This hotel has a good central location, it is easy to access the lavender fields, the staff are friendly (do not trust Google reviews, they seem to have been written by arrogant rich tourists looking for canned pre-packaged solutions with guidance!), the food at the local restaurant is exquisite (nothing beats a cold gazpacho in hot weather). The atmosphere is authentic overall.
There is very little to no air circulation (e.g. the open window does almost nothing), but frankly, there is very little that can be done about it in the absence of an A/C unit. The cars passing under the window early in the morning are honking and waking everybody up, or a random field tractor is burping with its pre-WWII motor – but again, this is not the fault of the hotel, this is just the specificity of this agricultural region. Closing the windows to suppress the early-morning noise leads to near suffocation.

Middle of town and inexpensive for the family
Toilet took a long time to fill back up after flushing, which s difficult with a family of four.

Central location in Sault meant it was easy to find places to eat and drink. Locked my bike up in their garage overnight and kept my luggage while I went for a morning cycle after I checked out.
A fridge in the room.

The design of room was traditional which is very good because it feels like village that the hotel located. The facilities was enough but there is no hairdryer. Check in and chec out was automatic. Ther is no one at reception which is not bad. Its ok for us. Totally was good. I am satisfy.

The property was clean and nice, parking was across the street in a free parking lot.
The wi-fi was horrible

The location was great! The daily market was at the front door steps.
The bathroom was very outdated. The shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor. Bed was very hard. Overall, not a comfortable place to stay.

Awkward to navigate in the hotel - narrow, no elevator. Boiling hot, as the room was right under the roof. The couple running the hotel/restaurant were managing on the borderline of being completely overwhelmed with a full hotel (70 guests). They were pleasant, wanting to help with the heat situation, but able to provide even a simple fan. Great food at their restaurant. Everything quite expensive. Stayed in three star hotels and and a castle for significantly less. Only one hotel in town.

Stylish room and furnitures with cleanliness
Was a Little hit during summer time since there is no air-condition. My room was at the corner so that my WiFi reception was very bad.
