Great location! Overall good value for money.

The shower leaked and the room was overly scented upon arrival, but we were able to air this out.

Central stay, good facilities would stay again now can suss the car parking

Central location, spacious, loved the fridge plus ability to cook if you’d like Secure carpark at back of hotel tho no direct hotel access from there

No aircon which if available would have given it a near perfect score. Fan supplied after we explained that there wasn’t one in the room despite the receptionist stating it was. Breakfast not taken as pricey Parking is a pain initially as you have to check in to get parking pass so one of you has to stay with car whilst other walks length of hotel to reception, only then to come out and park in official carpark. Would be better if you could check in with car then leave to park in official carpark- would be immensely difficult on your own

Superb

Great location for Central Reims without paying extortionate prices for city centre hotels, good secure parking for motorcycles.

Toaster was broken and the staff weren't very attentive on restocking the breakfast

Apart from the train noise I would really recommend this hotel.

Nice clean room with all necessary supplies. Comfortable bed and pillows.

Read on the website that it was near the train station, however our view was right on the train tracks. Not bothered about the view though, but the many trains passing and honking were a pest.

A comfortable stay.

A comfortable apartment with a nice Kitchen to enable self catering which is a bonus. The staff were very helpful, they assisted us in notifying our lease car company to arrange a repair to our vehicle. Overall, I would recommend this Hotel for comfort, 5 min walk to the centre with many shops & Restaurants.

Quiet location and spacious room, parking next to hotel.

When we arrived the reception said we had to pay (although we had already paid through booking.com). They said the money had not been taken! We couldn't verify that and paid the hotel. We can verify when we get home. 5 June 23.

Needs improve accessories supply

Location is very convenience

One week stay then have a clean, too long. Change towel needs to pay. How could you have two towels for a week to stay? Too directly then.

We had a great time at this flat. The location is amazing only 2 minutes from train station and 5 minutes walk from bars, restaurants and shops. There’s a lift which is handy.

Stay for Marche de Noel

Perfect for accessing the town and especially the lovely Marche de Noel. Great for catering for ourselves for a quick supper and breakfast. Would use this company again for other locations

Convenient location, offers flexibility with catering. Quiet, safe and warm.

My 3rd stay here. It's so convenient for the Christmas market and shops. I like the extra freedom in using an apart-hotel. Breakfast whenever you want (lots of wonderful patisseries nearby), can pop back to make lunch with food from the daily covered market. It's so close to lots of brasseries & restaurants for dinner. The rooms are warm and spacious.

Despite being described as suitable for disabled people the loos are not raised and there is no grab rail. Other than that everything is on the level and space is quite generous. I did notice that some areas of the room need a bit of maintenance i.e. the doors are getting chipped and the paint is flaking in places. The hotel is aimed at students and business people so should really have a light on or near the desk.

Good value but rude staff.

Very good value for money and the location was good.

It was not super clean, especially the floors, but mostly it was fine. Only thing bad about the stay were the staff. They messed up our booking with giving us the wrong room type (a double instead of 2 single beds) after giving us a confirmation a few days prior that we would get single beds. I understand that this can happen and while annoying, I wasn’t pissed at the hotel until I experienced how the staff acted when I told them about this mistake. They were completely dismissive and when I complained upon checkout that no one had even said the simple word “sorry”, the lady in the reception didn’t even think of saying sorry herself. I did not get the impression they cared about customer satisfaction.

Good location (10 minute walk to the centre and good restaurants), very friendly staff and helpful staff.

Accessing off the Autoroute was a little tricky and we ended up needing to do a 15 minute loop at rush hour as we missed a turn. But minor inconvenience.
