Lower your expectations.

Lovely location and friendly staff.

The photos completely mislead you. The lobby is lovely but the rest of the property is dark and damp. It’s says there is a mini bar, there was a mouldy empty fridge.

A beautiful resort deep in the rainforest with nature around you.

This resort is in a remote location surrounded by beautiful rainforest. Anyone looking for a serene and private holiday will enjoy this resort. The staff was immensely helpful and kind. The food was prepared on the spot with our preferences taken into account. Not only did we get delicious local food and fresh fruits, but the meals were always huge.

Need more lights on night, cleanliness, more new souvenirs in souvenir shop, need water pipe in cubicle, need guide at corridor to waterfall, Tea time menu need upgrade (oily cucur Pisang)

Do not stay at night, May go for Day trip

Great location Tasty and quality food Calm natural look

Poor maintenance Non Professional staff Not clean at all Nothing to do at night stay All indoor activities close by 4.30 pm Swimming pool and waterpark is not maintained Washrooms are very congested and water drainage issue No large boating facility/ pony trail at the moment Some wake-way needs replacement

we didn’t complete our stay after one night we had to leave as wasn’t what we expected at all

can’t say we liked anything

Places were very dilapidated, bedding was damp, shower, sink and toilet very dirty, wooden paths were dangerous, everything seemed very tired

The place was nice. Every year I’ll be here like 2-3 times

This time I wasn’t like the first night dinner. The food were not enough for us and the campers. The bitter gourds and fried golden fish was horrible. I saw one Malay’s family took four eggs with rice only. By the way , there isn’t any fruit too. All took by the campers . None of the workers filled up for us after the campers left

Holiday in forest for the first time.

Waterpark is good but still need to improvement such as more hygienec and more safety .

The food test just average , its not really affordable. The place need to make renovation because some places not really safe to used.

The air conditioner doesn't work very well, it's a bit hot during the middle of the night. The room door is stuck when closed from the outside, I mean when we are leaving the room.

Overall okay just the cleanliness of the room need to be improved.

Location is good for mind therapy. Love the sound of the nature.

Poor housekeeping of the chalet. The room floor is not clean feel dusty and there is wet area under the bed. There are water pond under the ac.

There is no internet connection and even WiFi in the room (different from the description during booking). Informed by front desk staff that the WiFi only work at the lobby area, unfortunately, the connection is very poor.
