Breakfast was ok.
Limited bar service, lack of snacks and no evening opening.

Nice hotel with good location. Situated on pedestrian street among a lot of shops and restaurants. Was there for conference at the Melia venue. Perfect distance for a nice morning walk heading to the conference. Front desk helpful with ordering taxi to airport when I left - you have to go to a specified street corner a block or two from the hotel, taxi booked with room number as reference, worked beautifully

First time in this hotel and didn’t even miss the sea view some other hotels have in Sitges. Excellent breakfast, good selection (and cava as well), coffee could be better. Nice small garden with a pool and bar. Most of the rooms are facing the garden so no noise to the room from the street - location is excellent right in the centre and close to everything. Cleaning was somehow very well timed, always when I was briefly out or at the pool after breakfast.
Of course it’s a matter of space but a few more sunbeds would be needed, it was difficult to get one. And it’s a bit unpractical to have a safe with a key acquired separately from the reception, the key is one more thing you have to take care of.

I’m the town cosy and a quiet garden with a pool.
The walls were very thin
I could hear a man snoring in the next room.

Location, pool and breakfast were excellent. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
The rooms were a little under furnished and a bit tired. A little maintenance needed. Room 209 gets too much noise from the lifts. Our sister was awakened almost hourly.

Chose a hotel already from those that have become free. But they weren't disappointed at all. Very friendly staff everywhere: at breakfast, at the reception, maids. Everyone is smiling and trying to help. The breakfasts are just great, they even have cava. Diverse and changing every day. For me, breakfast is important, so the rating is five. We didn't lie by the pool, but it's very pretty. We lived in the old building, but the rooms are spacious and the bed is large.
The room faced the street and the windows were very small. I understand that we booked already late, but it was certainly very sad. At night, crowds of drunken tourists do not let us sleep, and in the mornings, garbage collection trucks right under our windows threw all the bottles into the car. Very noisy, and if you close the windows it is very stuffy, even despite the fact that the air conditioner is working. This is the only downside.

The hotel is VERY well situated, right in the heart of Sitges yet not in the middle of the noisy areas. Very much enjoyed my stay... and having a pool in the hotel is DEFINITELY a bonus.
The ventilation in the room... it was uncertain! I never knew if it was running or not. GLADLY we had fresh nights, otherwise I fear I would have spent VERY hot nights!

Great Location right in the centre of Sitges, everything walkable. Huge choice of breakfast items. Rooms spacious and very clean.
Be aware that the pool is not heated. Some noise from other guests hanging out by the pool at 2 am

Nice garden, good breakfast, general upbeat look.
The hotel is located in a pedestrian area, and we had to walk from a road to the hotel with our cases. The taxi driver helped us, which was a bonus. When we arrived at the hotel and pointed out to the receptionist that it was not described in the hotel at Booking.com we were told, "That's Sitges, we described as being in the center. We don't have to say it's in the pedestrian area."
The television did not work most of the time. When we inquired, we were told the hotel owners knew about it and were looking for a solution. Which never arrived. We were not offered anything for the lack of television and radio, even though we complained almost every day.
We paid for a street room, but it was very noisy, as the windows were old, single glazed ones. We were offered another room for an additional fee, which was overlooking the garden, which we looked at, and upon verifying that the shower head was filthy black in the new room, we decided to stay in the original room and we had several bad nights.

great location and breakfast
there was a damp smell from the air conditioning in the room when you entered. 206

Great location, comfy and stylish room, friendly staff. They helped us reschedule the trip and were flexible with our arrival time.
Just keep in mind that Sitges is an extremely touristic town, everything is expensive and usually overpriced. There is a high tourist tax that you will be charged on top of your hotel reservation but that's not the hotel's fault, it's just how things work out there.

The location was really good. Reasonable price. Good breakfast, clean and nice room.
Pillow.

great location, couple of minutes from the train station. In the heart of town yet in a quiet space. Check in was friendly and efficient, I booked a single room but room was really spacious with a double bed. shower was perfect, always hot water, bed and pillows really comfy. The hotel smelled clean and fresh when you walked in. Breakfast had plenty of options to choose from.
pool out of use, rooms don’t appear to have a balcony you can sit out on. I had no view at all, my room backed on to other rooms and was quite dark. There was a fair bit of noise from other rooms and also celebrations from adjoining property (retirement complex?) breakfast would have liked more hot options.
4.5
Excellent location close to the train station bars and restaurants.
Breakfast was really good and the room was very spacious and comfortable.
There was a peculiar smell inside the hotel mostly around the reception that was a little disturbing.
We paid extra tho get a room upgrade with a pool view we got that but unfortunately we quite couldn't open the curtains or the hotel neighbours would have a nice view from our privacy.
Adding to it as the room was very close to the neighbours even after 1am there was a quite loud noise from the bar next door.
If you need a quiet place to sleep it would be wise negotiate that at the reception.

It was very nice, but sometimes the 'cavabottle' was empty. When we asked for a new one, they said it wasn't possible, even when it wasn't 11 am (end of breakfast).
