Excelente estadia!

Excelente localização para quem procura umas férias de verão, com acesso fácil à praia e bastante perto do centro da Manta Rota. Equipa bastante simpática e acessível. Espaço limpo, com varanda e mesa para aproveitar os dias quentes de verão. Piscina no hotel, bastante agradável.

Expensive for what we had

Location and parking. Very nice village.

Big Apartment, it was clean (floor bathroom) but very old. It had those kind of smells. I could not use sofa because it looked like dirty and sandy. No enough cleaning stuffs like shampoo etc

Close to a nice beach

The property is located at about five minutes walking to the Manta Rota beach. Each room has a parking spot in the basement parking, size of the room it's okay with a comfy bed and a small couch and there is also a small kitchenette with a fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. The bathroom size is good with a bathtub, toilet and bidet.

A hair dryer is missing and would have been good to find a couple of dishwasher tabs. Also, the plastic furniture from the balcony it's a bit old and dirty.

A very nice surprise

Great studio apartment in a great location. Manta Rota is a great little town and apartment situated a two minute walk from the Main Street down to the beach. Supermarket, restaurants and shops all close by and it was about a 10-15 minute walk to the sandy beach. Apartment was very spacious and clean and had all the facilities and the bathroom was a very good size. Had a nice size balcony that overlooked the pool area and surrounding countryside. Check-in was very easy and the lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful. All the staff we met were very friendly. Pool area is cleaned every day, plus during our stay they cleaned the apartment and gave fresh towels and made the bed.

Looks like the pool floor has been retiled but the sides and steps need doing. Apart from that the pool was very clean and a nice size.

There was no one around when we arrived. A guy walking around the area was eventually able to get us a key but he obviously was not the expected receptionist. Very odd 🤔

Spacious apartments. Plenty of linen, blankets. Close to local shop and beach. Great value for money.

Avoid staying here at all costs. There are many alternatives much better

There was nothing to like about this poor accommodation. Small, cramped, no view, poor quality and the aircon did not work

Basically I did not like anything and I left early!

Beautiful flat

Fantastic apartment - very spacious and comfortable. Two bathrooms as well. The pool is shallow however it is still a pool (and maybe were just a tall family lol). Very close to the beach and town centre.

There's not much to do around Manta Rota - might be because we visited out of season. The TV had rubbish signal - thats my only complaint

WiFi was utterly terrible. As I was only staying one night, it would have been nice for hotel to provide washing up liquid and sponge.

Well-furnished, ultra clean, great location, slowwww WiFi

Location, spacious well-furnished apartment. Good kitchenette- washing machine a big plus. Ultra clean! Clearly recommended. Grounds also immaculately clean. Decent supermarket a few steps away around the corner. Beach is in your face, a great beach. Helpful reception staff, too. (Longish) walking distance from Cacela railway station.

The WiFi is slow as f-. Buy a Vodafone Go SIM card in any Portuguese airport or city, get 30 GB of fast data, 15€/15 days. Can barely run iMessages on the WiFi in Mantamar.

very well built complex, quiet and comfortable, good furniture and large room and living area. garage and pool and close to the beach.

the kitchen is well equipped, but could need a little more things (salt, soap for washing up, a sponge, tea kettle)
