L’emplacement était idéal. Même si le secteur est un peu bruyant à cause des voitures.

Nous n’avons pas eu de service nettoyage du séjour et je trouve que cela manque un peu.

para empezar no había nadie en recepción para urgencias la clave que te dan para entrar en la habitación no me funcionaba total que me quedé en el pasillo tirada una persona del pasillo empezó a llamar desde su móvil a recepción y nadie lo cogió al final memorizando la clave puede entrar en la habitación pero me quedé tirada toda la tarde y mi viaje de Bilbao perdido por supuesto que no se responsabilizaron le solicité el check out más tarde debido a este incidente para aprovechar más el viaje y me dijo la de recepción o la que estaba al otro lado del teléfono que si no salía a las 11 iba a llamar a la policía el trato agresivo impío si tienes un problema nadie atiende a las diez y cincuenta y nueve estaban aporreando mi puerta para que saliera pone que no se puede fumar olía a tabaco todo el alojamiento al lado tenía al baño y todo el rato el ruido de la ducha al lado tenía la puerta principal y todo el rato portazos gritos y fiestas he llamado a booking para que se responsabilicen y me han dado un descuento la chica del alojamiento encima me ha vacilado no lo recomiendo para nada no caigas en el error lo barato sale caro he tenido que cogerme otro alojamiento para aprovechar mi estancia

No se podía fumar ,y lo indicaba bien …y en alguna habitación se tiraron fumando toda la noche porros de maria y una de las veces que fui al baño ,casi me coloco del olor

Teníamos la habitación antes de tiempo lo cual fue perfecto, tenía un espejo grande y un lugar donde colgar las cosas. Olía bien aunque hubiera humedad, y la relación precio calidad me parece coherente.

La limpieza de los aseos no era la mejor, a pesar de que es compartido, también un poco molesto el tema de la humedad en el ambiente. El ascensor no funcionaba rápido. Me gustaría que hubiera un escritorio.

It’s so much affordable in middle of city walking distance from bus station and most attraction. Room was clean.

I went during summer and it was really hot in room, there was not even a fan. It was so uncomfortable sometimes. At least a fan will be helpful during summer.

For room #9 there needs to be a fan. There is no air circulation. There was no sign on the outside of the building so it was not easy to find. They should provide a better map for the exact location since Google maps got confused. I also did not see the information in the email on how to enter the building and room, so they should put that in a separate email in bold, so that it cannot be missed. Maybe they don't realize that booking.com sends at least 3-5 messages out, and I did not see the info and had to call for help. Would be great to have a communal refrigerator too for cold drinks and a little food, or mini fridge in the rooms. It should also be noted that there is no person to check you in.

literally the walls are cartoon , you can hear every detail from your neighbours, they gave me a half room I’m being serious it was a half room !!! i don’t recommend for breathing issues people + the toilets aren’t very clean

Good hostel for 1-3 nights stay

Hostel is located not very far from Bilbao Intermodal station. There are many shops, cafes and bars nearby. Guggenheim Museum is in about 25 min walking distance. There is no reception, all communication goes through Booking messages. All doors in the hostel have electronic locks so you don't need to always carry the keys with you. Hostel rooms are quite asketic but clean. There is also an additional warm blanket in the room, however the heaters work well enough. Shared bathrooms are clean as well and have toiletries.

Bed was quite hard and not very comfy, however it's a subjective opinion. During 4 days stay there was no room service. For such a cheap overnight price I don't mind if the room is not often cleaned and towels exchanged but it would be nice to have garbage bin cleaned at least once.

It's not clearly stated before hand that one needs to share personal information and credit card details via untrusted 3rd party web page in order to gain access to the room you already paid for via Booking. Not to mention that the page was in Spanish. Sound isolation wasn't good. You could hear the street noise and the other guests banging doors.

Incredible to get a nice private room for this price! The room was perfectly adequate, with a very comfy bed. Sharing a bathroom presented no problems. The walking distance to the bus station is very convenient.

Overall a good stay. Clean bathrooms and easy access to the rooms.

Very easy system to enter the rooms, the building and bathrooms. Overall the room had all basic necessities. Bathroom was very clean.

The location is a little tricky to find. Would be nice to have some more signage if possible. More importantly, the check in process through the external portal is a bit sketchy with the deposits and all through a different website. Would be more comfortable as a guest to do everything directly via booking. Was not comfortable sharing my credit card and details through the external website...

Excellent for a short local stay

No need for a checking desk everything was very modern, you get a message with the code for the door and what room number you have.

No AC so if you are here at peak summer heat it's going to get sweaty. Shared bathroom is never fun but it was well maintained and cleaned.
