Excellent séjour reposant pour les yeux et le corps bien appréciable après avoir parcouru le Pérou de long en large.

Nous avons aimé l’emplacement sur la rive d’un oasis magnifique ! L’architecture de l’hôtel semblable à une hacienda et son patio verdoyant. La literie très confortable.

Les chambres sont immenses mais un peu désuètes cela n’entache pas l’impression de plénitude de ce lieux extraordinaire.

Serviço de reservas. Reservei um dia no hotel e por dificuldade de comunicação com o hotel a partir do Brasil, acabei efetuando um pagamento duplo do mesmo quarto e na mesma data. O hotel não estornou um dos pagamentos, como solicitei, mas quando cheguei no mesmo, deu-me um vale no valor da diária paga para mais para ser consumido no hotel.

Antigo hotel em lugar único

Da excelente localização, da piscina ampla, dos jardins q completam a beleza do lugar. Arquitetura linda, mas q carece de revitalização.

Falta de manutenção de toda a estrutura, café da manhã simples com pouca variedade, cortina do banheiro curta o que molhava o ambiente.

Primero que nada, la relación precio calidad es increíblemente caro para lo malo que es, el hotel tiene la piscina al otro lado de la calle, tienes que cruzar la calle para llegar a la piscina, las habitaciones son muy malas, sucias y el agua es muy sucia sale de color amarilla, en el baño de la ducha salieron lombrices que las encuentran en las fotos que monte, la comida es horrible de mala y el personal demasiado desatento, no muestran amabilidad en ningún momento excepto por el portero que se porto muy bien. El hotel es pésimo y no recomiendo quedarse allí.

Nice stay for a night

Location is amazing, close to the oasis and restaurants. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, they even brought ua breakfast baggies when we couldn’t make it due to early tour schedule. Inside of the hotel has a nice garden. The hotel room is big for four people.

The water from the faucet and shower is the only downside. There was a bit color when I first turned on the tap from the shower. It eventually cleared out after letting it run for a while. Though it is in the middle of a desert so water might be an issue already.

Oasis in the desert

The breakfast was delicious, the pool was a nice break from the heat, the garden is beautiful and the location is perfect . Beautiful heritage building. Loved the midday checkout.

The bar fridge was unplugged, I assume it doesn't work, the floors need to be mopped and the corners cleaned of piles of sand. A light blanket on the bed would be good too. There was a wire where the smoke alarm should be.

The location is perfect right in front of the Huacachina plus it has a pool on the other side of the property. Breakfast and service was great. The hotel is in need of TLC.. is clean , do not get me wrong but it needs to be modernized specially the bathrooms, the lighting and others. one thing that I truly appreciated was the water pressure from the shower head.

the property is old well kept but the rooms need some freshness. Fresh paint , new tile..more lighting...

Was a good stay where the facilities met what I expected and the Staff was great

I liked the fact that it is a quaint hotel in an old building. The staff was great and we enjoyed the restaurant. very good location

The only down side was the lack of hot water for the 1st 2 days and there were quite alot of mosquitos in the room.

Pool was not so clean to swim, it may be due to season but if pool is offered then should be utilized anyway.

Exceptional

gorgeous spacious and calm property at the end of the lake in the centre of huacachina. the rooms were huge and cool, the courtyard beautiful and the staff very friendly and attentive. we had to check out at 12 but didn’t leave huacachina until the evening and they let us use the pool and facilities all afternoon.

HOTEL WITH GREAT STAFF WITH GENUINE CARE FOR THEIR GUESTS.

I wish I remember the name of the Front desk agent who assisted me, he was exceptional, super professional, kind and friendly. I got great service at the restaurant & bellmen as well. Genuine and kind attention to their guests.

The building itself is extraordinary, since it is an historical place. The garden is wonderful! The breakfast is composed of various and delicious food. Much attention is paid to the cleanliness and the staff are so kind and hardworker.

Much of the forniture is outdated, in particular the bed (it was huge and confortable but it made a lot of noise!!).

Great place to stay.

Lovely hotel right at the edge of the lake. Our room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The swimming pool across the road was great with no others guests using it when we arrived.

Breakfast choice was a bit limited but still good.
