Hotel molto carino a due passi da tutto

Tutto. La posizione (adiacente a piazza Colombo, quindi a due passi dal centro, dal borgo storico della Pigna, dal lungomare, dall'Ariston e non molto lontano anche dal Casinò. La camera (pulita, perfettamente attrezzata e con vista sul mare), la colazione, la cortesia e la disponibilità dello staff. In piazza Colombo e al Palafiori si trovano parcheggi a pagamento. In questo periodo, tuttavia, con un po' di fortuna si trova sulla strada dove ci sono le strisce blu. Io ho trovato proprio davanti, ed essendo domenica non ho neppure pagato

Viaggio di coppia

Buona la posizione a 10 minuti dalla stazione , ottima soluzione per chi va a Sanremo in treno come noi,e dal centro cittadino. La camera, al terzo piano con balcone, è dotata di tutto il necessario ,pulita e della giusta metratura, così come il bagno. Giusta la colazione con proposte dolci e salate. Molto cordiale lo staff. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Da migliorare l'ascensore.

Outstanding hospitality.

City centre location, comfortable bed, clean, excellent breakfast with a lot of options, very good value for money and MOST IMPORTANTLY very warm, welcoming, friendly and courteous staff! We enjoyed everything and plan to return sometime in the future.

One of those 3 star hotels that you can rate down by 50%, it is worth 1.5 star in the best case...

Nothing. May the bed and pillows were OK, sheets were clean.

No hot water in the bathroom (shower and think). So even if breakfast was included in the price, I did not go for breakfast, I was afraid coffer would be cold as well. Room was very small, cleanness was just on the edge....

Situated in the center of the city, very close to the old port and the beach. Ariston theater and Casino are at 10 minutes walking. They managed to find me a parking place in the nearby. All the people at the hotel was very helpful. The breakfast is abundant and good, with fresh products. In the end, the balance cost/value is good.

The room was not so big, but (for a short stay) it was enough (and clean).

You can sleep 1 night but not more!

its near in Center town. But thats all advantage.

Room was pretty "horror"...some green walls painted very unprofessional. Building is old, everything was ... unpleasent. Beds not very confortable, bathroom looks like in a student old campus. Breakfast simple, just few things to eat.

Superb

Staff were very friendly & helpful. Location is great close-by the beaches and the main walking square of San Remo. The breakfast was good, though it would have been even better to have more diversified items. Overall great value for money..

Quiet room in city centre with excellent staff and standard

I have been in many hotels and in my opinion, I've met here one of the best customer service so far. Staff at reception was very kind since the beginning. He helped us to take luggage into the room without even asking. Hotel is located in very city centre, close to busy street. We were worried about noise during the night. Staff asked us if we want a room with a sea view - loud, or we want peaceful room - however without view on the sea. Of course in places like this it is difficult to have both, we decided to take peaceful room and were VEERY satisfied. Room was very big, everything was very clean and worked as it should be. Even when we opened both windows in the room, we could barely hear noise from the street! Remember - this is hotel located just near the city centre - 3-5 minutes walk! In the room there was AC unit which worked very well. Bed was very comfortable, there was one double bed, instead of two single close to each other like in many other hotels. Wifi worked, however signal in our room wasn't perfect - it was not an issue for us however. Breakfast was also very good. We could have typical Italian breakfast (sweets and caffe) or also we could have bread, ham, cheese. Once again, staff was very kind and we could chat a little during the breakfast. I was in this place with my wife on motorcycle. There were plenty parking spots nearby. Our visit finished in this hotel, however we still wanted to have a few ours walk around the city. We were able to leave our motorcycle pants and helmets without any problems! After we returned, we wanted to change (wear this motorcycle pants and other clothes for a trip to France). Staff let us change in the staff toilet. Unfortunately, I forgot my shirt. Later on I received a message via booking from staff that I left my shirt and they will be waiting with it for me! I highly recommend this place! Great rooms, quiet, great standard, excellent staff!

Great location in city center

Very very kind, positive and usefull asian owner that really do his job from his heart. I give five stars for him. Breakfast is good, many choices. Room was clean, air climated and has beatifull view from balcony on sea. Hotel is located literally in city center, so everything is reachable on foot. Parking is available on street or nearby silo garage house, but owner was kindly offer us theirs parking spot nearby.

During our stay elevator was out of order and we had room in 3rd floor. Wifi has very bad signal in our room. Ad it takes a really lot time for hot water to come from heater in basement to shower in 3rd floor.

A good option for transit

Good location, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, clean room. Car parking on a narrow street nearby, but was safe for a night.

The room needs a new and modern painting. It looks quite outdated, more like a hospital room with oil-based paint on the walls.

For business travellers I would recommend this hotel: clean, 24hrs reception and parking near by.

Good hotel in case you need only a bed and a simple breakfast. Plenty of restaurants within a 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Public free parking near the marina which is a 10 minutes walk. Hotel staff is friendly and most helpfull in case you need any assistance. For business travellers I would recommend this hotel: clean, easy going and close to marine.

I'm happy with the stay in the hotel.

The excellent service of the staff, especially the guy who serves the hot drinks during breakfast. And the breakfast is really good, especially the various cakes/pies.

The smell of the street outside the hotel is quite bad/unpleasant. Though it's not the hotel's fault, but I hope they can do something about it, as when the window from the room is opened, the unpleasant smell somehow enters the room.
