There is no beach nearby. The flat is worn out and needs refurbishment.

I really do reccommend this place, great help from the owners, comfy, clean and not expensive.

Perfect suite for 2 people, with all utilities needed for short or long stay. Comfy and large bed. Clean and with a nice balcony.

Only the location is a bit far from centre, but at least it is a calm place.

Not great value for the money

Spacious rooms, pretty quiet neighborhood, responsive hosts, easy to get to.

The place was not as in the pictures, pretty worn off and badly needs renovation. We booked the last minute, so did not have much choice, but it is rather overpriced for what it is.

It is not worth staying here for morre than 1-2 nights. The rooms need new furniture and renovation.

Spacious rooms, some beds were comfortable.

most beds were very uncomfortable, old and worn out, matresses broken. Cupboard and doors broken, you can't lock the toilet. Cupboards and floor dirty- you are afraid to touch something in order not to get dirty. dishes had to be washed on arrival as they weren't clean, in rooms we found dirty cuos and some food leftovers. In 4 rooms apartment there were 4 forks and spoons. The apartment could be very nice stay but the hosts haven't changed the furniture since Soviet Union it seems. We also weren't informed aboutt the stairs which were really slippery.

Kitchen cabinets full of dirt. Chair legs in kitchen are broken and its dangerous to sit on.

Rude staff, nothing like in pictures.

Balcony was really cosy and nice

First let me say staff is incredibly rude. Even though I have requested stay without card as I wanted to pay in cash, before my arrival I been actually terrorised to transfer money to someone's account or my stay will be cancelled, as I been already half way there I had to find friend who could do it instead of me. There wasn't any choice of room and the pictures included billiard table we booked room regardless price, just because it had billiard table (the only reason). When we arrived there wasn't any billiard at all! Very disappointing. Room were clean, but really old and everything falling apart. There was only old electric heaters and it was quite cold. As I stayed there with little kid accident happened during the night and he wet bed, which is quite normal for a kid, of course not pleasant, but this things sometime happens ( I must to mention that as it is quite important bit for what happened next) I have texted host that tomorrow I would like to have chat about rooms as we were disappointed in polite manner. Next day I received call from host and after short Hi he started attacking me straight away. I had no change to say anything. He started shout on me : - How you can be disappointed!! Room cost only 25 eur, what did you expect?! Then there was no pause to say anything for me he continued: - Why did you wet the bed? Why did you wet the bed? Why did you wet the bed - He repeatable shouted on me. He did not gave me any chance to say anything at all, so I just said over his shouting, that I will call him back, of course I did not, as he was aggressively shouting all the time. And I just want to point it out once again that we choice room only because of the billiard, not because of the price. But apparently if you pay not much you shouldn't expect anything was advertised to you, just because he let room cheap? Anyway very very rude staff, very disappointed
