Needs some housekeeping

It’s location was great

Room was pretty gross. Mud, boogers on walls, some unknown brown mess and some funky smells and marks. We went to the front desk to get a new room. While there another guest also stopped by to get a new room for same reason. It then took the staff another 20min+ to clean a new room for us as its state wasn’t good either. After we got in it had many funky and sticky surfaces but atleast the beds were clean in this new room .. Being the kids were tired we stayed but I wouldn’t stay again nor recommend

Overall, the visit was good this time.

Great. The atmosphere was excellent along with staff.

It would be nice if there was a comfortable chair other than computer chair w/wheels for seniors with health conditions. Wheels on chair wouldn't be comfortable.

Good location, staff needs tweaking!

Fair price, good location

Couple fighting in the lobby when we arrived, very loudly! “Quiet Hours” was more of a suggestion than a fact. Juvenile children were active in the hallway from 06:30 until 08:00, so much for sleeping late!

The location it's located in an area with many restaurants to choose from.

Hair on bathroom floor stuck on the back of bathroom door dried up blood on living room floor hair washed inside of the bath towels and nothing was done to help better our stay. Housekeeper needs to do a better job cleaning will not be staying again.

Over all the 3 workers made our stay GREAT❣️❣️

Ms Destiny the receptionist was AWESOME❣️She was very patient & kind❣️ Mr Billy the maintenance person was also AWESOME❣️ He was soo pleasant & kind❣️ He made sure anything he could help you with to make sure your stay was the best it could be he did just that❣️ My housekeeper was an African American older lady that I 4got her name was nothing short of AMAZING❣️ She made sure you ran out of nothing including toilet tissue. The rule was they clean on the 3rd day BUT although she didn’t have to clean she made sure she checked with you as a guest to make sure you had EVERYTHING CLEAN you needed❣️❣️ AWESOME TEAM OF WORKERS❣️❣️

I didn’t like Perry the Manager❣️❣️ He was very rude & his attitude sucked❣️❣️ He’s not a people person @ all❣️❣️ I didn’t like the fact that he talked about his workers not doing their job yet the same 3 workers I complimented were the only 3 I saw busting their butts 2 get the work done because he had workers that hadn’t been employed but a couple of weeks calling out of work. He sat on his butt instead of being a team player & help the 3 that had extra work put on their plates because of call outs. I was in upper management for over 25 yrs & I would NEVER see my crew struggling when I could help them especially when we had call outs.

Disappointing

The housekeepers were very friendly

There was a pie left over in the fridge from the previous people and there was no blanket for the sofa bed and when we asked for one, the girl at the front desk said that she couldn’t give me one because they didn’t have any. We had to go out and get our own blankets.

breakfast was fine nothing spetacular. best thing I liked was the stairs. Staff were somewhat friendly depending on who was at the desk. If I had to stay again it wouldn't be my first choice. Then it wouldn't be my last choice. Over all I would give it a 6 at best between 1 and 10.

Our smoke detector was covered up with a plastic bag?? Also loud noise in the hallway until 3:30am. Overall ok place.
