance of the Kifissia overground station with a direct line into central Athens.

Small amount of parking available. If you arrive late you need to park on the streets around the hotel. No restaurant in the hotel, but a good choice of restaurants just 50m away
