Pool was quiet and kids loved it, nice to have hot tub too. Reception staff friendly. Nice and quiet location, only 10 minute walk into centre of Chatel.
We were expecting full bed linen including duvets but were only given sheets and pillow cases and had to make beds on arrival. There were no duvets and we were provided with "prison esque" brown blankets that did not look like they had been cleaned. Also being expected to clean the whole apartment including hoovering and mopping floors, wiping window panes was way too much at the end of the holiday. You can pay the extortionate 65 Euro to have it cleaned but you still had to do partial cleaning yourself so simply not worth it.

The price of 400 EUR for a 6 bed apartment, for 3 nights was quite reasonable. (13 Jan - 15 Jan 2023).
There was a kitchen, Pool, and Sauna. But these are all very minimal.
Underground parking availble at 5 EUR per night.
There were lots of extra hidden charges. For example: Towels, WIFI, Television, Parking, City taxes.
It was not walking distance to the ski lifts, the website reads 500m but in reality it is 1.4km.
The spa facilities were always very busy, and the closing time is too early at 19:00.
The spa was also different to the photos, as we stayed in the apartment block, whereas the photos are from the hotel.
The room was dirty, with hairs all over the bedding.

the location is fantastic, staff very helpful. very basic but value for money
The choice of bedding, the sheets supplied were obviously very clean but still very old fashioned & using blankets which are obviously not cleaned every time.
As mentioned it’s great value for money you pay for what you get. Maybe a few more door hocks & hangers would be helpful as well.

The location is good to walk downhill into the center which was very lively around 5.30pm
Not very sound proof. Unfortunately there were noisy groups of people and as the reception is then closed and no staff around, difficult to tell drunk people to keep it down!

quiet location, great mountain views

All cars were nicely in the garage, the sauna nice hot but a little bit small ( 6 people are fitting in ) , it’s a shame that it is closing already at 19:00.

The region is pretty nice and there are facilities that may be good, but we didn't try any, as we stayed just one night.
The photos of the flat at Booking were great, so we planned to stay a week. But they gave us the worst room, in the underground, 2 meters of a ravine wall. The flat was extremely dirty, there were strands of hair and dust all over the flat, it had many mold stains in the walls, the coffee machine had a moldy strainer, the refrigerator was dirty, there were pieces of food at the dishwasher, there were cookie crumbs over the mattresses, the water boiler was dirty, etc. There is no light in the "kitchen", it's very dark in the sink area. They should hire front desk staff with more experience, because the young boys were really unprofessional. For the size of the building, the corridors are extremely narrow, not a safe structure in emergency cases. The access system to the flats and elevators is very confusing, almost labyrinthine, making it very easy for children to get lost. Bad experience, unfortunately.
