Experiencia inolvidable

Los desayunos a la carta son muy buenos, la vista es espectacular que los perritos se les permite estar dentro del hotel , el servicio del bar es muy bueno

will definitely stay here again and plan to return later

beautiful boutique hotel, reception and accomodations, shuttle to everywhere. had medical issue there and all staff, receptionist, drivers, went above and beyond to assist, including restaurant chef sending over meal. short walk to beautiful views. bus picked us up here for trip to Chihuahua.

would be nice to have coffee at this hotel without having to go to the bigger sister hotel.

The ubicación of hotel, was close to barrancas

Don't have a restaurant, to go to eat you have to go another hotel . They don't have anything. In the app said breakfast included, when I got there the clerk said no it's wasn't included

Nice rustic basic hotel

Comfy king size bed with fresh clean linen.

No food service and log fire in room wasn't allowed to be used.

perfect place for oautdorrs activities and relaxing time at the hotel

the location was good because of the view of the canyon. The activities where also good and the staff was very friendly.

The terrace was beautiful.

Very pleasant stay

The service was excellent! Thought I was gonna get cold water when taking a shower but it impressed me with some nice hot water.

Superb

The staff is amazing, breakfast is great and the view is just amazing. Be aware that breakfast is served in the other hotel in the hills but that really doesn't represent a problem since it is within walking distance and the staff can take you. For a relaxing time, this is the place, it is just great.

There is no WIFI available, you have to purchase a card for satellite internet which are for sale at the front desk but even then the internet is way to slow and it only works in the main lobby. Very important, if you're taller than 6 foot then you want to mind your head because the ceiling is not that tall so just be careful. Other than that, everything is great.

Extremely disappointing, this is not what you expect when you pay so much money for a hotel.

Location, impressive views.

Massive party in the lobby, we could absolutely not sleep until 3am. For dinner you cannot choose what you eat, you have to take their 3 dishes menu, no other options, food quality was extremely disappointing. You have to pay for the wifi, which is incredible when you know the price of the room.

Very good

Friendly and helpful staff. The room was comfortable. Food at the sister hotel was good. Everything together made for an enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend a stay here.
